Rossy pet care is worse pet care shop I have ever seen. I actually share my experience. I had a cat. From some days he was not eat anything. I said my cat is seek. His mouth was becoming white. Dn rossy pet care said me come at 5 pm on hospital. I said that it's emergency. But they deny and said come at 5 pm. So i any how gave glucose to my pet till 5 pm. After 5 pm he just inject my cat. And after 5 minutes he was dead. Their medicine is so expensive. And also absence of humanity. They just earn money from people emotions.

They will kill your pets intentionally. If you don’t believe me, you can visit and see the results after 2 months.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC

They were very helpful. I took a street dog puppy to thier place they have immediately started treatment and I hope she get better soon.

Their service is not very good. Absolutely unprofessional.

Rossy Pet care is good people are caring about animals. Understand their pain.to Doctor, Lady owner, Took a street puppy hit by a car, they checked, treated without charging anything for treatment for stray dog. Generous and kind people working for a noble cause.

The place is not good and very expressive. Staff's are very unprofessional and do not know how to take care a dog. Vet have very less knowledge about dog health.

All of it's publicly shared phone numbers are unreachable. Please update them. A very caring group of people though.

The place is graveyad take your pet to this place if and only if you want them in wrong hand the doctor is highly unprofessional not zero but have negative knowledge about pets. The doctor doesn't give a damn about your pets life he treat them like their life doesn't matter, it was my life's biggest mistake to take my pet there i lost him in front of my eyes.
The caretakers have more knowledge than the doctor.

My rabbit had been fostered for few days here they charged 300 per day, they kept in a very dirty place in non hygienic conditions despite giving all the food and other stuff they provide nothing, and also found one cuts mark under the chin, please never foster your pets here you will endup feeling guilty.

Contacted them because I needed a "fit to travel" certificate for my cats. They are asking 1000 rupees per certificate. Also vaccination charges for cat is 500 rupees. I have 4 cats and I have done all the same things under 1500 rupees

Please read this to know how unprofessional and greedy this clinic is. I contacted them because I needed a "fit for air travel" certificate for my pet dog to take him from Kolkata to bangalore by air, as per th standard airline requirement. It is a routine affair. I wanted to visit them in the morning before the flight but the doctor said he wouldn't be available so he asked me to show him the dog on video call that evening and send him the vaccination record on whatsapp. I did that. He said the dog is ok and he would prepare the certificate and I can collect it from his assistant in the morning. And he asked me to pay ₹1000 through Paytm. I protested that it was too much for just a certificate. Normally such a certificate doesn't cost more than ₹200 to ₹300. He called me after a while and asked me to pay ₹ 600 instead. Since I didn't have much of a choice, I agreed for ₹600. I collected that certificate the next morning and went to the airport. The airport security refused to accept the certificate because it was only a "health certificate" and didn't say the dog was fit to fly. I called the doctor to request him to make another one and send it to me on whatsapp so I could produce it. Rather thr doctor spoke rudely on the call and refused to help. I missed the flight because the cargo refused to carry him. Incurred loss of time and approx ₹10000. I have never come across such a greedy and misbehaved vet. I don't know what he does with the people who get their pets to him. I told him that I'd expose how greedy and misbehaved he was. I think it's my duty and responsibility to let people know the truth. You all can make the choice. Good luck.

Excellent stock of pet products and medicine. Slightly out of the way, but right on the main Road. Road condition very bad.

This place is very nice and noticable on normal slow traffic. A good place for Pets. Collection is not as much as you will normally expect, but it is fine and i am sure that you will find your prince/princess charming. I mean to say your pet of course. I found different type o dogs and cats and fishes are basically in an abundant manner. But m sure that you can find other pets as well. Must vusit place if you're willing to buy your pet cum best friend in a reasonable price. Must care your pet. I ask that to every pet lover. M a dog lover. Visited for Fish, has all sorts of Aquarium including Platation as well Marine which are available in most aquarium shops. Prices are quite reasonable compared to other shops. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Must visit for aquariums, and all also for pets.
