Restaurant Sonargaon / Akash Residency

Under renovation, tiles and ply works being done, so very dusty climate, so now it's not stayable.

A third class hotel with no facility at all. Staff are not co-operative at all. Very untidy rooms with rotten cockroaches, lizards, insects everywhere. Tv, phone, gyeser everything is dead. Very disgusting experience.

I've heard about this Aakas Recidency but this is the first time I've visited here but my experience is too bad. The service is very poor. Hardly any waiter listen to us. We have ordered chicken lollipop, chilli chicken and naan, each of the food items were worst. The chicken smells too bad even we couldn't eat it. We ordered for cold drinks but they didn't give us even we told them twice to give us colddrinks. This is just an below avarage restuarant with high food price. I've missed one thing, the naan was totally friend and crispy. Naan should be soft but they gave us 'paapad'. Worst experience ever.

No parking area. We went from Balurghat but the misbehaviour of the security guard regarding parking my car realy disappointed us.

Food was good. All the staffs were nice on behaviour. The washroom was not so clean. No parking area. Overall it was an average experience for me at all.

This restaurant was so good before but now everything is past. Portion is good but not eatable. I had a bad stomachache after trying chilli chicken here.

This is a worst hotel. It’s better to avoid to stay in Gangarampur. No good hotel r there. This hotel-service was horrible. No customer services are there. So much dirty in the wash room & the room. Water supply issue is there. In the morning reception counter open on 8AM. Before this time if you any need, nobody r there for your help.

Basically they have two sections one is residential part (Akash Residency) another one is Restaurant (Sonar Gao)
This rating is only applicable to Sonar Gao restaurant not for Akash Residency as I went for fooding purpose not for staying.
Food wise quality is good but poor servicing. We went around 18 people but not able to serve properly.
Felt like they are inexperienced and confused. Otherwise ambiance it's good.

AC wa not there. Tawoa Butter Roti was very hard. Egg Bhurji was not tasty, too much salt and oil was there. They use cheap edible oil

Quality of staff discipline and quality of food is not satisfactory as compared to its huge infrastructure.

Economic. Well decorated. Priced good. Location is ok. Just around 150 feet from main road. But service is very slow. Very slow. And food quality is just about ok ok.

Medium. Stay for 3 days. Food is good but room service is poor. Door lock is broken, TV not working. Service is late. Blankets are not clean.

Have stayed here for three days. Not a great place. The rooms are not clean enough, linens are dirty, service is poor. The TVs does not work, room locks were also problematic in some rooms. The only good thing is their food, except which, this hotel is not up to expectations.

Homely atmosphere and comfort for staying with family. Quality of food is excellent and very tasty at an affordable rate. Room is neat and clean. Cold staying and no need of AC room. Room service is excellent. We stayed here for five nights along with family and highly satisfied with the services and behaviour of hotel staff. Thanks to hotel management. We are from Guwahati, Assam.

Damp unhygienic Rooms, no sanitization bed, service is poor, not upto the mark as the price is high.

Good location for youngers to celebrate any kind of celebration.low light with music feeling lovely️. Personaly l suggest everyone to visit.

Unprofessional staff management is irresponsible foods also not so tasty only presentation is good

Food was below average.served cold food.rating for cleaniness is zero, everywhere you will find tissue papers, waste water bottles. Very dissapoiting experience.

The best restaurants near Bus stand. Quality food and beverage are available here. You can book a table for your schedule time for celebration or otherwise. Price is high but they doesn't deceived you with their nice food and courteous service to the customer by the staffs. You can arrange buffet style lunch or dinner for your personal or business reasons for a lot of people at banquet halls of the concern. Transportation is very good and obviously a plus point. But car parking space and interior decoration needs professionalism and dedication to customers satisfaction. We know goodwill is the only thing which will cover any institution upto the mark. Authority maybe think about this matter. Thanks a lot
