Prompt location. Opposite of lake mall. Close to various banquets and marriage halls. Oyo certified. Nearby various florists and restaurants. Rooms are ok. Clean place.

Very poor experience.the behaviour of the staff working there is pathetic they don't know how to talk to their customers

The person (taklu) who is responsible for the receprion desk has no clue that he is working in a service firm, rude, too frustrated a guy would welcome you, unpleasant experience.
The hotel staff may turn off the room ac anytime.unbelievable but true.
Blanket that they provide is of very low quality.you have to be lucky enough to get a quality blanket, coz they r limited in numbers as OYO had once offered rooms in this bakwas hotel too.

Big, spacious rooms. Furniture and decoration adds a expensive and classic look. Moreover it is located just opposite to Lake Mall making it best place to stay in South Kolkata. But instead of 4, I could have given 5 stars if they had inhouse restuarent and hired more decent staffs.

Worst Hotel I've ever seen in my lifetime. Shows good room while booking but ull get to know the real scenario once u start staying there. Staff behaviour is too bad. I suggest dont stay or recommend your dear ones to go and stay there.

Good hotel to stay. Nice, spacious and clean rooms stayed their many times. Booked room through oyo as well as directly. Location is prime on main road rash vihari avenue road just opposite to lake mall. Street food is available nearby also their is food court in opposite mall.

The stay at the hotel was very pathetic and the manager didn't even knew about my booking done through Makemytrip and after denying for a while for room I was provided with a room. The bed linen was dirty and even after request for change it was not changed. The manager was very rude and rough in his talks. There were red ants all around the bed and over the toilet seat in bathroom. The bathroom was very smelly. Many people were smoking on the stairs outside of their room and the whole atmosphere was very smoky and smelly. Not at all recommended for stay in the said hotel.
