Food quality is better than the street foods but they should improve, as compare to the other government tourist lodges

The charge you pay during online booking is excluding gst. You need to pay gst @18% at the property.

Can only be used as a 'Stop Over Night Halt' place if you are travelling to siliguri or vice versa

Overall a good place for nightstay enroute north. Old property, needs to renovate a little bit. But the rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are very helpful and cooperative. Food is also good. Just opposite of Kulik bird sanctuary.

Dirty dusty uncleaned rooms with attached dirty balcony. Spider waves all around, ac ok but geyser malfunctioned, exhaust fan at bathroom non funtional. Everywhere broken of empty liquor-bottles are dumped.

Two single beds attached to make a double bed, which is worthlessly impractical. Lack of maintenance will be observed throughout the property.

Large room space, Location, staffs, flexibility of check-in check-out, variety of payment option, parking and foods (but extremely overpriced). Somehow secure place to stay.

I stay here often with family on the way to/from Darjeeling.

Nice place to stay if you are on a trip to Kolkata to Siliguri or vice versa or you are on a trip to Kulik bird sanctuary. Location is excellent, just beside NH 34 (or 12). The room tariff has increased a lot in recent times, that's why I am giving it a 4 star

Good place to stay, not too much modern but clean and tidy, service was good too. Food quality was good too.

Rooms are ok, service is good and food is awesome. A big property just beside the main road. But not properly maintained. If you are going by your car then for one night stay its a good option.

Worse hotel in raigunj.unhygienic rooms with spit of pan parag all over room wall.

Please avoid we had paid still cldnt stay.so went ahead and later stayed at badsha hotel with better facilities and food prices.

Government hotels like this shldnt be closed immediately as our tax being used in wrong ea

Location is excellent, services is also excellent, rooms are clean but due to poor maintainance most of the room has only one tube light, windows don't close properly, if you avail a double bed room then the mattress of the room is double, where the middle portion has huge gap, two people can't sleep together, two single bed are attached as double bed, very bad.
Food prices are too high, more than some 5 star hotels, eat you food outside.
Parking area is too good, for perking this tourist lodge is recommended.

According to me this is the best place for stay in Raiganj. There is many good options in the town and adjacent to NH. But as per my opinion this area is in the core of Kulik forest, and just beside the Kulik Bird Sanctuary. Hence, the view of the forest as well as the migratory birds (of course at the season time) from the balcony of the rooms is just awesome. Very silent place. And the Food served here is really tastes good, very good cook. After renovation, the rooms also become very suitable. Everyone should try at least once here, for food and lodging.

It's a govt tourist lodge. Can't expect great service.but it's ok when you travel from North bengal to South bengal or vice versa for a night stay. We took lunch when travel to Sikiguri from Howrah

Great place for a stopover. Only problem I have faced on multiple occasions that I have stayed or stopped over here is the food options are very limited. Do not expect very high class dishes or such. Classic Bengali food is good. Stick to them.
