Ambience is quite good and service provided by Subrata was superb. He was so polite. One thing, at night you get lost of mosquito bites in winter. Even though mosquito nets are provided and we didn't put up so we faced such thing when there was loadshedding. But then the food was great taste

They are the nest of the very best. We went there with our family, the support and service that you get from them is truly overwhelming, the location is a bonus along with the people and staffs, really loved the experience, will visit again.

We visited this Resort on 22nd July.
The property has lush greenery and awesome ambience.
Service was top notch
Food served was average.
Overall it’s a great property to stay in.

Spent four days in the resort with pleasant experience. The ambience of the resort is very good. The gardens are neat and clean ans well maintained. We stayed in the cottage TAPUR TUPUR.
The room and the toilet was clean and sufficiently maintained with amenities like TV, AC etc. The restaurant was well decorated, clean and equipped with verities of utensils for serving food on different times. The food was testy and varieties of food was supplied to us during the four days. The cost of food was considered reasonable.
The behavior of the staffs was gentle and polite. Any of our need was served with smiling face within short time. The manager of the resort Mr Sudeb Das is a decent person, a perfect gentleman, calm and quiet, having keen interest for the proper maintenance of the resort and for the comfort of all the borders.
Hoping to go there once again.

We were here in Nov, 2022, a beautiful resort & even a Wonderful owner & the manager. We stayed in their 4 bedded Family room on 1st floor. A wonderful resort, very nice food & service.

We went for Boat safari for both the days. It was wonderful & even the people on the voat were good.

I did a half day Safari because I was traveling with my mother & kid as entire day will be tiring. So did it for 2 days.

Safari is bit costly but it worth as you will not visit often.

Ambience of resort is calm & serene. Very clean bathrooms & rooms.
Lovely Garden.
Staff at Royal Sundarban is very cordial and helpful.
Food is authentic Bengali tasty food.
Best part of the trip was the resort.

A little escape from the daily boring life, a much needed break from the boredom and exhaustion. We went by our own cars and stayed in Royal Sundarban Wild Resort. It was quite a fantastic experience there. They welcomed us with some amazing food (cool jeera gondhoraj shorbot), in main course lunch, we had Rice, jhiri jhiri alu bhaja, peyajer musur daal, boral fish chochchori, Koibhol fish kosha {we never get to eat this in city and it was some larger cousin of Bhetki which is not so abundant nowadays}, green salad, chatni, freshly prepared hot gur-narkoler nadu. In dinner we had green salad, kochi pathar jhol and ruti / phulka and ended with norom baby lyngcha, gur-narkoler nadu. Next morning they served us amazing parotas and ruti with kosha alur dum. All the staffs, housekeeping unit and the manager Manas, kitchen crews were very hospitable and they gave us memory to cherish for Life time.

Ours was a family outing for 2 nights. Stayed at Pui-macha & Tagari. Homely place. Very nice garden. Very courteous staff. Home type food. Undertook Launch ride to Dobanki Camp for half a day, toured Tiger Rescue Centre. Happy to have visited here & stayed at Royal Sundarban Wild Resort at Jhorkhali.
Resort authorities must however, improve Washroom facility - Tap, Shower & Toilet jet require urgent maintenance. Geyser also essential. Wud like to visit again.

Wonderful experience staying in Royal Sundarban wild resort. The property is beautiful, the staff are very helpful and cordial, food is delicious. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Jharkhali Sunderban area. The swimming pool is under construction, once that’s complete this would definitely be a go to place.

I am just back from this resort today afternoon after spending two nights at Royal Sunderban Wild Resort at Jharkhali. It's a beutifuly designed cluster of several small Cottages with all basic amenities in place. Very well maintained flower gardens inside the resort is certainly a mood changer for an urbanite like me. The service staff is excellent and very accomodative to take care of your comfort. Lastly, very tasty homely food is served to make your short stay more enjoyable.

Like to visit Jharkhali. Be aware that management is ready to cut you into pieces. If you book for package, then be prepared to be harassed in every point. Your allotted room will be inferior, food will be of very inferior quality with limitation and limited quantity. Stuffs are there to monitor your every movements. The outer design or decoration is definitely good but interior of rooms are not worth of its price. Hence be careful of go for any packages offered by the Hotel.

Very well maintained resort. The lawn, garden and walkways are very beautiful. The cottages are very cute. The four bed room is quite spacious.
The room furnishing is very good. The property also has a temple inside. Power backup is available. Car parking space available.

The resort has a restaurant that provides delicious cuisine. The best part is the behaviour of management and staff. Every one was eager to provide us with best possible experience.

Overall a very good resort to stay if one is planning for a trip to Jharkhali.

Wonderful place to stay. Has a garden with a variety of different beautiful flowers. Staffs are very caring and attentive. Free breakfast is available here with a varieties of food. Rooms and cottages inside it is very clean. Kitchen and food are hygienic. Loved the place more than any place.

Good place to stay for a couple of days in the close vicinity of nature. Cottage and deluxe rooms are available with quality food. Price of food is quite ok.

It is a scerene place which is surrounded by greenery. The place has decent rooms which are clean and spacious. The in house food is awesome as it is light and gives a homely feeling.

I stayed in this property on 15.5.22 for one night. Artistic presence of mind is clearly visible throughout the establishment. Thanks to Mr. T. K. Roy for that. Rooms are clean enough and the service was quite good. Thanks to Manas Babu, the manager and his team (Ranjan and Tarun). Food was very good and served in a proper way.

Excellent and innovative idea of owner. Shantineken style in Sunderban. Even the trees and flowers are perfectly placed. Like when you come out of your room, you get the fragrance of Rajanigandha. Staffs are very cordial and helpful. They kept the generator service whole only for our convenience as the normal supply voltage was low to run AC. In short it is an wonderfull experience

We stayed here two nights on 24.12.2021 to 26.12.2021. Lovely stay. The behavior of staff is very polite and are always felt happy during serving food and any other items. The food quality is very good and room tea is special. The package tour is very good and joyful. Spent a lovely time with family.

We stayed at this property in Jharkhali (this is probably as far as you can get to Sunderbans on road) few weeks back and had a great time. The staff was courteous and extended all required support. Rooms were neat and sizes adequate. The landscaping was nice. The best part was the homely and tasty food.they also customized preparations and spice level as requested. We also enjoyed the boat tour that they helped arrange.

Decent resort to enjoy the peaceful environment in vicinity of Sunderban. Can be reached directly via drive from Kolkata. Rooms are neat and clean. AC and TV is provided in room. Food can be ordered in there in house kitchen. Although a little slow in service, the food is quite tasty. It's only around 2 Km away from jetty ghat. They can arrange the boat tour if you want. Wifi is provided but is quite slow. Keep cash in handy as cards doesn't work and UPI fails sometimes due to network issues.

Brilliant Location and Ambience. Super polite staff and mesmerizing food. If not the Sundarbans were enough, their hospitality will win your infinite times and make your revisit again and again. ️ Thank you so much for the stay!

Awesome place for family tour. Rooms are great, very neat and clean. And food quality was beyond expectation. Very much homely atmosphere. Staff were very cordial. Thanks a lot Royal Sundarban Wild Resort for making our trip so memorable.

The place is nice and quite. Thw rooms and bathrooms were clean. The staffs here were friendly and helpful. The food was very homely and the fishes were fresh and of good quality. The place was asthetically fine too.

It was a great experience staying at the resort. The rooms were clean, food was delicious, the boat rides were great. All the arrangements were done by them as part of the package! Highly recommended for short trip to Sundarbans

I wish there was an option of no star.horrible service, we were forced to pay the amount in advance but didn’t get the proper service in return.

During booking I told them dt I am a vegetarian but they only give aloo gobhi as option, the manager casually said I forgot u said u were vegetarian

In the welcome drink they have tea which was not at all edible, it was more like warm water with powder milk

Rooms are so small, even basic amenities are also not good, we were asked to wait for 45 mins during check in

And oh god every service was delayed, starting from check in to serving meals

All in all worst experience

Very nice resort. Rooms are clean. Very friendly and well behaved manager and service staff. Very tasty food. Car parking area available within resort. Very near to Jharkhali Tiger Rescue centre and Jharkhali park. Boat jetty is very nearby. Excellent village environment. River cruise to Sundarban forest is available. River cruise in groups is cost effective as well as very enjoyable. Overall Royal Sundarban Wild Resort as well as Jharkhali, Sundarban is a very nice place for weekend trips. Lots of Oxygen to me and my family. Thanks to Mr. T. K. Roy (the owner of Royal Sundarban Wild Resort) for gifting me a nice trip. ️️

We had an excellent stay at the Royal Sundarban Wild resort. The hospitality is mind blowing and homely. The food quality is absolutely terrific which included the local delicious fishes. Speaking about the rooms, they were absolutely clean. Apart from this, the resort is beautifully maintained. The staff out there is extremely helpful and well behaved. We are again planning to visit it again. Many other people have gone and stayed there. They were extremely pleased too.

Bound to stay for 2 days.as because they took 100% advance forcefully.location is good.room size very small.food not good.they don't know about the word hospitality.worst complementary breakfast I ever had.very bad experience.not recomondable.

Cool place for stay amongst the jungle, hospitable staffs along with good cook and delicious food

Staying in this Resort from 24th to 26th Oct'2020. Locatuon is good but the price is two high compare with the faculities and ambience. Please don't give them full rent at the tume of booking. Otherwise you will be cheated.

Mr Subir Sen took care of everything from bed tea till dinner.

It was a very great pleasure to visit this resort. It was a brilliant location. They provided every service they could. I just really enjoyed it and appreciated it. They made us travel to every point of sundarban. Only because them we could travel to the rivers at a very good point. They made us feel very comfortable and provided us with the best efforts they could. Their fooding service is just outstanding. The food quality of food cannot be explained by words. Just come and taste it. Just after visiting it I just thought I would have stayed at home. It's really affordable. There was a excellent staff who were very much friendly. They were much cooperative than any hotel or 5 star hotel. Here you get the facilities like your home. I really enjoyed the trip. Very happy with the people I met. Thank you ROYAL SUNDARBAN WILD RESORT for providing me with the greatest facilities.

Lush green property. Lovely rooms from outside. But the interior could be better. The greaser should operate 24x7. Buffet food served is sumptuous. Overall good still there's scope of further improvement.

Wonderful property, friendy behaviour, nice environment, tasty & homly food.
Particulary, the manager Mr. Sen is too much cooperative which helps everyone to enjoy the holidays BOOM.

A great place to unwind. Close to the jetty for boat rides. But away from the bustle. And a great staff esp the manager. Very helpful.

Good location for this resort. Rooms are very neat and clean. Well decorations. Food also very good. All staffs are very helpful and decent.

Very disappointing. The rooms are really small, food is ordinary. It is a very small resort so there is not much to do on campus.
The boat tour is miserable. Avoidable.

Went there with family (group of 6 people). We almost liked everything about this place. Starting from pick up till drop off everything was well managed. Special thanks to the Manager- Mr. Subir Sen. Rooms were clean, good quality food, special requests were taken care. Just that the boat could have been little better managed in terms of cleanliness and chair arrangements. Also rooms were too small to move around but that was not a big issue because of other good things. Highly recommended.

I Cpt Bhattacherjee along with my wife had visited the resort on 10th Jan 2020 and stayed till 12th morning. Ours was a lovely stay with sumptuous food and warm courteous behavior of all the staff. Not lucky to have sighted the great royal Bengal tiger but creeping along the kharis to get a glimpse of it was more than anything.the guide made our boat ride even more interesting sharing all the stories of mystic Sunderbans.
Food was amazing. Fresh. Yummy.
Room was clean and comfortable.
The garden was intricately laid with seasonal blooms.
We loved the moments. We relaxed. Enjoyed and devoured each dish with relish.
We will always recommend this place to everyone.

Amenities are pretty basic, unlike star hotel. They do not claim to be one either. So if someone is looking for a star resort, this is surely not the place. But their service was awesome with respect to human elements. All their employees go out of the way to help guests. Food was awesome. Vegetables, chicken prawns.everything was firm fresh. But they serve only Bengali cuisine. So someone who does not like Bengali cuisine might find it hard there, as there are no restaurant around

It's a very good resort. Well maintained. We stayed there 10th to 12th January 2020 with my family & friends.we are very very happy.
Food was sufficiently served and testy enough. Behavior of all staff remarkabley gentle. Service was fantastic. It was a package trip. Pick up to drop we are very much satisfied.

We had a one day trip to Jharkhali. We checked in the resort. This is best resort in that area. Very nice environment with helpful support stuffs. Food is a bit costly but quality awesome. Overall excellent experience.

This resort was very good. I visited jharkhali with family on December 19th 2018 and found it to be very good, excellent ambience. Food was very good and of bengali taste. Rates reasonable.
