Riya - The Travel Expert Kolkata

I have recently availed the service of Riya Travels for Schengen tourist visa for some of my family members. I am satisfied with their service, especially Shubham Mukherjee who guided us well through the complicated paperwork. The service charge is also pretty reasonable. I would also like to commend Mr. Kartik B. Rao who guided us well and set the ball rolling on the day of visa interview.

It was 2019, I had to travel Brussels via Corporate Visa and Riya Travels helped us submitting documents in vfs.
Second time in 2021 my wife had to travel Brussels on dependent Visa. Soumen da from Kolkata vfs helped us a lot.

The employees are on another level! Through out the day I keep on contacting them for the details so that I can start the visa process. I talked to three different persons, all informed they would send me a mail, but neither of them did it. So callous and irresponsible behaviour!

This is the most exhausting and worst service ever. I don't want to give them 1 star. They deserve -10000 rating. For student visa they misguided for almost 1 month, lost my time, an educational year and what not. Worst people and company. Do not pay them.

You are such a fraud people, from last 1 month I was totally mislead by this company and their employees. I did not got correct info and due to it I am going to loose 1 educational year in my life. Do not trust them. Buggest scam in India. Their license should be cancelled. I am going to lodge an FIR for my loss and sufferings.

You are the eorst company ever. I am trying to book visa since 1 month anf these people haven't even registered my passport no. I am in panic at last moment due to these shameless company. Don't avail their service. These are frauds, cheats, lazy, liars and what not! Trying hard to stop posting all the bad words they deserve. They should land in vonsumer court and I am sure they will pay for my sufferings. Hate you.
