Food & service was too good. The best part was i didn't have to check on them, as i was busy in my function. They are very economical and haven't compromised on quality also. Unlike other caterers their food was not oily. I will be calling them for more of my functions as of now.

I would like to give six stars against five to Royal Cook Caterer. We organised our only son's reception on 8th December 2022 in which Royal Cook Caterer, specifically Debkumar Dasgupts (Pallab Da) had taken charge of the catering service of the event. I am overwhelmed with the of response from each of my guests praising about the excellent food quality, arrangement, behavior and enthusiasm of the service boys and punctuality. Some of the guests have taken the contact no.of Debkumar Dasgupta and I am relieved that in any future event of mine, I won't have to search caterers but will simply rely on Royal Cook Caterer to get one of the best catering service. I must say that within such a short period, they made us feel like a family member.

Took the catering services of Royal Cook Caterer for my son’s 1st Birthday. All my guests and family members liked the food quality. We specially liked the fish fry and chicken pakora. Thank You for making the occasion a successful one.

Had booked for a small birthday party. Staff was polite. But they changed the rice menu from white peas Pulao to yellow rice which didn't taste well. Secondly the fish inside the fish fry was not of good quality. Chatni and papad was good.mutton was average. Overall I am giving an average rating.

I would rate Royal Cook Caterer as one of the best caterers in West Bengal. Few things which i specifically wanted to mention, 1) I do not think they compromise with their quality. All the items are very tasty and fresh. 2) trustworthy. I honestly didn't have much time to follow up with them with many necessary things which needed special attention from clients. I hired this caterer for one of my work but i truly regret.
Well, food wise - it is average not that good (however the reviews are over hyped)
2. Hospitality - i would give rating as 1 or may be 0.i said the owner " pollob da" for assigning so e staff to ask the guests about the good and serve the senior citizens - but it was in vain.
3.professionalism: - now this owner went on and kept on asking for the payments to the bride, the groom, to one of our relatives and then to me. We were dining together and shamelessly he asked for his 31000 from everyone.pleass note it was a small party of 100 pax and the total amount was 92000 of which we paid 60k right at advance who asks for money during the party.
4.staff- not well groomed, just satisfactory.

Awesome food quality. I booked them for my reception ceremony on 27th December. All of the items were equally good though Afghani chicken and tossed bhetki deserve a special mention. They also maintained proper hygiene during this covid time. Presentation was also good.

The below review was written by Hrituparno Das from my account. I am Anand Raj and I am his brother in law. I want to clear all the doubts. The function was on 4th Feb at Rabindra Mancha and the head count they provided were 250.but later at night the head count increased and reached to 270 which means extra 20 plates. Now Hrituparno Das (the groom) got disappointed as the foods were not sufficient for 20-25 more heads. Things became normal between the groom's Father Mr. Bapi Das the next morning and he paid the caterers the remaining amount.
The same day afternoon Hrituparno Das wrote the below review in brackets from my account and the cateres replied and I got the mail. It was not me who wrote any review about them.
Royal Cook Cateres are very good cateres and in just 550/- they adjusted somehow to provide a good quality goods. The menu was

As we all are aware of the market price of food items now a days, in that these caterers almost gave everything on the plate for only 550/- per head which is a very very reasonable price and the taste of food was wow.

(No doubt food quality is good. But they lack common sense. If u order for 10 people they will do for 10 people only. And they also misguide people. Bolbe vetki debe katla. So people beware of this caterer when u order.)

Their name truly stands for quality in terms of food & service. Lately they had catered to our kids birthday party & they truly exceeded our expectations in all respect. Their koraishutir (peas) kochuri reminisces us of dida'r hather ranna (so soft & fuĺly stuffed) so was their kashmiri aludom. Their bekti fish fry & kosha mangsho were the showstopper. The size of fries were big & supertasty. The mutton was rightly cooked & awesome (reminded us of old days of golbadi'r mangsho).
