I always prefer to purchase household electronic products from Reliance Digital. Not only in Kolkata but in other states also. This time also I am very happy to be associated with you. Got warm environment in this store.

Delivery and servicing issue very poor. Not in time as promised by the store staff. Store staff is hospitable and helpful though. I can't rate the device centres directly but this poor rating is mainly towards the poor servicing effort and timing.

Collection of reliance digital is much more than any other competitors. Great discounts.

The Ground floor is the utensils, Items and dresses. For the groceries you need to go to the 1st floor, and they way is really tricky.

Inside the lake mall, it is really a great place for regular shopping. And yes, You need to collect your deposited bags, after you come out of the exit.
Now if you've exited on the 2nd floor, good luck walking round the floor, get down and then collect your bags.

Good collection of electronis.though not very big but enough to get almost all requirements. There is brand variety but inventory needs more variance in some sections. Easy pay with other EMI options.

Don't expect good service as the service centre personnel don't literally care about the store instruction. I got my AC brackets one week after AC installation, ended up paying higher price for the brackets (bought 2 ACs, so twice the cost). Not even sure if they returned the excess money (as brackets charged twice, during buying n during installation). Further, they will take extra money for servicing but vanish when the D-day arrives. You and your money will go for a long ride.
In-store staff is very hospitable but they literally have no control over service centres! Extremely poor logistics on top of it.

Edit: I've mailed my concerns to the above ID. Waiting to see how long my concerns are addressed (not just by words, but actions). I'll post the update.

Today I am visit Lenovo laptop department.
The worst experience I have ever had. The sales men behaved so bad and insulting that I never want to visit this Reliance Digital store (Lake Mall) again. Can't be expected such a behavior from such a big company, what do the sales men think of themselves. I am very disappointed n harassment like that.

Worst store ever i have seen in my life. After sales behaviour is just down to hell. I bought a refrigerator worth 30k and after the delivery i discovered that it was defective. So when I approached them they were just literally trying to prove us the culprit as if we have damaged it. After a long procedure they realised it was their fault and replaced it that too with a bad behaviour. Rubbish shop ever.highly this store is not recommended at all.

It is a place for electronic items. Most are branded, the behaviour of the staff is good and professional.

Great showroom with a wide range of products you name it and have it all.i recently purchased a hp laptop and got heavy discount on mrp with gifts and goodies.the staff is great and enthusiasts with a tech freekiness in them, loved shopping experience there.

Worst store, worst service and customer service, just buy the product and wait indefinitely for it to be delivered and installed, calling the store our their customer service toll free no will go in vain! I’m suffering from the last 3-4 days, first for delivery of my 55’ TV and then for its installation, will never buy a product from them in the future if they do not amend their ways! MANISH

Very helpful staff. They explain the products and different offers efficiently. Discounts or EMI schemes offered by them are usually pretty good. Stock of products is also very good. Recommended.

It's a compact departmental store. It has total electrical appliances, total electronic products, IT products including Mobile phones, tablets, laptops, blue tooth speakers and various computer peripherals. They are under Bajaj Finance scheme means offers EMI 's.

Went to buy a water purifier, hair trimmer, dishwasher & an air purifier. Finally came back with nothing. The staff seemed least interested. The water purifier on display didn't have a carton to pack in. Items I was about to purchase were declared out of stock during billing. All the sales persons were busy gossiping near air coolers. Disgusting. Opting for Flipkart.

Very bad experience.irresponsible service provided by the sales employee.the employee in the mobile section try to burgain a deal of combo offer just to take one of the product from combo for himself.it's really so annoying.but atlast the cash counter not featured the offer.also not provided the carry bag for toaster and hand blander.

Very good store. Wide variety of product. Biggest advantage is that they run own service network. So customer needn't call different call centers.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They don't have a wide range of laptops, but they do have many financing options.

Some salesman are very bad. Arguing with customers. I don't know why the management keeps them specially the tall Bengali guy who sells apple products

Just purchased a laptop here. Great service by the person who demonstrated the various laptops and he was also quite knowledgeable on all the technical details.

Worst Service with all fake commitment. Delivery not in time. Many moto of this organisation is to harras the customer.

I Purchased a Panasonic Washing machine last piece offer was on going in store. During transaction the salesman said whatever is there you'll get the same piece along with the accessories there inside lying. I asked theres a starter kit of Surf Excel he mentioned will be delivered along with the product. I got the delivery on 14th August at 10pm night and next day when the installation engineer opened the machine I saw the starter kit was not there in the machine.
This is not acceptable and sheer cheating I raised a complaint at the store over phone and Md. Nasim told me it is not available with this machine where it was there in the machine and I have the photograph to prove the same with me.
Disappointed with the kind of fail of commitment from a reputed brand like reliance when you are dealing with such high value home appliances.
Need a prompt action on this and with clarification.

We were almost forced, lured and promised to provide us free large pizza of your choice, and it has been over 3 months and I didn't receive it yet. So tragic, isn't it?

I visited three times here. For the first time I visited to buy a Lenovo Tab but they never give me a warranty card. Pushed me to buy a memory card. For the second time I went there to buy a smart phone for my mother. They pressed me to buy a vivo v5 phone of 18,000/- when I chose one with 7000/-. They even forced me to buy a Bluetooth speaker of 999/-. Even they promised me to give warranty card that they never gave me till date. For the third time I went there to buy another tab. I bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab. But they pressed me to buy a extended warranty of 1500/-. Very bad experience. Bad service. Worst customer service. No bill was ever given to me for this three products. I feel cheated. I will never go back there.

Never ever visit this store. They are highly unprofessional. They will tell you to deliver the product in 2 days. Now it's 3rd day. And still they are saying we are trying.
I have ordered Volta's AC from there.

Great outlet with a plethora of electronic gadgets and appliances. All the sales persons were helpful and guided us with proper info. The only thing which i did not like was when u enter the store all the sales persons are just waiting for you at the entrance and immediately start bombarding you with questions of what u want to buy and they surround you like a shark unless you make an eye contact with one and tell them what u need.

Had a really bad experience. Sales personnel are busy trying to push sell products and uttering a bunch of lies in the process about extended warranty and services. They tried to sell a phone with the seal of the box opened previously, and the screen full of fingerprints,
when confronted they tried to explain they opened it just then, as if customers are such fools. Never had such problems in other Reliance digital stores. It's best to avoid this store or you might be cheated upon.

Worst experience of buying products here.sales persons are not aware of their own duties.icici financial is the worstest here.the financial person is full of ideology.bad attitudes.this was not at all my expectations from reliance digital.a brand which we trust.
