R Security System - CCTV Camera Installation, Video Door Phone Installation, Lan Networking Installation

The installation was hassle free and the CCTV systems are running fine so far. The quality of the feed is good. However, the mp4, avi formats of the clips, downloaded using the software does not seem to run. This needs to be fixed.

The installation persons were very helpful, polite and efficient and explained all of our queries. I hope that the future services/troubleshooting would also be smooth, whenever required.

They explain and suggest the best to the customer. They don't rush to finish their work but take a needed time to do the installation. Also, they listen to the customer before they recommend something, which will be in the best interest of the customer.

They sell Hikvision security cameras at twice the market rate saying that they provide warranty and free service for 3 years. Their camera stopped working within 6 months and they aren’t replacing it - instead they’re repairing and taking 3 weeks to do so without providing any replacement. Absolutely worthless people.

Three weeks and still no committed response from the business except that my camera will be repaired “soon”. These guys are simply frauds.

I had them install a couple of indoor cameras last week. Their quality of service and timeliness was exceptional. I am particularly grateful to Raju. He was always responsive when I called him from outside the country, often during odd hours. He completed the installation on schedule as promised. After the installation, he helped set up the app and troubleshoot it later, always with a smile! I strongly recommend them.

I installed one camera from them Mr Raju Halder the guy, never comes to attend the problem after installation not even responding to messages or calls, so guys beware of them as after sales support and warranty is very very poor…. Didn’t wanted to put this but then thought no one else should suffer like this can share the WhatsApp and call details where you can see the person actually not responding to support requested.even after posting reply that you will visit in two days you still have contacted.sir you took high charges when compared to online and we give it so that during warranty we get service, unfortunately I have to now take service of someone else
