Resort Blue Lagoon

It is a nice resort beside the sea shore at Mandarmoni, East Midnapur. The location of the resort is very good, just 11 km away from Chaulkhola, Digha main road. Staff are well behaved and provide good service. AC double bed room rates Rs 1500/- and 12 bedded AC dormitory rents Rs 4000/-. Per head meal costs Rs 600/-. Food quantity and quality is very good. But rooms are old and not of premium quality.

This is family resort, wonderful view from resort to sea, food quality is very good & all staff's behaviour is good

Rooms are average, food and service is decent but the location is great, absolutely love the cost to pocket this place has in terms of what it offers. Have visited here multiple times and will continue to do so

Resort has own beach, nice Location.they sharve snacks in (macha), enjoyment place.all snacks tasty, all foods quality very good. Overall good in this budget

Pros: Resort has reasonable price compared to other on beach resorts. Food was good.with limited men.service was good. Great ambience.
Cons: Could be more cleaner. Ac is automatic.your have to buy water for your safety.

Rooms are ordinary, but private beach is there, location wise excellent. Excellent place for bachelors.

Mid budget hotel to stay in Mandarmani. Staffs are good. But not spacious as it’s competitors. It’s way to car parking from main gate is too narrow.

Resort is 15 mint walking distance from main beach of mandarmani. The only positive of this hotel is it has its own beach access. They have shack facing sea where u can enjoy snacks drinks etc. Their rooms are just normal, nothing extraordinary or good, washroom is very bad. Half of the time current gets off.m, a.c. Don't work.

Had a great time. Loved the location. Ac in my room was not working after we checked in. It was really good to see that the hotel staff immediately shiftes us to another room. Staff behaviour was really good. Food was just awesome. Sorshe Bhetki was delicious. Would love to visit this place again. And as per my personal view I found Mandarmani better than Digha. This is just my feeling.

Very nice place. Very nice view. One can enjoy quality time with friend and family. Highly recommended. Food is good but don't ask for noodle (a little less tasty)

*We booked the dormitory room online for April 1,2022.

*First of all, the room was dirty, the bathroom was the worst of all the hotels I had visited.
*The bedsheets are very dirty, water is constantly leaking from the A. C.and the TV is not working.

*The quality and quantity of food were very poor and unhealthy.
***The condition of drinking water here is very bad.

*Forget about the hotel, the beach here is very beautiful, you can spend your holiday here in peace.

**I would give two points for the beach and the sea.

very small room.no other facilities! Normally force you have the meal from threre but everyday same food!
it could okay bachelors to go and enjoy but for family, definately no!

Worst experience. No hygiene maintained. AC spilling water. Worst food quality. Shacks are dirty. Ordered rice but gave roti in dinner. Some Uncooked food and some are way to spicy

Beach view was awesome and also the room service. Room was big but didn't like that much. 3 star for the room.

We booked on 24th april 2021. We gave them advance for 5k. However 2nd wave arrived in west bengal. After discussing with hotel we postponed our trip. Manager assured us that amount will be adjusted next time but he can not refund. We accepted the fact. Now he is saying only 50% will be adjusted, otherwise if I wish he can refund me 2.5k.

It's a very basic hotel with very basic amenities. Food quality is good.the hotel is on the sea beach.

Blue lagoon at mandarmoni is on beach resort.staff is very helpful & friendly.food quality is very good.i am suggest for everyone go to blue lagoon resorts & enjoy your joyful holiday.

Excellent experience with mind-blowing atmosphere.but previous staff and manager was very helpfull.price have increased in bitter way.food charge was not compulsory before bt ths tm included.

Honestly the place was great, even when I visited there 2years back. Well, there were nothing as such great. But for me it was, since I had some good memories.
But this time, I got extremely bad behavior from each of their staffs including the owner or manager. Changing of the entire staffs made the difference. Unreasonable high price set according to their convenience. There's no fix price. In short, I will never ever visit this place ever again. I am so badly disappointed also heart broken since I nearly went there for 4 times before.

It’s a very very basic hotel. We took two rooms, which were almost clean. But room had many issues like broken washroom door, water tap was not working properly, fan regulator was not working etc. Though they charged a good amount. Not value for money at all. Few of the stuffs were good but not all. One person (probably cook) was demanding for tips by stopping our vehicle in a very bad way.

The good things are the location, just beside the sea beach. Food taste was good (we had to take fooding and lodging package combo) and few stuffs were really helpful and courteous. It has ample amount parking space though entrance is very narrow. Also, there is plenty of sitting arrangement at sea side within the property.

Mandarmani main beach is 2-2.5 kms away from the property. The same owner has another property in Tajpur with same name.

Only plus point location is good. Very poor service food quality worst whether u eat or not person has to pay. Rooms are average

The location is very good, just beside the seabeach. IT IS A PET FRIENDLY RESORT. Food is standard. Overall this is a good resort in medium budget.

Recently i have visited this resort. It looks okay from outside but rooms are not at all maintained and not clean. Service is very slow. More than 10times we asked the concern person to arrange their sweeper to clean the room and then someone came and clean it. They are providing 2beded room saying its 3beded. Though food was not bad and its very close to the sea beach. Washroom door was broken, mirror inside the toilet was cracked. No maintainence and dirty washroom it was. I would suggest them to look into maintenance and cleanliness part. Really not happy.

Food is good but maintenance is worst. We were booked 3 A. C.room but believe me AC is not functional at all but they charged full rent. Staffs are ok but they didn't respond properly. Hilarious experience after all.

আমি আজ ফিরলাম এখান থেকে. রিভিউ দেখেই গিয়েছিলাম সবার মতো. কষ্ট করে পাওয়া ছুটি পুরো নষ্ট করে ফিরলাম. যারা ফ্যামিলি নিয়ে যাবেন plz যাবেন না. মদ্যপনের জন্য বেস্ট জায়গা. কিন্ত যাদের এটা চলে না ভুলেও যাবেন না.
. খাবারের মান অত্যন্ত খারাপ. আমি জানি না যারা ভালো বলেছেন কি করে বললেন.
ঘরে মাছি সব সময় আর রাতে মশা.
অসুবিধার কথা জানানোর সত্বেও কোন হেল্প স্টাফে রা করে না. একদম নিম্ন মানের একটি রিসট.
ওয়াই ফাই নামেই. সে আবার বেশী দূর পাবেন না.
সব মিলিয়ে খুব বাজে অভিজ্ঞতা. ভদ্র ফ্যামিলি আমি খুব কম দেখলাম. তাই বলছি আমার মতো আপনাদেরও ছুটি টাকা নষ্ট যেনো না হয়.

Rooms are not clean at all. Bathrooms are dirty. Plastic table inside the rooms are very dirty. Restaurant is also dirty and unhygienic

Is it a resort or picnic place of intoxication.low standard food. Mosquito and fly everywhere. Full of empty wine bottles everywhere.loud music of travelers will surely kill your mental peace.more on management indulged them by not taking any step.in one word u find hale in the haven (mandarmani). Requesting all family members plz stay away if u dont want to spoil your precious holiday.

The property is just good. And very good for batchelors, group, young couple. Not the best for family

Pros: Servicing staff is ready to help on point

Cons: zero hygiene, flies all over the eating room, suspicious dirt spots all over furniture and room. Sea view is not clear, even in their "sea view rooms". Environment is totally zero.

I believe the cons being more than pros defines my experience here

One of the best resort on Mandemani.
Rooms are big.
And the hotel attendants are really very good.
But the perimeter is not so clean.
Resort should maintain the area more carefully

Decent room, the best point being it's proximity to the beach, food is not that good but many restaurants are available nearby

This hotel is nice and clean and rate of room is very cheap and here u find a bed room of 6 person and if u want good food at least in mandarmani u can order anything what u want from this hotel's kitchen and from this hotel u can directly get connect with beach I mean to say that this hotel open one side with beach and if u want to feel horizon then u have to be there at mandarmani and here u find a ride and seating area near beach and for me this is the best hotel with room rates, hygiene, food, scenic beauty, enjoyment are all very good and best at least for mandarmani

Worst manager and property owner I have ever seen, simply cheated with money, worst food with 700/- package, the committed has been provided to others, during complain i was been told the party booked that room with 1000/- more. Manager behaviour is very rough and unprofessional.
