Reliance Fresh

It was good though with limited stocks of products and good discounts but dairy products were not in deal.

Very well stocked as always. Discounted offers has high value for money. The payment kiosk are fast and easy for online payments.

I really don't suggest anyone to visit the store. Products are unorganised and prices after discount don't mention properly. Sales guy are not very much friendly. If you are not clear on prices and offers than we have to ask right. Three billing desk but only one is active with lady doing all the work. She. Is too much confuse on offers n cash transactions n card transaction n not ready to help customers. This is the only outlet in 7 km outlet that y going. Request the company to get a bigger place n professional people who don't engage into fight with customer just focus on service.

Only famely pack products available. So small family unable to parched. Arambag shoping centre more than popular from reliance math. Price also very high. Staff beya bhr good.

Good experience. But not big storage area small size. Few things not available and also out of stock mainly few times.

Very bad behaviour as a service provider, there is more than 8 customer inside the store and as I seen that they are continuing shoping but sequrity said that the shop is closed. I requested to sequrity I just need one item. But he not allowing me.
As a regular customer of Reliance fresh I'm very much disappointed. I will never go to Reliance fresh in future.
This type of behaviour also not represent hospitality of KOLKATA.

AC wasn't working and there were no trolley to pick things up. Besides the cherry on the pie was rude behaviour of the staff. The manager was least bothered about the store condition being busy in a personal phone call. When we tried to talk to them they all started arguing and harrassing us. Highly unprofessional behaviour. Don't recommend this store at all. Disgusting.

Very bad customer service / billing person (Mr Sankar Halder), was reluctant to check the price of a honey pack for the second time when requested for, also to note there was no one after me on the que, when asked the reason he was very rude, this small request by the customer might have given reliance a chance to sell the product. This kind of person who gives a bad name to the company should be thrown out of the company asap.
