The clotting store exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a warm and knowledgeable staff who provided exceptional customer service. The store’s interior design was modern and inviting, creating a pleasant shopping experience.
Nobody was interested in showing you enough options to choose from. Moreover the sarees they showed looked old and in bad shape. There are better shops with eager sales person on the same road. The Instagram pictures show a completely different thing, which is not the reality.
Saarang is a very attractive shop for Indian Sarees. They have a wide variety and some of the best collection of Sarees at reasonable prices. Shopping here is of great satisfaction.
I had one of my worst experiences buying a raw silk from here. It cost me around 8.5k and bought it for a special event. When I wore it for the function it started loosing color. My 1 year son was sleeping on my shoulder and his white kurta and part of his face turned blue. When I contacted them back the next day the excuse was "These dark colors loose initial print so they will steam it and give it back". When the saree came back no change and the advice I get is never touch it with water or the color will go away. So I am not suppose to go in rain, or hold a kid for instance when I am wearing this saree. There was no mention about color loss while purchase. It feels like I just dropped my money in Blue water.
