This was one of the best hotels I have ever visited. They say it's a small world, but if small worlds have hotels like this, then each and every place will be heaven. The rooms are amazing-
Spacious, large, with excellent furnishing and interior decoration. Even the service is amazing! All the staff members are very friendly and they never make you feel like that you are at home. The food is very tasty. It is served very hot and fresh, and though it may take some time to arrive but it is worth the wait.
And don't get me started on the animals- they are so cute! The hotel has 2 domestic cats and they are so very cute and playful! This also adds to the experience. And don't get me started on the location. Most of the rooms come with an excellent, outstanding, and beautiful views of the Mirik lake. I was awestruck when I first saw out of the window. The hotel is easily visible from many parts of the city, and even from the lake! This is the best hotel in Mirik, and if you are visiting Mirik, you MUST stay in this hotel.

As a recent guest at this hotel, I have to say that my experience was less than desirable. I checked in on May 6th and checked out on May 7th, and I have to admit that this one-night stay put a damper on our otherwise fun seven-day trip.

First and foremost, I want to warn anyone considering booking at this hotel to think twice before doing so. The only thing that this hotel has going for it is the view, but even that is not enough to make up for the countless issues I faced during my stay. In short, I would not recommend staying here.

To start, the cleanliness of the hotel was far below par. I was given dirty linen upon arrival, which was then replaced with another set that was just as filthy. Despite being exhausted, I had to deal with the hassle of requesting another replacement, which was not a great way to start off my stay.

The problems didn't stop there, unfortunately. My partner and I ordered dinner at 7: 45 PM, but we didn't receive our food until 9: 50 PM. This was after multiple reminders to the staff, which only added to our frustration. We were two people, and our order consisted of one subzi, one tawa roti, jeera rice, and one masala papad. We typically go to bed by 9 PM, but due to the late dinner, we had to stay up until 11 PM.

To make matters worse, we were woken up by music at 6: 30 AM the next morning, which was definitely not something we had planned on. We had to ask the receptionist to turn it off, which was yet another inconvenience.

Finally, upon checkout, we were informed that an additional charge had been added to our bill for one of the breakfast items we ordered. We were never informed that it was chargeable at the time of ordering, which was unprofessional and unexpected. It wasn't until we complained and ranted for about five minutes that the charge was eventually removed.

It's frustrating to say that despite paying 6000 plus taxes for my stay, I don't feel like it was worth more than 2500 per night. The quality of service, cleanliness, and overall experience simply did not match the price tag.

In retrospect, I feel like I overpaid for what was ultimately a subpar experience. If I had known what I was getting into beforehand, I definitely would not have spent that much money on this hotel.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was a nightmare, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

The queen hill resort is very nice the food is very nice the Jews very nice and the staff is also very nice the dogs are very friendly that there is also a cat name juicy and it is very clean they also have Barbecue and they also have won fired to do also and they also have activity is there the activities are in the construction so you must really visit one time the queen hill.

The staffs were not well behaving we went to visit miric with our group of friends and the room price online were 2500 per room and they were charging us 3500 in offline mode when we said we will book online then they sold out all the rooms online and the weather was not good at that time we were not able to search another place so they took advantage this is extremely inappropriate behaviour of staff
Although the rooms were good and clean food was also kind of average.

A great place to enjoy the silence of nature with a beautiful view in front. Parking is available. It is petfriendly place. The food quality and service is very good. Must visit place.

Pathetic food. 1 plate chicken had only 3 pieces of not bigger than 1 1/2 inch pieces The hotel staff seems pet lovers coz the dining hall had dogs and cats roaming. Rooms good with clean washrooms. Staff polite but the management must take care of food part.

The hotel is absolutely magnificent. I think it’s the best property in Mirik for nature lovers. The view from room number 206 is something you will not find in any hotel. The entire Mirik town with the lake view is there.

The staff is extremely friendly and courteous I have enjoyed my weekend trip to the core. Wish you guys all the success for future.

The hotel is very nice with basic amenities and very friendly and supportive staff. Location is perfect for getaway from crowd. Few points I felt could be improved:
1. No double bed in standard room (Twin beds only), you'll have to upgrade to atleast deluxe room.
2. Washbasin in the washroom should be a little big with a slab or something to place your toiletries.
3. Geyser was of 10 litres, so hot water supply ends in mid of bath.
Few other issues I felt may be due to CoVid and lower occupancy.
Overall this hotel is recommended and their efforts to make a customer happy was very much visible and is highly appreciable. They even cooked baby food for my little one.

Starting was little off with here but later we had good experience. Good experience with cheap price.

It's amazing and the atmosphere and accommodation of the hotel is marvellous. Just refreshing

Pathetic Resort, if you book online they'll give you a different room, i checked on goibibo there was a room called Double Room with Lake view and Balcony, when I told the receptionist to show me that Room he showed me a room (only single room) with no balcony and Lake view was outside the room across the corridor. I had no other option at that time that's why I stayed there. My 2 yr old daughter was feeling quite cold so I asked for a room heater, receptionist replied it'll be charged at Rs 400 extra. Heights.such a pathetic hospitality. Not recommended for anyone.
