Definitely one of the best malls in Kolkata. The mall is so beautiful and has different kinds of shops. Many international brands like Gucci Burberry are here only. The food court is also big and has a variety of food.

Quest mall has one of the best cinema halls in kolkata. Inox Insignia is the name. It has a superb speaker system - on both side walls and ON THE ROOF. I recently watched "Spider-man: No way home" here and the experience was superb

Quest Mall is one of the finest mall available in the city. It's situated in heart of Kolkata, Syed Amir Ali avenue, park circus. Connectivity is so good. Park circus 7 points xing is 2 minutes away. Well organised and decorated place and they maintain covid protocol very strictly. Guards were everywhere to check on people. The maximum brands are international. Every big food chain is available here. Overall good experience

One of the biggest mall I've ever visited in the heart of Kolkata at Park Circus. You can find all the lifestyle brands in this mall. Even car companies like Mercedes, Jeep are available here. Also Inox and different restorent are present here. So you don't have to worry for entertainment. Visit the place, enjoy the environment and obviously shop your needs.

Good but the adjoining roads are not so good and the Muslim population is very bad mannered here.

A really good place for shopping with all the well know fashion brands. The food court and Inox cinemas makes the mall a decent place to spend a good time with family and loved ones.

Mall has all the top brands but the collection available at any of the shops is way below expectations. Doesn't have proper indicators for public facilities. Parking charges are exorbitant.

The seasons decorations belittle the mall. They look tacky and cheap. Most of the outlets sell great stuff, most high-end and unaffordable by the common man and if you wish you to experience chaos, visit the Lifestyle store.

Really premium mall in one of the busiest area of Kolkata. All the top brands be it luxury or ultra premium you will definately find here. Lots of options to eat as well. All in all a great place to shop, eat and chill

SKIE Lounge & Bar (Level 6, Quest Mall) has a very nice ambience both Indoors & Outdoors, but Prices are unreasonably on the higher side (Food & Drinks).

Cuisines (Veg & non-Veg) do not deserve the Prices attached to them & U get better quality cuisine in Restaurants & Clubs in Calcutta.

Watch out for the additional levy of 10% Service Charge on Food & Liquor, which hikes up your GST overall. Ensure that U get this Service Charge removed from your Bill.

The Service is not very good & they trick U into ordering the more Expensive dishes (over & above the unreasonably expensive ones) & high-end Liquor which U may not enjoy.

Don't give them the impression that U are entering joints like theirs for the first time!

Specially, Beautiful Places for Handsout, Dine-in, please visit these Places. Indigo Delicatessen, Bombay Brasserie & The Irish House.

If youbare driving towards park circus that time you habe to taken care of U turn to drive towards mall.
In front of the mall there are a cutting to take turn but there U turn prohibited.
Please check on that is this prohibited or not to take U turn.
Parking are realy big and there are also option to pay parking charges online using there mobile app.
Except that everything will be there as every mall.

Will be happy if gluten free coconut powder, almond powder, K2 ghee and unsalted K2 butter is available. As am on a naturopathy treatment had visited Spencer's at Quest thinking it's the biggest mall in the city so variety of dietary food will be available.

The Mall are very well decorates. Lock nice & butifull. But mall are elite people for city of joy.

Quest is one of the largest shopping malls in Kolkata, India. It is located on Syed Amir Ali Avenue at Beck Bagan, Park Circus. The mall was inaugurated on 30 September 2013 with a gross leasable area of 700,000 sq ft and parking for 1,300 vehicles.

Went there back in 2018 and I remember thinking that it was so huge, more than so any mall I've ever been to. I saw brands I hadn't even heard of. Totally the feeling of "myself coming from village area.

Decent mall with good brand shopping. Only thing that I felt bad is the car parking price which is exuberant.

One the best shopping Malls in Kolkata with lot of international brands. Sanitisation protocol is very strong during covid. Limited options in food court, but some real good restaurants on top floor.

Most luxurious mall in Kolkata. One of my favourite places to spend time. Also my workplace at Apple Imagine.

The mall is huge and elegant but for me there were two let downs. First of all I thought that the Spencers was a little disorganised and the second let down was the parking area. In the parking place all the floors does not have a direct access to the mall and in the places where there is no direct access we have to use an elevator to go to a floor which has a direct access and from there we have to enter the mall which at times can become really confusing.

Chillies is maintaining all the necessary precautions during Covid -19 and making sure to provide best quality food to their customers even during the pandemic.

This mall is peaceful, and all security or staff are so cooperative. I feel peaceful there.and I visit again there if ever I have time

Thermal scanning is done at the entrance and social distance is maintained here. The fountains with lighting make the mall unique and gives a charming appearance. All the stalls are well maintained. At the bottom of the mall, here is a supermarket which has almost all the items and also have Spencers Liquor outlet.

A very nice mall placed on your way from gariaht to park circus five point. Food court is wide. Public transports are well connected. The mall is known for wide varitey of multinational brands. A bit costly than other malls but the things available r classy.

Quest mall is a premium mall. What the most people like is the food. It's really awesome.the opening of burger King really killed it. Also the service and the staff there are very kind. The mall is a place where we can easily send hours.

For past days there is a cash back offer going on Spencer which is at basement of the mall. Today I tried to redeem the cash back in walet on my registered number, but the cashier said that cash back has expired, however no such terms and conditions were there. The cashier without checking walet details just bluntly said the cash back offer which I received has expired. Even today there was an offer on mustard oil which said that normal price is 99 and wallet offer is 79 however when the cashier was making the bill he calculated the price as 99 instead of 78. I informed him the offer, however he said that offer is after 5august, whereas there was no such thing written on the offer. So basically Spencer is fooling customer in name of cash back and provide misleading info to attract customer. No customer want your cash back. But when you offer something at least stick to that or don't provide misleading advertisement and give false promises to customer. Absolutely pathetic.

Best mall in West Bengal by far. High end brands mostly. People roam this mall like tourists. Expensive parking. Expensive dinning. Expensive movie tickets. Snacks at the mall are more expensive than the tickets. Spencer's is the only pocket friendly place here. Wine shop open till 11 PM.

A classic mall with all class facility available. Almost all brands are under this roof. Nice place to hang out and shop even.

It's big nice clean and has most of the premium luxury brands that you would find in our city it's a place you could visit while you are here in our city not something to go back to over and over again. The food court is great and it has the only Michelin star restaurant in the city yautcha. They also have the best screen in the city in my opinion. Try it not a must see but an experience initself

Quest Mall is a Beautiful Mall with all available Brands and amenities but the Security Service is Really Bad.

Quest is a fashionable mall for upscale people. The bars, restaurants and movie theaters are for normal people to hang out and see the wonderous, out of reach place for normal folk.
