Baked fish, Mac N Cheese and Fish N Chips were good. We go there often. The food quality is good, the staff behavior was good. Would like to visit there again

150 ₹ Americano and 140 ₹ not very sweet Plum Pudding — an enjoyment.

Located in Quest Mall, ground floor, provides some of the best fresh ground coffee in town. Service is excellent! The staff is attentive, helpful and takes pride in providing the best service.
Tried the grilled fish which was very well prepared.
Need to visit again to try the other dishes and May be the breakfast!

Conveniently located cafe on the ground floor of Quest Mall, in Park Circus. It opens before noon, so it’s a great place to stop for brunch as well.
Tasty dishes on the menu and nice drinks too. Service is good though a tad slow. They also have ready made breads and bakery items.

Parking is in the mall - owner driven or valet (@ ₹100 extra)

The restaurant is expensive but the real problem is the price and the portion they serve is disproportionately little. After paying such amount of money you will feel simply cheated

Some of the food here are one of the best in town and the deserts here are awesome, Specially the Molten Chocolate.

Lemon grass beverage was good and the nasi goreng was actually fried-rice. We wanted to order more but due to the service we had to change our mind.

After 4 months of commuting between my workplace and home, I finally decided to relax by window shopping in the mall for a bit. Ended up at Q33 for a cup of Americano (my regular cafe being closed). And I was pleasantly surprised by the service and food given. You must be thinking how did it take me soooo long to visit this place. Well, i prefer cafes that are small and private to open ones like this. But I'm definitely visiting here again. If for nothing then the amazing platter of masala omelette that was served, soft fluffy light with the perfect seasoning and sides of crispy wedges and brown bread slices. Cup of Americano was how it was meant to be, no complains there.

The cappuccino was one of the best I have had. Such a pleasant surprise! It really hit the spot. Complete 5-star cappuccino for under Rs. 200. Loved it.

Went there today after lunch. Though the food is good but the service is very slow. That makes mood bad. If in a hurry one's at a loss as what to do. Ordered some toast which came cold

One of the best cafe in quest mall. Milkshakes and coffees are famous here. I tried 1milk shake (The cafe walnut) and 1coffee (the truffle crumble). I love the milk shake most. I suggested to try this milkshake once.

Hot coffee was stale and commercial blend and didnot found it exciting.would love to have fresh roasted coffee from this great located cafe.

Very unusually placed restaurant. Offers Fast food, Italian, Continental food and drinks. Relaxed seating on the ground floor of Quest Mall. Watch people go around in this open circular lounge type eatery.

Usually excellent. They have a splendid temporary egg menu. Though the quiche was not quite set, the Eggs Benedict was excellent. The fish and chips is good. The food is generally excellent as are the desserts.

It’s located on lobby of the Quest mall, Q33 has an wide selection of f&b. I loved their deserts which in my case were mud tart and Oreo cupcakes. But the food which included a pizza and chilly cheese macaroni was average it could have been better. Over all a cosy place to go and spend time with your friends family

Worst quality mushroom cheese puff ever had. Should work on it. See the amount of stuffing.

The staff is basically the primary factor or you can say the main problem. They don't talk to the customers properly and take hell lot of a time to serve the menu even when there is hardly two or three customers available.
Check their basic routine and ask them to take care of their customers

The food's decent but I wish they put a bit more sense towards the way they work. I ordered the broccoli and cheese salad for takeway and was given so in a paper bag. I had just walked out the door of the mall and the bag tore up and the food was on the ground.

Good food, but absolutely PATHETIC service.

Clueless staff, with 0 hospitality experience. They don’t serve with a smile on their face, hardly interact with customers and can’t even take orders in a crystal clear manner.

Payment systems are from the 70s. They don’t accept Paytm, PhonePe, online payments, etc. Their card machine was not working so both my cards could not be used. As a result I had to go to the ATM 4 floors above the restaurant to withdraw money and pay them.

What saves them is the food, which is fresh and tasty.

I get the feeling that the owners are not hands-on with the business, which is like a rudderless ship or a motherless child.

So much potential.so little substance. Disappointing.

A very nice place for quick bites and deserts. The blueberry cheese cake is very high on calories but so on taste! Nice environment, nice decor and so are the dishes. A nice place to stop after shopping in the Quest Mall! Kids and adults all can stop here for a coffee or shake or pastry!

Nice but location is not good at ground floor level. Where people use to take elevator from there
