Contacted ragilly when the clutch cable of my bike broken. On phone they told me Rs 300 is visiting charge and parts charge is extra on which I agreed. On call he told me that he will bring genuine parts But when the mechanic visited he brought local parts and charged thrice of the printed MRP. He started changing cable without informing price. Thus I had to pay thrice of the printed MRP. So beware of such fraud. In the name of home service they are looting people. When you review bad they will ask for invoice and message like they care but they don’t give invoice in home services.

It was very pleasant and smooth experience to avail Ragilly's service. I opted for their services for the replacement of my scooty's accelerator cable. Due to the broken cable, I was unable to take the scooty to any garage. Hence, I contacted them over phone and they immediately sent a mechanic to my home with necessary replacement part. The replacement was done within an hour and my scooty was good to go. Five star rating for their prompt and smooth services. Prompt action. They recommended free pick-n-drop rather than doorstep service, and now I feel they were right. Went into minor details which most bike service centers including authorized ones overlook. Gave a photo / video update of each job being done including oil change etc. Keep up the good work!

After searching for more than 5 service center i found out, this is one of the best genuine and verified service company, they gave me exact issue and charged very nominal and they r very honest with service, pickup my car on time, on time service and car ac fixed,
The best part was most of the service company told my car ac cooling coil is leaked and needs replacement, when I gave them my car, they inspected very well and told my car ac oil was not there and a rubber bush was missing my ac was all ok and they charged for that, I am very happy with the behaviour the service and price

While i was coming from my office around 8 p.m suddenly my scooty stopped. I was feeling helpless. Suddenly I saw a NO PARKING board of RAGILLY. Immediately I called them and got their response and the mechanic was at my place within 15 mins and as promised I got my scooty repaired on time. And the mechanic was very well behaved. Being a female it is difficult to take my scooty to a roadside garage. Thanks to Ragilly Team.

Done ac repair and servicing with them. A little overpriced, but they did the job well. Overall good experience. Will contact them further if needed.

The only good part is that they provide home pickup of your bike if you can't absolutely take it to near by garage. They charge moderately higher for that which is obvious for any business and also respond to your calls in timely manner. One advice is don't fall prey to the words of the mechanic they deal with. They are highly unprofessional, indecent, won't take your calls and don't commit to their words. In addition you need to know a bit of the technicalities of the vehicle you are in possession with so that can tell them to get the specific problem be fixed. Otherwise no one opens up business for charity, so won't hesitate to add on miscellaneous cost.

Not happy with their services

Will not recommend. Their charges are similar to Company Service Centre. They ll tell you a lesser price for labour at the time of booking, but after opening up you vehicle, the add ons what they ll quote will be at more than double (for me it was almost 10 times). Since vehicle is opened up, you are at their mercy, you ll be to agree. For me, he said the part cost at 13000 (magnet coil for RE), and agreed to repair it at 1500, after negotiating from 2500. When afterward I enquired with Royal Enfield service center, the cost of new part was 1400. Charging 10-20% more can be understandable, but asking 10 times more the price. It loot.so don't go with them at all.

Bought a 2nd hand bike which was really in a miserable condition. I got to know about ragilly from one of my friend. I got connected to them. They repaired each and every thing of my bike now no one can say if it's a 2nd hand bike or new. Will surely use their service in future.

Not efficient enough to perform all kind of services at doorstep. Unable to change a bulb of a Hyundai Car. As a first time customer, my experience was not at all satisfactory.

As Requested - Invoice No: 2255. Car Model - Hyundai Venue 1.2L Petrol. There were numerous calls that i received to get the details since morning but they were not confident enough or efficient enough to take up the job. I had just requested to change the bulbs of my car headlight. I had also purchased the bulb by myself but still the mechanic was requesting me to take the car to the workshop. To avail doorstep service i had contacted Ragilly, if i had to take it to the workshop, i would have taken it to Hyundai itself. Hope you are able to understand the issue.
