Good food, decent atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Naans were 2x regular size.

Experienced good food with a great time. Food quality nice. Atmosphere and hospitality very good. Wish to visit again.

Management was weak in its performance, waiters disappear every now and then. There is a slight awkward smelling inside the restaurant. Water in the bottles contains some minerals that has a slight smell/taste that of harpic "trust me I felt its smell like harpic". Two biggest demerits of the restaurant was. Most probably they served me food made earlier, they just warm it and served later on. And other was they didn't ensure online transactions.

They need to improve a lot atleast to get proper 3 stars

I would have given 5 STARS for the Food TASTE & QUALITY. It's Good.

But, the Fish in Fish Curry was UNDERCOOKED. Only the outer part was Fried, inner portion was not cooked properly. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER.

Hotel Ambience is Quite Good.

This is a nice Dhaba with family friendly ambience. Quality of food is good and great value for money.

The quality of the food is quite good but sometimes it is not maintained which is a major issue. The ambience is good and the place is spacious too.

Quality of food is very much poor and not even fresh. And also overpriced. Behavior of the staffs is quite rude.

Place is good and clean but service is very poor only one or two service men are there.
Delay in taking orders and bringing them

Food quality is good but the main problem is that you will have to wait for a long time.and with hunger it's really embarrassing.

चाहे आप ड्राइवर है या स्टूडेंट है या फैमिली के साथ आना चाहते है तो बे फिक्र हो के यहां आ सकते है।
आप पूरे पश्चिम बंगाल में घूम ले लेकिन आपको ऐसा ढाबा नही मिलेगा जहा इतनी सारी सुविधाएं हों।

This place sucks, owner is very arrogant and food is also pathetic, he is serving everything sweet. Mutton was sweet, chicken was sweet and even roti was sweet.

A great place situated near highway to falakata from pundibari. It just takes 5 minutes by car to reach the place from pundibari. A great resturant. A place with cheap and best food. They have both the ac and non ac restro. Quality of food is excellent. Try chicken Bharta specially. They are expert in making the paneer pakora. They are expert in making tea also. The tea they use to serve tastes like heaven. Anytime you can go to the place.behavior of staffs is good.they will suggest you their best menu. You can have lunch.dinner.and also.snacks. They have a large parking area. Where you can park any kimd of vehicle. You can see a collection of currencies of different countries on the cash counter cum reception table. Almost they are having a collection of 50 to 60 type of currencies of different countries. Overall a great place to hang-out.
