Ruma Snacks

When I was younger, maybe 15-20 years ago. This shop was known as Ruma Sweets. The items here were delicious then. But now it was not that good. It was below average and overpriced. We can get various types of South Indian food here. They took lots of time to deliver. The food looks good but not that tasty. That's all I'm gonna say about south indian foods. And also the lassi was very bad.

I really liked the dahi Vara which costs 60 but if u ask for dahi and the seyu bhaja they won't give it, only they offer sweet chutney twice or thrice if u want. I ate masala dosa which was pretty good.

Worst restaurant i have ever visited.behaviour of the staffs are so derogatory. Me and my friend order and have a masala dosa suddenly the stuffs came and ask to leave the restaurant as early as possible just because it's 9.30 and time to shut the restaurant. We started eating quickly but suddenly one women i hope she is the owner screaming and saying don't waste our time just leave the restaurant.u are sitting here even after we ask to leave.

If they have to shut the restaurant then why they accept our order. As we pay the bill even before sitting then we don't deserve this kind of behaviour. The women use very filthy and derogatory language against us just because my friend is a female. I recommend not to visit this restaurant if u eat slow and with a female person.

You will get south Indian food here, but quality is not up to the mark, Idli size was good but Dosa along with sambar and chutney was not so good in taste.

Decent snack place in Benachity market. The Dosa is very nice. The dahi vada was also good.
I was there for the kachori chaat which I sort of enjoyed even 30 years back. It was nice too.

One of the renowned restaurants of Benachity, however these days you can avail various kinds of dosas only.

I ordered dhosa and it was cold and stinky. Asked the owner about it and he said.you will get cold food at this time. It was 7 pm.lol

Do not ever go in this place.they provide 3rd class food.basi gondho hoye jawa khabar dey.kichu bolle baje behaviour kore.they behave very rudely infront of your family.infact not a single person visit here.highly not recommended

Earlier the taste of the dishes used to be superb. But now the management should take special care for the taste, especially of the south Indian dishes like dosa and idly.

Food quality is too good.
The location is very easy to find the shop.
Just go towards from Bhiringi more to Prantika and any one about this shop every person know this place.
I suggest at least visit one time and I'm sure you loved the dishes.

Had mixed kachori chat, was really tasteless, stale dahi on top. Old kachori and ghugni. Not recommended. Please avoid.

The special food item here is Masala Dhosa. But nowadays it's quality is not like that. Though try mixed chat masala once.it's good.

Ruma Sweets is known by its signature dish it's Masala Dosa. Situated at the heart of our city Benachity Market, this place is a standing for quite a many years now. Cozy dining experience and the quite old decor may take you to some years prior era. The food is tasty, but the quality has surely degraded from the past years. Among the must tries are Masala Dosa, Kachuri Chat, Onion Masala Dosa etc.

Dosa is the flagship product. If you like crispy dosa do try their sada dosa for rs 45. It is quite pocket friendly as well as tasty.

Staffs are very arrogant. Foods are little bit expensive although food quality is not according to the price. This shop is not value for the money.
