Such carelessness in service. They didn't even provide a soap in the washroom. Everything is broken in the washroom, the shelf, the hand shower stand.

We got a poorly maintained room after paying high charges. There are some cool rooms on the top most floors. You can view the Kanchenjunga from the balcony. Food quality is excellent.

Room is very bad, service is rude. All the rooms are going through some repair but still they accepted booking. Very bad experience, had to change hotels at the mid of our stay.

Location good, View room awesome, food and service awesome, Mall distance only 5 minutes and 24 hrs hot water supply, just awesome experience, Thanks

Hotel location is good condition and room also good but service is too poor, In room no. 206 there is no Mobile charging point, Room garbage not cleaning daily basis when key available in Hotel reception, Gyser main MCP controling from out side but once inform not opening in the morning and night.
At a result service is too poor.
