Regenta Inn Larica - Among Best Hotels in Kolkata (Near Airport)

Had booked 3 rooms thru Goibibo &paid fully. The hotel denied chek-in citing some maintenance work. Had to look for some other hotel. This was very unprofessional from both the hotel & goibibo. Avoid them.

Very Bad Service by Larica staff.
Behave very rudely with customers by Samrat, the Manager here.
Staff attitude is worst.
Specially for Family members its not safe.

The room had cockroaches n we had to change it but even the other room was low maintained.
They have good place but of very low maintainance.

Location is good on main road, airport is around 3.7Km. Both type of food veg & non available. Taste of food is greater than average but less than very good. Complimentary breakfast depending on plan. Room are neat & clean. WIFI, Room kettle with mineral water available in rooms

I stayed with my family in this hotel. The quality of the room and the bathroom were not at all up to the mark. The bedsheets were kind of clean but not the pillows and the blanket. They are still using very old pillows. Considering the amount charged, the quality served is not justified. The behaviour of the stuffs were good which is the only thing which I liked about the stay. Not value for money hotel unfortunately!

Worst experience. Lady at reception is very rude. No hospitality. Room service is also very bad.

Their Front office manager is absolutely unprofessional. Very bad behavior. Service of the staff is very good. The FOM spoils your mood at every step during your stay!

Very nice staff, spacious rooms, the ambience of the hotel is mind-boggling because it's located in a very well connected area, on a scale of 10, I'll give full on 10 to this property.

The Hotel was neat and clean, having all standard amenities. Hotel staffs are very polite and helpful.
Only negative point is the restaurant, their restaurant service is pathetic and food taste and quality is below standard which is not expected from a hotel like this.
Overall we had a great stay there, I'll definitely recommend this hotel if you can go out for dining as the place has lot of dhabas and restaurants nearby

Rooms Spacious, but Water issues in Washroom, Towels/Bedsheet not clean and neat. Staffs are good.

I had a pleasant stay at Regenta Hotel. Staff behaviour is Good makes us feel homely. Food is also good and its locations is very close to the Airport thats very nice as it saves time to reach the Airport, and above all my stay was comfottable.

Good place, nice food, great ambiance, 24×7 0pen and any one can enjoy a nice view of aeroplanes landing back to back.

Plz don't go by star rating of this property. I stayed here for one day checked in on 22nd Jan 2020 and checked out on 23rd Jan 2020. The room given to me was 304.the room is full of bad interiors and when I tried to open the door of the bathroom, it got locked and had to call housekeeping to get the door opened.it happened thrice same day and the solution hotel housekeeping given to me to use small coin to turn the knob to open the door instead of changing the room or correcting the problem.when I checked out next day, I forgot to take my samsung galaxy note 10 plus charger which was kept next to bed on side table connected with plug point.when I called that night to hotel the response was, the housekeeping keep it safe and collect next day after 11am.when I visited the hotel to collect the charger the response was, they didn't find the charger and they suggested me to check other places.its pathetic response, why I waste my energies for charger somewhere else when I know it was left at their property.this translates, you can't trust this property and people working there as trustworthy if you forgot any valuable items by mistake.they are thieves.the front desk is pathetic and unprofessional answering curiously.

I don't recommend this property and they don't deserve single star.the breakfast has very limited options and don't expect any taste out of any item.you just rely on bread and cornflakes.

Went to attend a marriage party in top floor. Place was neat, clean and well furnished. Decoration was good. Lightning should be brighter. Hand was section was worst part. Only one hand was available and that was too inside small washroom. Car park section was having felicity for 6/7 cars.

My experience was good. Hotel has the required amenities, staffs are very friendly and do their duties well. Food was delicious. Worth the money.

Buffett lunch was not good. I had taken lunch for the last three days. The menu and quality was not good. It was feeling like cheap street food. Never suggest other for going there for lunch or dinner.

It's actually a hotel named regenta inn. In the first floor of the hotel, this restaurant is located.
Coming to the hospitality, the staff was amazing and the food was really good

For starters we had: -

Chicken lemon coriander soup- soup was very tasty and delicious
Nam prik chicken- the chicken was extremely delicious and I do recommend this

For Main course we had the following: -

Veg tossed salad with calories- just a mix salad with spices. The idea is very simple yet so delicious

Kabuli naan
Kashmiri pulao
Handi ghost
Was there for the mughlai section and we really enjoyed it

We also tried Chinese and ordered the following
Veg sweet & sour
Chicken Singapore noodles
Egg coriander rice
Fussili Al sugo di Pollo fungi

Darshan with ice cream was there for ice cream

A few days ago went to this place locate at chinar park, nearest bus stop is noapara. It is basically in between cc2 and chinar park, Rajarhat. The restaurant is at 1st floor if Regenta Inn Larica. The interior is quite classy and seating area is huge. We had some delicious dishes over there: -

After this huge meal (not buffet) we were all surprised and impressed with the taste and the presentation of the dishes. The non veg items were really superb. The pasta, veg sweet and sour, dahi katla was mind blowing. The portion was sufficient in each and every dish. The price is affordable here too. The service was really fast and the staffs were professional. Overall had wonderful time with the ambiance and flood over there. Will be visiting again soon.

Honestly speaking the place was okay from inside only the food was tasty otherwise the rooms weren't that good it had huge rooms but eeary touch to it

The restaurant is located near city center 2, the ambiance is really beautiful.
Coming to the food, its delicious and different flavour taste, i just loved it.

A good Hotel Close to Kolkata Airport. I booked through goibibo @Rs. 2700 per Pax without BF. I feel a bit higher than the hotel standard. Pls check online for better price, Tariff between 1.8k to 2.2k is OK.

Good location near Kolkata airport and several shopping malls. The room was clean, nicely furnished, with clean and tidy bathroom. There was a problem with TV signal but since I only stayed overnight, I didn't bother to have it fixed so I can't tell if that is an issue or not. Breakfast variety was sari sd factory, mostly vegetarian with fresh fruit juice and hot doshas and service was also good.

I am a bit disappointed by the facilities which was provided the hotel such as cold and hot water is not at managed by the plumbing department

Best for small parties like birthday and family functions. Food was good they have there own catering.

We had a corporate party here in Regenta Inn Larica. The arrangement was very pathetic with the hotel staff being very unprofessional and careless.e. G. After our arrival the starters were served not only less in quantity but was cold also. Thereafter their music system also stopped working for reasons best known to them. Besides, the food taste was also not good and staff weren't there to look after. Basically, I would suggest that nobody should plan their party/function at this place.

Close to the airport. 30 minutes on bad traffic days, 10 minutes otherwise. Close to good eating joints. Average room. Best for a transit

I attended this banquet for my friend's wedding reception. It is a 7 storied well decorated building located at hatiara which is nearby City centre 2, Rajarhat. It is located on the main road in between the pipal tree and Mayfair banquet, very easy to locate while on the go.
The complete building has air condition, well maintained elevators. On the top floor there is an open air pool.

Regenta Inn Larica hotel is in Rajarhat. This hotel has banquet hall named Mayfair Banquet Hall. It's hall has huge space for marriage, reception and other occassional parties. There are two sections. One side hall is available for wedding with seating facilities and for programmes such as music. The other side buffet food for the visitors are kept. Toilets for ladies and gents are also available with clean and tidy look. Parking facilities are also available. Overall nice and beautiful hall to organise marriage, reception or any other party.

The Rooms are quite spacious and nice. Value for money. During late night the room service dinner choice is very limited. The quality of food need to be improved. The location is quite good. 20 minute to airport.
