Purchased a refrigerator from reliance digital park Street. When technician opened the packing it has visible dent on side wall. Now no one is committing the TAT to replace the refrigerator. What's the use of demo by your own technician when you can't dispose off the issue promptly. Are not they your own employee?
Based on their report you should have sent the new refrigerator at once and carry on your in house investigation for record purpose.

Staff were patient and professional especially Ms. Amita Das and
Mr. Imran, explained every aspect of product and purchase. The experience was very pleasant.

One of the worst Reliance Digital Stores mainly because the staffs are very rude.bought one LENOVO Keyboard on 11-08-22 which was occasionally malfunctioning.when I went to complain, one of the staff said that I should have the common sense of going to the LENOVO service centre and should not have come there.whereas in their Invoice it is clearly mentioned that apart from Mobiles & Laptops, other products have 7 days replacement policy. BEWARE OF THIS STORE

Store Staff is good but in this store Financer are disaster they have not fully knowledge only they take login my two frnd documents they login but not get approval only they harrasment to customer Saturday 4 times I came to showroom with same Bajaj card and I have credit Balance but financer said to me my card is block but same day I go to other showroom Bhajanlal Outlet they take 10 mints to gave my phone which I want to buy so please don't Harrasment to the customer like this very bad experience I have to your showroom Reliance Digital Park Street

The place does not have parking. The staff is extremely helpful and explain the product with great patience.

They have store divided into two fronts, one for mobile and relevant accessories and the other for heavy appliances.

People staying near Park or Camac Street and other close by streets, the place is just a walking distance away to answer all your electronic needs.

This is the 8th product purchase and 10th visit to this shop, as we have reach by 10.58 am so will have to wait for 2 minutes and it doesn't take much of my te to buy something,

* False promises of delivery within a few days (2-3 days)
* People stay crowded in one place in several sections whereas no one to attend for hours in the other.
* Several sales person are rude and know least about customer service.

Visited store for purchase a power bank and a ear phone. Price was same as Flipkart and Amazon. Staffs were helpful to find the required product.

A one stop shop for all electronic appliances from hairdryers and shavers to washing machine, refrigerator, water purifier etc.

Staff are not wel trained about the product, they very poor to explain us about features of the product. And waste our time.

Relience Digital of park street was good. Staffs behaviour were good and the price of the products was also good!

The store is going to cheat you. Once you have done payment as customer, you will certainly be ignored for all your needs like after sales service etc. They even cheat customer by not giving free item promised with the product. I had made multiple visit even after telephonic confirmation, but every time they failed to deliver free item promised with the product i purchased. It is advisable not to visit this store.

Good place for electronics goods, I went basically for JIO SIM, place you have scope to bargain and will also get few offer. Poor delivery.

I have purchased 3 item from this place, 1) LG microwave, 2) prestige vaccum cleaner and 3) noise watch
At first I saw online they are giving microwave at discounted rate and a free microwave bowl set. The day i went to purchase they were selling me for the higher price compare to the original price plus discounted price but however I noticed after a while which i told dem and dey were little ashamed and said oh sorry mam we didn't notice. Plus the noise watch is not working properly. Plz be carefull when u buy things from here. I mean why you ppl giving fake ads on the website page to attract customers and now it's been more dan 7months I didn't even get the free microwave bowls despite of calling dem so many times evry day dey have different stories. What I want to say dnt attract customers by giving fake ads to sell items. But the staffs behaviour is very good but i dnt know why dey are doing like this with the customers. Disspointed with this place. Though it was my first purchase from Reliance.

The staff were really nice and helpful, they helped us understand the products and which one would be best suited for our needs. It's just the billing process was extremely lengthy that is why I have one star less.

I had earlier bought a product and had gone yesterday to buy another. They are more concerned in selling their scheme of EMI instead of actually listening to the customer needs. Most of the salesman will keep on pestering us on taking the products on EMI.

If you call and inquire abt something, they will be clueless, then it will take ages to connect with concern person, the concern person will lie and call you down to showroom and ultimately you wont find the particular brand product you are searching for and they will push you to buy other brand stuff. Cheap sales tactic, its customer harassment to generate walk ins and sales.

The Store Manager Of The Park Street Branch Gave Me A Patient Hearing. He Along With His Collegue Mr. Surajit Ensured That I Received A New Replacement TV In A Short Span Of Time.

Worst after sale service. Will not recommend to anyone. Multiple mails sent to customer service no reply yet. More than1 month. Sick and tired of followup.

The service on the store is very good. But the installation of the product very bad.
The installation guy was selling a filter and insisted we buy it. Cost= 2600/.
The guy did not give a proper demo. He just showed the buttons and the functions. He left in a hurry.

On the 8/02/2020 I have purchased a new launch LG G8X phone with an assured offer of LG TV to be delivered at my residents within 14 days.when I tried contacting the sales manager post 14 days, the covid 19 excuses became the core reason.
Now I have lost my patience because I haven't heard either from the staff or the management even after 7 months.

Isn't it strange and funny for such a reputed company I always thought it was to be cheating and fooling customers this way. It was a hard earn money I spent on for an expensive phone. Reliance Digital and LG electronics on winning the worst customer experience.

What can you ask more in 2020 given the circumstances and situations everything around?

Absolutely horrendous store, employees do not co-operate and won't check if stock is available at other reliance digital stores and try to push other brands if your desired one isn't available.

They advertise too much & don't have the products when you visit the outlet. It's just to draw your attention to the other products that are on SALE so that you change your mind. Not worth visiting.

Staff have a no care attitude. No one is bothered a customer is asking for products. Very low customer service standards

AC installation was supposed to be done 2 days after booking but even after 5 days there is no service.they just keep on saying that they are trying but in reality there clearly not

Actually I'm giving one star because there is no option for minus star.
They only care about customer till u haven't bought anything. After that they just don't care. They behave like goons.
I bought boat soundbar. They assured me about installation. They didn't came for installation for 3 days. And than they said customer has to install wall mounted soundbar by themselves.
So if u r going to buy anything from reliance digital Park Street branch than first BUY A DRILLING MACHINE AMD TRAIN YOURSELF FOR INSTALLATION PROCESS.
They also assured me about for warranty they will take care about matter. God knows what they will do when time comes for that service.

Good service.old place has only iPhones etc the newly opened beside Starbucks has other brands like samsung etc

I purchased an ac (carrier) from reliance digital park street showroom despite commitment from the store people and manager the the ac will be delivered and install by 28/01/2020 it has been 5days still no delivery done at my home ac installer are calling and harassing me 10 time a day after multiple visit and call to showroom still no service being provide by reliance digital
The store do not care for customer satisfaction and is only concern will making money third class service from a renowned retail brand will recommend anyone to not visit the store or purchased goods from them

One gets all the necessary & luxurious items relating to technology over here. However, it serves as just another buying option since the ecommerce websites including Amazon provide better & reasonable deals than these physical stores

This is really a 3.5 star. Good helpful sales service. Wide variety of high quality electronic & electrical products under one roof. The only downside maybe that its cramped for the number of products it displays. For some this may not be an issue but a person like me could easily get confused & exhausted while comparing, understanding & finally deciding on a particular item.

Great shop to get a hands on feel of the electronics you are interested in. It's located at about 8-10mins walking distance from Park Street Metro Station. I wish better deals were available here.

Whenever you go to buy anything, nevee listen to the workers! They will misguide you! Take information about the item from your friends or family and then buy! Be careful before you buy. I will refer you to go to E MALL

Worst experience. The workers misguided a lot. They don't brief clearly about the warranty. They advertise false things that once you pay the money, they start throwing their rule books in front of you and don't consider repair of your products under warranty period.

After sale service is very bad. I have purchased one T. V paying full amount which they took to deliver 5 days after continuously Persuing the same and then They have taken 5 days to deliver products. Very unfortunate and dissatisfied service and misrepresentation on their part.
