Well stocked supermarket, we got great english speaking service. A lot of 2 for 1 offers and special offers ~30% below MRP.

Good store with rubbish and third class employee quality. Given 1star only for the staffs. Even fish market's staff has better courtesy and know about better customer service. These stores staff didn't have a minimum quality to work in a vegetable market. Don't know how Reliance entertaining these mannerless people. They lack in professionalism and mannerism. The staffs in the billing desks are least bothered about the customers concern, while billing they use to do gossip and crack jokes among themselves.

It's a huge departmental store. Spanning two floors, they stock everything from vegetables, groceries, and homeware to clothes. They even have excellent offers on the weekends.

Lacks variety and one specific product is stored wayy too much amount. There is very less amount of workers in there the store is not organised and clean and neither is it easy to find something

A good mall specially daily use grocery. You get everything under one umbrella. There are always minimum 5% discount on products. But some products are expensive compare to local shop.

The staffs are not so friendly and cooperative.
They don't even update the offers which causes harassment to the shoppers.

I go here usually. Everything is available here. The most important thing is that this store offers some great discount on every products.

A nice shopping centre for people of all the social profiles.
Nice location with available perking space for two wheelers. Easy access from all corners of the city.

এনাদের কয়েকটি জিনিস খুব বাজে। পার্কিং ব্যবস্থা, এবং বিল কাউন্টার। এত কম জায়গায় ক্রেতাদের দাড়াতে হয়, সাথে জিনিসপত্র নিয়ে খুব অসুবিধা হয়। এবং বেশিরভাগ সময় বেশিরভাগ বিল কাউন্টার বন্ধ থাকে। 1st Floor এ ওঠার জন্য কোনো Ramp না থাকায় অনেক জিনিসপত্র নিয়ে উঠতে ভিষন অসুবিধা হয়। এই বিষয়গুলো অবশ্যই পরিবর্তন করা প্রয়োজন

The staff are not very helpful. They treat customers as if they are employees of SBI. Also checking out takes longer than it should. They need to declutter their floor space for us to walk around.

You will get almost everything here. But not everything. Certain brand of Chips are not available. Many products of Keventer are available buy Sausage are not in their inventory.

Jio mart new mall launched at bolpur (near bolpur bus stand). All of these available here and jio mart gave various discounts on their specific products. Fresh items also available in low price.

Goo for shopping but no parking area available. It becomes really a troublesome task to find a place for parking.

From the beginning of store i meet staff and told for clothes hanger in trail room, 2nd visit also i meet floor manager and adress the issue, again i told them the same but they take it very casual, during the time of covid, we have to put our clothes in ground and all new clothes are thrown in ground and again display in store.totally unhygienic and billing is too slow here.lock of training and management

No parking place, lots of garbage always just beside the entrance. It seems, reliance forget to train these team.
