U cannot take your helmet inside. No solution to this problem. No one will take responsibility of the helmet as said by the reception. Time wasted coming from home and denied entry for silly reason.

Worst attitude ever

Over the years I'm visiting this pub again and again. The reason is the ambience and the vive over here. They got the excellent craft beer. They got the excellent whiskeys. They got the excellent cocktails and mixes. They got the excellent starters and appetisers. Love the music and the crowd over here in weekends.

The cider and other brews are really good.

Overall the place definately needs enhanced ambient lighting, as of now it's way too dark for a place that also intends to serve nibbles and dinner to guests. We were hardly able to see the faces of people around us let alone what was plated to us as starters.

An affordable and happening brewery in the city. The biggest asset of them is their customer service and professionally trained staff. It made the experience all the more special.

The crowd and ambience was good. Have active dance floor. The cocktails were not good and the quantity of food in each serving was very less compared to the price of the dish.

Great ambience, good vibes. Staff are very receptive and prompt as well. Seating could be a little better and more comfortable

One of the best pubs in Kolkata. I attended my friend’s cocktail party there and I loved every bit starting from the music to which our feet couldn’t resist dancing to the delectable food, starting from the appetizers to the main course. There is a moderately sized smoking room as well to suit your needs if required. Must try: cheese mushroom and hookah. The ambience was splendid and full of fun and frolic. Thank you Refinery 091. Here’s to more of such visits.

The place is awesome. Perfect place to hang out with buddies. Ambience is what you actually want in weekends. Price is little bit on higher side. Food quality is good but quantity does not justified the amount they charge. House beer is pretty good but again the price is so high. But at the end, you will definitely come out with a good vibes.

Place is good. Food was also nice & well prepared. Ambience is also very nice. Just one recommendation that they should work on hookah. Not that great & as per the price they should use Al Fakhir flavour.

This place is completely safe for everyone. The behavior of the staff is very good. And cheap prices of all beers and other alcohols. I visited this place three times. My experience is very good.

By far one of the best ambience I had in any pub in Kolkata. They have a huge space with a plethora of liquor collection. Liquor lovers would love to see the menu and almost all of them are also readily available (seldom I see this in any pubs of Kolkata). They also offer their own crafted beers and have a wide range of offerings. The place runs special offers on Sundays noon as well (a combo of liquor and food) which we didn't avail though.
We also enjoyed the Hookah there. They provide a standard base and multiple flavours.
Now, coming to the food, we tried few of the starters items (mainly fish and chicken based) and salads and liked each of them.
I found the staffs courteous and would love to visit this place again and again.
Prices are on a higher side but they have a Zomato Pro partnership that helps you to get a 15% discount on the total bill

Ambience was great, so was service. Their home brewed beer has a very unique effect on a pallet with subtle sweet notes. However one critical opinion is that the place tries to set the atmosphere with music so loud you can't have a conversation with anyone around without getting a cracked voice.

Staff is not courteous and helpful, they lie about reservations and all while 50% tables wer empty.

Not professional at all, unethical behaviour.
I had called up to confirm if place is available or not, they confirmed they can provide a table for five and we went in only to know, they are already booked & we have to leave the table once pre reserved customers arrive and have to stand at bar counter.

You could be truthful at least.
I don't wish to visit this place again or even suggest to anyone.

Ambiance and Atmosphere is at Par. I have gone their only for food. Food was good but menu is limited. For Drinks I have not seen prices but I think it's nice.

One of the best buffet in the city I came across; both in terms of food quality & spread, and ambience.

I went there for their Sunday Brunch. It was a lavish spread containing various cuisines from across the world.
Loved their live Asian counters, also an amazing Cheese spread.

Here you can enjoy their refinery as well, getting a glimpse of how alcohol is produced.

Also the staffs were very nice & cheerful. They tended to your every need with utmost attention.

Highly recommended to try out their brunch. You will love it for sure.

When you want to dance through the night on groovy music with some great drinks and company, head to refinery 091 in salt lake sector 5. It one of the best party places in kolkata. Smashing interiors, groovy music, delicious food gives this lounge an upper edge. After a long week, just head to this place to cool yourself off and let your hair down. Amazing amazing and simply amazing.

The place gives off a proper discotheque vibe with the decor and music being inexplicably good. A proper refinery stationed in house, the beer is must try amongst many things. Party people will have their money's worth here. There is a lack of coordination between the management and the operations team about certain crucial information like entry hours. Neither do they allow nor do they provide a space to keep any larger luggage than a purse. A bit too critical in driving guest away past working hours to the point that they don't even let you finish the drink in hand. Service is also a bit delayed. All in all vibe is really good.

One of the most happening place I've visited till now in Kolkata. Loved everything about the place. The crowd, the vibe, the ambience, the decor, food and drinks. Live music takes a plus 1. You'll not wish to leave the place once you enter. The crowd mostly starts at around 8.30-9. Or even late. Weekends are full of fun.must visit with your friends.

Club is divided into three different regions.only tge ground floor has sone vibes.and that's reserved for their family members and some special guests. Ambience not that good.

A happening bar and restaurant in Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata. Vibrant live music entertains you and one can shake a leg too. Good variety of food is available. Price is a bit steep. Overall a good experience.

Stay away from this place. First the staffs and management are very rude. Hello we r using and paying for the services, so when we r polite so even u should be polite. Plus we r the customer and not ur employee that u r saying us "chal upar ja". Secondly stop discrimating, ur manager said mostly they follow the guidelines, so why u didnt allow us on the dance floor and even when we were dancing in the corner even that time u had problems with us. We came for a bachelor and because of ur incompetent management our evening was wasted.
So guys before u visit this place kindly ask them what is allowed and what not

The ambiance is electrifying. They also have good DJs blasting the speakers through out the night. Best thing is that the staff is friendly, courteous and prompt in their services.

The ambience is one of the best in the city. The staff are good too. Ordered a veg make your own pizza. Was not very satisfied with it. Average pizza. The LIIT was also not strong had to ask the bartender to add more whisky to it. Overall a 4/5* experience.

A nice experience in the IT district of Kolkata

I have been regular there from past few months, but yesterday when I went alone they didn't allow so that's the reason for my ratings, if u ask me to come as a stag on weekdays nd at weakened u ask for a couple, I don't think it suits to there protocol

Situated in Sector V, Saltlake, Kolkata, Refinery 091 is one of the most posh club I have come across in Kolkata.

To start with you got Vallet parking. Now as you enter perhaps the first thing that shall grab your attention is it's door, which is almost two storeyed in height.

Once you enter your eye will be treated with one of the best interiors and bar setup. I am sure you would take some time to appreciate and grasp it.

Next is you for very courteous and welcoming staffs which gives you a very happy and warm feeling.

You have a variety of alcohol line up fairly priced. Food menu is exhaustive and give you a variety of options to choose from and it's a real treat to your taste buds. Even hookah is served here.

Overall a must visit and once you visit you would want to visit again

I'm not giving 5 stars because of the behavior of their DJ, we went to ask the dj to play some songs (as informed by the staffs) when he refused saying that he was not allowed to play our requests at that time we again tried to ask him at what time he would be able to play our requests, he replied with not to 'disturb him', then we asked the staff if we would be able to talk to the manager, even the manager didn't come to listen as he was busy (as stated by the staff), we were definitely having a pleasant evening, the food & drinks tasted good, ambience was also very rich, but this ending made our whole experience a bitter one.

Love the bar. Music is good and the Indian platter (especially the dal and the kulcha) is mouth-watering.

Though they have very limited vegetarian food selection. They tasted excellent. Kids are not allowed after 21.00 hrs.

Lively ambience and cordial staff. Music plays at loud, in-your-face amplitudes, might be concerning for some who don't enjoy this aspect. There was talk of evening music live shows on Thursday, but we got to know after reaching its shifted to Fridays.
Oh, and the menu is well thought-out.

We just had discovered one of the best nightclub of Kolkata. With tall roof, great ambience amazing dj. This place is a must go for party lovers. Drinks were expensive but it's ok ambience will attract u with ease. Also we had snacks it was fine. Chicken lollipop. Out of all the pubs in Kolkata sector 5 if i have to chose one i will go with this place. Simply amazing. Don't miss it. Saturday here is always something special. I will come again in my next visit. Not upto what they say. Timings are always fluctuating. And staff are good till the time bill is paid. After that they are very irritating

Ambience, food, hospitality and bar all are top notch, great place to party and celebrate with friends and family. 1 star not given for prices for drinks which i thought is higher as compared to near by pubs.

The place is ok. For a big crowd the service of starters is great eventually the serving pace of starters drop leading to people go for drinks.
Good marketing strategy though.
Apart from the above the service guys are well knowledgeable as they blv in mantra of filling people with more starters rather drinks.
Ambience is mind blowing particularly the mezzanine floor.
Lastly the cost, its surely gonna pinch your pocket as they intend to start their brewery by November this year.
