It's been a while reliance has increased the price for quality wardrobe. I visit the store time to time but the collection is getting lesser, price higher. But to be honest I liked the store with quality products and aparels

Employees are extremely helpful in choosing clothes according to your price range and also they help out on getting proper value of money. Great collection over here

Easily visible place on DH road quite big place of reliance to do shopping all under one roof. Has reliance digital also and reliance jewellery is also present as seen on recent visit. Taking all the covid protection and social distancing is maintained. Trial clothes are kept aside so can be sure you are not trying someone else's clothes. And staff is nice and happy to help you out with what you like to see.

Customer Service is praiseworthy and at present, they are offering merchandise price if you purchase >= Rs 6000/-

Nice place for men's wear, kid's wear and also really good collection of ethnic wear for ladies. Jio service and mobile phones are also available.

A great place to shop around. It has the electronic section as well. If you're in a mood for shopping but camt afford for shoppers stop this is your place to be.

Dress material is too good. Many new style you will be get here. And all staff's behaviour is very good.

Has good collection, few things to improve- customer care attitude needs to be improved, then they give coupons which are waste like many other stores, eg 200 off on your next purchase of Rs 10000 etc, charges exorbitant for bags while they actually should give away carry bags for free (paper or cloth bags). Near to Bata showroom also, so kinda mini mall.

Good place for shopping. Whatever u want electronics or clothes or footwear or jewellery u get at same place. Awesome staff behaviour.

Its a one stop destination for clothes and electronic goods for the people of Thakurpukur. There is lot of variety in clothes and apparel for men, women and kids. Attractive discounts are also available mostly on all purchases. Location is right on the DH Road and easily visible.

Located near Thakur pukur market. Easy to spot from the main road and falls in right side while going towards diamond harbour. The building is huge and stock is decent enough. The ground floor houses the clothing section where as the second floor houses reliance digital with all the electronic equipments. They provide huge offers and discounts along with lucrative gifts during festival seasons.

It is a good place with great ambience and decent collection. But the only drawback is that the Thakupukur branch does not have the footwear section.

Nice place with awesome collection but the price is little bit high. If talking about services and behaviour, they are very much polite.

It's a nice place but goods are extremely costly. Many of the product quality is good but not all. Especially electrical goods are way more costly

Great range in terms of fashion. You will get casuals, formals to ethnic for infants, kids, men, women at one place. All in great prices.

Good but expensive. Lack of parking space especially if you have 4 wheeler. Air conditioned with garments and electronics.

No special offers for puja YET and the discount coupon schemes they have right now are just ridiculous. There used to be a variety of fashion goods to choose from but their current stock is too generic and stereotype.

As good as any other trends store. The staff find it difficult to handle the crowd in peak time.

It's well arranged, different sections are marked and directions are shown, employee's are pretty helpful and polite, cash out was pretty simple.
