Resort Hirak Jayanti

The resort is well located and near to sea beach although the resort also has its own beach. Rooms are ok. The problem is with the room service which is not up to the mark. The telephone of the room does not work. Everytime you have to go to the reception for ordering something which is pretty far from room.

Firstly the phone number provided here is of a travel agent. Secondly the room quality is not at all at par as per its price. Thirdly, half of the food items mentioned in their menu is not available. The only thing is good is it's location.

Worst hotel of Mandarmani. We had room no 123 in which Fam was direct, regulator was only for show, telephone was not working. The room was very small. ₹3200 for such a room is too much. Service was third class. For food you have to give order to a reception boy and food will be serviced after 1 to 2 hour. Very bad experience.

Very homely resort, behavior of the staff's are quite good. There is a ample space for car parking.

No security in the beach. Photographers can take your photos without your consent. Rooms were not tidy. Door knob was broken, water taps and ceiling fans were not working, and in some rooms the wall were broken.

Very good service and perfect for your enjoyment.
Every person of this hotel is very faithful.
But two-wheeler service not available here.

Location & view from resort is nice. Food were okay. Service in restaurant is good. Rooms were not cleaned. Bed sheets, towels were uncleaned. Fan was not working. AC temperature couldn’t control (higher/lower). Overall service is not up to the mark.
They have a private beach without any security. We faced some problem while enjoying at the sea beach, reported the resort authority but they did not take any actions.
Overall not recommended for family.

Stayed here last 2 nights, Rooms very dirty, cockroaches mosquitoes bugs and other insects live in the cottage for free, dirty towel and bed sheets. Post occupying room 109, I had to call staffs multiple times to get the room cleaned and spray Hit to kill mosquitoes and cockroaches. Next poor and super delayed room service by the staffs. Bibhas was active in receiving orders but failed to deliver them on time. Intercom device wasn't working. I had to personality visit kitchen multiple times to get my food. Not gonna come back again to Hirak Jayanti for sure and would definitely not recommend others.

The place was very charming in respect of natural beauty of sea. The sea beach was very clean and the resort where we have used to stay was a beautiful place just beside the sea beach with direct access to beach.

Recently we visited.the staffs are very cooperative and good in behaviour.they are very manageable.rooms and washrooms were clean.and they change the bed sheet every day. The location of the resort is just awesome.now i miss the place. It was very peaceful.i love it.

Very good location. Rooms are Small but OK. Food quality average. Cost moderate. Over all satisfactory.

You can have better experience staying here. It's located just beside mandermoni local market. In the evening you can explore this market.

Best resort I have visited in Mandarmani till now. Far better than other fancy resorts. The view from the resort is amazing. It seems like we had a private beach where we can chill for the whole day. The staffs are really helpful and friendly. Special credit goes to Dipu (one of the staffs of the resort). Highly recommended
