My experience was pathetic, I went there to buy some electronics appliance to gift someone on their special day, firstly they don't have stocks of items which are being displayed and even if you ask them when will it be available they have no clue at all, the sales people showed least interest and they were so ignorant about customer's needs and queries. This changed my perception of Reliance Digital stores.

The employees here are very helpful. Tanayee attended us & gave us a good guidance about buying the smart TV.

It is the worst electronics store ever, accessories are missing in the package of the product, please check each and everything before taking the product!
The staff cheats you by giving a resealed box and mentions it as fresh piece!

Reconnect products are not good. For other brand we have to go to service center of that particular brand as usual.

The person at Jio counter is very rude, doesn't know how to talk with the customers. Totally unacceptable behaviour.

Staff is polite and helpful, I was temporarily using a Jio Phone and used to go here for a recharge, I have to refute the claims made that they are only good to 'big ticket' customers.

Reliance Digital showroom at VIP road Haldiram is quite old. All most all branded electronic and electrical gadgets are available here with justified rate. They announce attractive offers during festival season throughout the year. Their stock and varity is very good.

Staff with 0 percent ability to handle customer. All looks at ur pocket to grab down.i purchased dell i5 laptop and they didn't give me a bootable USB. And told me to give this of 1000 rs.

Executive at your place does not know how to talk to the customers and are quite rude

In other digital showrooms, they try to arrange the products from other digital showrooms or from the godown but here if the product is not available then you don't get have it in near future too.

I give 5 stars bcz my most of home appliances and needy items are purchased from here. Very cooperative to behave with every customers.

Almost all the electronic items (including Mobile, TV, Camera etc.) are found there with reasonable price and the products are of famous Brands.

It's a mid sized show room where you can get JIO Connection as well.

All Representative are very unprofessional, they don't give respect to the customer, they sale the product without testing, and when the product has sold they started avoiding the customer for testing the product and passing the product from one to another person.

Everything is good.only billing process needs to be improved. You're going to waste really a huge time in the billing process even for a small earphone.

There is no attitude of hospitality among the staff of this attractive shop. The kind of briefing service provided by them really disappointed us. They can't make a simple GST bill by entering the GST number. They need the copy of the GST certificate to generate the bill. The shop looks so bright and welcoming from outside but the insider attribute of this place is not at all what it looks from outside! Really disappointed. Customer service is worse!

Very dissatisfied with their use. After taking one thing, they are totally changed their words.also customer harassment is there. The better, not to buy from here. Go somewhere else if you want to get the service. Very bad use them.

The stock at this reliance digital what is is kind of limited and nominal with absence of latest products. The staff is courteous and cordial and they are helpful without resorting to to push sale tactics. Parking was available but there was no escalator or elevator inside the premises to add and assist people with disability to go up to the first floor and explore the offerings there.

Just visited them. Wanted to see and know about the details of a large display product. The sales representative was not very professional. They must realize that before spending 50-75 thousand bucks, people will explore things and weigh their options. You being a sales representative can't be annoyed by the fact. Not all first enquiries and demonstrations culminate into a product sale, but yes when consumer decides to buy, your demeanor and behaviour plays a major role in deciding from where consumer will buy!

Reliance Digital VIP road are big cheaters. We had purchased a 65'' Led Tv on 27 th January they had a offer on speakers that they didnot had that offer and they said now when they will have stock they will give the speaker. Now when they have stock they are ready to give that speakers on the MRP but not on the discounted price because they have to sell a Tv along with it. The floor manager Rajesh is so reluctant that make complaints you can do nothing of us. Cheating company

Highly disappointed shopping here, mainly due to the horrible after service. Far from smooth I've had to make endless calls to get a fridge delivered. Different people to deliver, different people to install and different people to take my old fridge. On top of that I got a damaged fridge. Seriously banging my head. The staff at this store are slow and incompetent and have trouble understanding your situation. I will never ever shop here.
