Lack of professional management. Most of the times they dont even bother to change the offer sections and while billing one gets the reality check.

So surprising to see after enormous reviews and complaints, the management fails big time. Absolute zero customer service provided here. Most of the times the billing counters are closed with only 2 running even when there's rush. Visited yesterday and was so shocking to see how the entire management fails to serve the customer right till date. Had some return issues which took almost an hour for the entire process to get it done. Called for floor manager but was of no use. She desperately avoided the fact when the cashier misbehaved. From one counter to the other all the cashiers are recklessly working with such bad body language and behavior. Instead of resolving, the cashier asked me to go again to another counter as he didn't know how to proceed with the return process. Instead of giving me solution he smirked and showed attitude. Called for MOD yet was of no help. Later a nepali guy came to the counter chewing on gums with disgusting body language, it was difficult for me to understand what he was speaking as it was highly unprofessional.

Just because of this entire unprofessional management, the brand name gets a slap on the face big time. Not just once or twice, years after years dealing with same nonsense. Please look into this matter it's high time.

I have started a dish wash reselling business. If you sell our product in your mall then there can be some increase in our business. MRP of our product is much lower than the market price, use a little bit of this gel, clean all the barton. I hope you won't refuse

I recently visited and I must say that my experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I feel compelled to share my experience in the hope that it will bring attention to the urgent need for improvement in this establishment.

From the moment I entered the store, it was evident that customer service was not a priority. The lack of available staff was astonishing. Despite the store opening at around 9: 30 am, there were hardly any employees present to assist customers in finding the products they needed. I was left to wander around and actively seek out assistance myself, which should not be the case in a well-managed store.

To make matters worse, when I finally found an employee, I requested assistance in purchasing a mixer grinder. However, to my dismay, I was informed that the person responsible for checking, testing, and packaging the product would not be available until much later. Initially, I was told they would arrive at 10: 30 am, but then another staff member contradicted that information and said they would arrive at 1 am. This lack of coordination and communication among the staff is simply unacceptable.

What struck me the most during this ordeal was the arrogant behavior and attitude displayed by the staff members. Their dismissive and uncaring approach towards customers made for an incredibly unpleasant shopping experience. It is disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and respect for customers who are the lifeblood of any business.

I sincerely urge the authorities or management to take immediate and appropriate action to rectify these glaring issues. Improving the quality of service should be of utmost importance to any establishment, and the staff should be trained to treat customers with respect, empathy, and professionalism.

My hope is that this review serves as a wake-up call. Customers deserve better, and it is only through addressing these concerns that the reputation and credibility of the store can be restored. I sincerely hope that necessary steps will be taken to ensure a positive shopping experience for future customers.

All local badly behaved stafff.had a bad experience with billing of products worth 10k when they didnt have large carry bags.forcing to take small cary bags of rs 200, later after billing unwilling to help with cartoons and checked the items 3 times thinking we are thiefs.highly not recommended! Unless theres no option

Price is a bit high than other Reliance Malls in the town. You will have all the necessary stuffs available here starting from eggs to door mats.

Reliance smart situated in burdhaman road near Vishal mega Mart is a departmental store providing all your basic daily need at reasonable rate and with regular attractive offers.
It is small as compared to its competitors like Spencers or big bazaar but it provides equally good offers with great varieties of options for the customers.
The staffs are also very efficient and helpful.
Over all good shopping experience.

Still needs staffs and more goods and most importantly a collection of beautiful Clothing line.
