I will not recommend anyone to take rapido though they shows lower fare as the fare will rapidy increase when you will start the trip and the worst part is they dont have a proper way or answer for this issue, when you wil raise a concern in their chat they will say anything rubbish and will clsoe the ticket.so reccomend you to not take rapido anymore.

Every day we face various problems like taking more money. On top of that their usage is not fair at times, so please I would request Rapido's members to look into this, because the fare these divers charge is so high that it is sometimes impossible to pay and they are always at the price listed on the app. They ask for more money than, and call and tell in advance how much the price is showing and then increase the price, they themselves cancel many times, otherwise they say cancel the ride, I will take you, please look into the matter, Rapido Authority.

At the Rapido Care Customer Office, I want to say that you have given license to run Rapido to whoever you can for the sake of income. Those who are not qualified to run Rapido, please look into this matter because thousands of accidents are increasing. My rapido id was suspended. When I was gone to rapido office for reopen my Id they clearly told me your Id is reopen after 10 days. But after 10 days I shaw my Id was still suspended then I was gone again and told them my id was still showing suspended. And then he told me you can leave your id is reopen today.i told ok. Now my id is still suspended I see. I was gone so many time in rapido office for solving only one problem but they will still not solve my problem. Their behaviour and service was really really really very poor.

I think company is not paying properly to rider. Always rider asked for extra money. Very poor service.

I'm really not satisfied of it, In fact my id still hasn't activated after visit CT office & they told me to fill up the form as I'd and submit there. I followed their work instead an agent says about form & another one says about go back to home it'll be reactivate after 7pm 3rd March. I visited 2nd March as even 3rd March already passed away. I have visited 4times but still i am facing issue with my account last 3 months they are harrising me getting late to my pickup issue is not a big issue but for that my account is blocked so pls beware they waste ur time those who r rider knows very well.

Not good experience. Every time while in hurry captain asked about the place where to go and the fare, after that they bargain with the fare and then want to cancel the ride. What is the meaning of continuous harrasment of the passengers who are willing to pay your ETA fare? I don't think this is good practice and it should be stopped.

Riders ask for extra Cash there don't accept your online payments because there say if we pay Rapido online so that goes to Rapido account big name but of no use Rapido Rider's have a lot of issues with payments there also say that Rapido does not pay them
Rapido Rider's says even if there leave Rapido or anything worng Rapido and Team will only block there I'd.poor Service there to cancel the ride and go offline because Rapido takes all the money and there don't get any pay out of it Riders refused to go due to payment and many issues.

" riders ask for extra money" of you're facing the same issue as I'm then read this please. I used to ride rapido everyday as my job preference. I notice most of the drivers ask for extra money so I ask couple of them (20-30) why they ask much? Now comes the strange and awful part from them. Company ask customer for 40rs while rider's app showing them 23rs. Not just that company charge 20 percent on that 23 rs as well on driver's earning in that trip. So company earn from us and from riders as well. I suggest rapido team if you guys see this. Please priotise your riders first, give them good money, don't hire overflowing menpower, ask customer to not panic them while driving by asking them the root, intuduce them good incentive plan so they encourage to complete more trips. And give us (customers) some relief of space as we're enjoying your services but not wanna pay more.

Riders come to this office for solving their rapido problem if account gets suspended or else if they can't accept ride sonewhat like this but the support team who wrk here is very much supportive handling any situations in cool mind. Moreover rapido provides riders with many facilities for elite riders like cap, helmet, tshirt, jacket, mask, etc. Which can be collected here.

I think your company is not paying properly to your riders.
They don’t have a normal sense when they ask for extra money. They don’t have any courtesy just double the fair which is shown normally while booking.
