Samudra bilash Resort, Mandarmoni

Rooms are extremely dirty! We literally found hairs on the blankets. The pillow covers, bedsheets were extremely dirty, service was dead slow.would never ever recommend this hotel.

The overall ambience of the resort is great and the food from the in-house restaurant is great. The service provided by the staff is amazing and is quite commendable. It's a must try resort and you are not going to regret a stay.

Stay was very comfortable and satisfactory.
Service was excellent, specially Toofan's performance being terrific.
A very dynamic guy.

My family and a friend family decided to have some days in samudra bilash resort. It was a very good choise. We had a perfect room for family, the food was very good, the manage was kindly when we asked something, and swimming pool was the best. Our kids enjoyed a lot and we had lot of fun. Only I advise to look the problem of smell beside the build, care about that.
Then I can tell anyone can go there and for sure you will be happy.

Best hotel I have ever stay in mandarmani. Tufan (the staff) served us very friendly, gently.very good behaviour. Every staff have good, friendly gesture.and food! OMG Super delicious. We celebrated our anniversary in Samudra Bilas.they decorated the pool are very fantastically. No worry about Cleanliness. They should fire Manish immediately.he's behaviour is too bad. Other staff members are good.but that person who's sitting in the reception, he Don't know how to talk to the lady customers.i am strongly not recommended Samudra billas for Their poor customer service.hope this review will help others.

It was my office trip with 25 people.
It was a very lovely stay there.
First of all i would like to thank Mr. Harsh and his staffs they really served us the best as committed.
Rooms, Food, Service, Ambience all were Superb.

I am still in the resort. Don't believe on this good reviews worst food quality after giving your order sit for 1 hour or more the best part is the food containing flies and other necessary insects. My first trip to mandarmani was ruined. Ruined. Well aakh band karke duniya gayab nhi hoti mera kya hai ki hum toh do din ka aya hua hai aapko wahi rehna hai dekh li resort mera nhi hai aapka hai. Nhi karte management change toh mereko jhoot bolke fyada nhi. Still all the best. I don't see your future very bright with those cooks and employees

Only one advice you should improve your house keeping service and should provide clean bed cover and blankets.

1. Great friendly staff (just had one complaint that I didn't receive an extra mattress that I asked for earlier than the evening I checked in).
2. Decently clean room and toilet. Some paan/gutkha stains were there in the bathroom. Soap and shampoo were available as soon as we checked in.
3. We had asked for baby food to be prepared without any kind of spices and chilies. They missed it a few times.
4. Food was served timely.
5. Quality of food was good. We didn't fall sick due to lack of food hygiene.
6. Clean swimming pool
7. It is not right opposite the beach. If someone wants to have a view of the beach from the resort itself, it's not possible (unless you climb to the top of a 3/4 storey building on the property).
8. It's a little far away from the point where the initial resorts are situated while entering mandarmani seaside.
Overall, I would not mind staying at the resort again.

Room was good. But the balcony's sliding door lock isn't working. One bathroom is too much small.you can't even strech your hands properly while bathing. Pool timing is very much less. During booking they told us that pool is open till 10 pm but during checkin they told that pool timing came down to 9 pm. After that also their staff came and close the pool at 8.30 PM. When we complained about these things no one is there to take the responsibility. Manager/management is very much reluctant about guests prblms. Complimentary Breakfast is good. Need to change many things including management staff.

It was pathetic and like a hell. I have never seen this kind of unhygienic place ever. They do not know the meaning of house keeping. It is too dirty. Even the house keeper just washed the glasses in bathroom water in front of me which was used by previous guests. They provide rotten fishes, eggs. You will get your food after 2 hours of ordering. The hotel staffs always do gossip among themselves. They do not have even extra bed sheet. Do not have any back up GD so if power cut happens then you will have to stay in dark. We have experienced power cut at least 5 to 6 hours. It was just horrible experience. I booked the hotel by seeing their review later came to know that they purchase review.

I booked 2 rooms via whatsapp and they confirm before 15 days from the day of arrival and then when i called the 1 day before arrival they are saying that you have not booked we don’t have rooms let us see what we can do and then ignored me in whatsapp and even in calls. Truly pathetic experience i have stayed the 3,4 time before with friends and this time i am going with my family and they did this dishonest people and pathetic faculty. Skip the place

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT NEVER VISIT THIS RESORT WITH YOUR FAMILY OR FRIENDS, IT's HELL ON EARTH AND A CURSE OF MANDARMONI

1st - Food Quality is worst, they regularly serve rotten seafood and even if it's not rotten, the food quality is horrible.
2nd - Rooms are dirty from a hygiene aspect, they never clean the glass/utensils, change the bed sheet or pillow covers, etc once a guest checks out. Technically you will reuse the items of the last guest when you check-in.
3rd - Room services is a night mare, if you ask for morning Tea, you might get that around in the afternoon if you are lucky.
4th - We have to spend an entire evening in darkness since they don't have proper power backups.
5th - At least twice or thrice a day they run out of water supply.
6th - The staff is very unfriendly, they drink (I have seen them enjoying beer) during their duty hours.
7th - During checkout, you will never get any assistance with your luggage.

The place is like a helll. Although it's beautiful but the staff and the food really sucks. If u place order for food you have to wait for 2hrs.the chefs are so untrained and they also serve the left over food to the next customer. Please try not to visit this place.in the name of sea view they just fool us. The room service is so poor. They food they make is really unhygienic and they sometimes serve us house fly with the food.

I'll rate my experience 10/10 really like it so much there are so many facilities available for us like free parking 24×7 high speed internet which like the most of course and also the best thing is I have never seen some don't allowed pet but there pet are allowed too happy for this also.the place is very amazing and good for party people.

One of the most hygienic place specially they are following Covid protocol which is very satisfying.

It is one great resort.it has a beautiful room. The staff was very supportive with food requirements as well. Most important fully sanitized.

Tbh is such a nice place to stay the staff is very good. Covid measures are taken, also ni parking issue because 24 hours parking is also available so all in total I loved

Excellent lunches! I would go again and again, the attention of the very friendly, attentive waiters and the menu, any dish is spectacular.

This resort is really good. You can enjoy it like you own. Mr. Mukesh Deo, dipu da and another manager who has just joined the behaviour of three people is very good and managing quality also. Great place to visit and enjoy

Just came back from Mandarmani Trip with my family and office colleague. Hotel Samudra Bilas is one of the good property I have stayed. Room was specious, clean, furnished and clean washroom. Lights and AC worked fine. No power cut.

Most fantastic part of the resort is its Swimming pool.it was spacious with clean water, less chlorine, shallow and good ambience. Seemed between nature. You can enjoy cocktail also while swimming. Loud songs, good vibes, drinks and fun - all together. It was fantastic.

Beach is just 100 meters away, easily accessible. Liquor shop is just 25 meters away. Great fun indeed.

The great part is that they allow pets and serve foods in room which many resort in Mandarmani don't allow. Even we have enjoyed in Swimming pool post 12.30am. So, lots of fum.

Note: Food quality and service needs improvement. Parking is good, specious, staffs are cordial. Breakfast was complementary but need a little variation.

Very nice place for a perfect weekend.staff is very generic, polite and friendly. I just hope that it will maintain the same always.

A great place to stay in mandarmani. We had a great experience. We had a plan for staying there for one day but we ended up by staying 2 days at this resort. They have a lot in such minimum rates.food and their staff, ambiance everything was just great.

If you want to visit a amazing restaurant so it will be for you.this has an awesome ambience and delicious food items.

The 1 star I deduct is for the distance between mandarmani main sea beach and the resort. Overall truly recommended for awesome view and water sports also available near resort.

Everything is very nice and all staff are polite. Rooms and environment is awesome.we are totally satisfied for stay in the hotel.

Partying breakfast was decent great place for all aged people and pets. Ample play space for Little ones.
