An average girl. Highly overpriced. Rooms that should be between 3000-4000 are going for 7000.

Overall good. Plenty of indoor game options, swimming pool, complimentary breakfast, SPA, varity of rooms, private beach etc.
However the service quality need to be improved a lot. Very limited dinner and lunch items are available except weekends. So don't set much expectations based on menu card and items are overpriced as well compared to taste and quality, although quantity is good. Room services are also not very prompt.the overall staff behaviour is moderate and depends on their mood.
Overall it was a nice stay.

For the price you pay.this is pretty pathetic.
The fan in the room wasn't working. The rooms were shabby. There is a complimentary breakfast, where tiny paper cups were given.
The whole vibe of the place is bad.
There is dirty pool with dead fish when you cross the bridge to the reception.

The first thing you hear from the staff once you reach Sana resort is "No" or other renditions of the word to every request. I booked a Premium Triple Cottage room which was decently sized but not equipped with the bare minimum necessities that you'd expect from a room with a tariff of INR 9000+ (kettle, cups, mini bar, etc.) The kitchen has weird rules like only Chinese dishes are served in the room. No place to hang clothes which you'd want to dry post beach fun. It really felt like they were doing me a favour by renting it out. Absolutely not worth the money you pay and there are other resorts/ hotels which are much better and more value for money. Not recommended.

Location is good and the property is well planned and maintained. However food is average. We took AP meal plan however menu was very basic even in comparison to resorts next door. Of all the items in the buffet, only a few were ok. Quadruple rooms had a single AC which was unable to cool efficiently. Room rent over 12k but room did not have a mini fridge or mini bar. Needs some major planning.

Review:
1. Bed is too small. You might need to sleep with your leg out if your height is slightly on the higher side
2. Flush water spilling. Just after checkin, we used the washroom, the flush water spilled out of the comode. When we complained, they fixed the issue sighting loose pipe. They also mopped the washroom and room with the same mop, mentioning thats the same thing they use everywhere.
3. Insects inside the room. In the morning, we found cockroaches inside, some small frogs who are trying to enter “inside the room” and last but not the least a small “snake” crawling outside the door.
4. Dogs. You will find stray dogs inside the campus and if you are taking room service, you might also find them licking the same plate you might have your next lunch or dinner on, by guests who have kept the plates outside the room.
5. Room service is not that great. We asked for tea, which got served in the night probably after 2-3 hours, that too with constant pestering.
6. There is no complementary late checkout. You will have to pay for it, but it will be without the bill and need to paid in Cash.
7. Last but not the least, the music/DJ playing in the pool. Our rooms literally shaked till 8PM untill they stopped the DJ in the pool.
And the final cherry on the top: Misplacing luggages. While checking out, they loaded someone else’s luggage in our auto. Which we had to eventually ship after getting down in our destination.
So overall: 1 ️ is less for this hotel or resort whatever you call it. Avoid at any cost.

Worst hotel in mandarmani. In this budget or lower sun city is even better that seems to have lowest maintenance of all. Food quality is below average. Don’t really get how people gave good reviews like 4/5 stars. All paid reviews and vlogs?
How can we eat in the same cutleries from which stray dogs have food which is not washed properly as well - they asked us to put our plates outside room but immediately & every-time stray dogs ate from the same plates. When we complained, they just shrugged it off saying that ‘its normal’ - shouldn’t we consider the hygiene factor at all?

Isn’t 4k a good amount to spend to get a much better experience than this? We have chosen the budget rooms among all the categories they had but I strongly can comment that their so called sea facing rooms and presidential suites is not at all worth the price of 7k & 14k - LOL
Lastly they had no amenities inside the room like kettle etc, apart from a basic bed, broken almirahs and a very narrow washroom with loads of bad experience.
Also they loaded an extra bag of someone else along with our luggage and blamed us for the same. While we had to take a lot of hassle in contacting the hotel, the owner of the bag in sending the bag to the right place responsibly. While the owner of that bag was also speaking so badly with us that we are to be blame and they did zero adjustment or cooperation in sending the bag in right place. We had to courrier it all by ourselves.
Seems like 4k is nothing nowadays to spend to expect minimum hygiene and minimum amenities in the room.
Only good part is the swimming pool which is huge with Jacuzzi etc… and property is pretty big to take a stroll. Food was okayish.

It would be an essay if I start writing about how bad it is. Will list down some major issues that we had:
1. Room - We took cottages which were priced around 3700. The rooms were pathetic at the price point offered. But the washrooms were the worst. The toilet flush leaked out the entire water on the floor and imagine how dirty it got. The housekeeping guy mopped the washroom dirt AND the bedroom floor with the same mop.
There were snakes roaming just at the entrance of the cottage door and I have uploaded an image of that as well.
We were also greeted in our rooms by a frog that was trying to get into a chair in the bedroom, and a few cockroaches who were trying to play around in the room.
The rooms were so damp, that the floor was literally wet when we woke up in the morning.
2. Service - To ask for water you have to call a number & to get a glass you have to call a different number. Anyway, we waited around 1.5 hours to get 4 bottles of water. The pool in the hotel had a DJ which was pretty cool. But the annoying fact is that the DJ played till 8PM in the evening. To stay in the cottages beside the pool is terrifying. Why would you set up rooms beside the pool knowing that you would play a DJ in the pool till 8 and keep the JBL box just in the front of the room? Which also made the doors and windows to tremble.
3. Restaurant - Probably the worst of all. The food provided is nowhere near being good. Add to that, the restaurant denies giving service at times. We checked out on a Sunday, and at around 11 30 AM we went to the restaurant and asked them to prepare rice and daal as an order for our lunch, to be done at 1 PM. They said they won't be able to do it, and instead have chinese. On asking, they said that they don't prepare rice before 1 30. Agreeing to what he said, we came at 1 to have chinese food, and saw a group of people eating Rice and saabji. Dumbfounded, we asked again, and then he came up with the answer that you have to order before if you want rice. Don't know what exactly he meant.
They have a cool setup to enjoy the view of the beach, but the best part is all the recliner chairs placed are broken, which means people should stand and enjoy the breeze.

We booked a cottage for 2 days during the Diwali holidays.
Pros: Huge and well-maintained property. Has all the facilities like a swimming pool, badminton court, spa, children's park, etc. Lots of greenery in the area with well-spaced cottages. Staff behaviour is courteous. Restaurant food is ok but on the expensive side.
Cons: Cottage rooms are small and claustrophobic and don't offer much value as compared to the charge. Bathrooms do not have geysers.

I went for a 2 nights family vacation last weekend. I took my pet along with us. I must say that we had a great time in their resort. Excellent service was provided by the staff and they were very polite. We took a Club premium Room it was clean and well maintained. The food was excellent and the service was very quick. They have huge well-maintained beach property. I would choose Sana whenever we go to mandarmoni again.

Well maintained resort, staffs are also very good, they give value to their guests. Food quality is just like wow and price is normal. They have their own swimming pool, bar, restaurant, indoor games, spa and many other things. Best part is they arrange DJ night for their guests but not regularly. If you are lucky then you can enjoy every bit of it. Everything is so nice except the road condition. If you are taking your own four wheeler then it's ok.

First of all except the pool and location there is everything over rated. The amount of money we paid to not get even a coffee/tea maker in the room. Foods are overpriced. We took buffet in lunch and dinner. Katla fish was not fresh (going to be rotten soon) and the quality to chicken was not good. Difficult to chew like old chicken. Ordered fish finger and chicken pakora are out of taste (except the veg dishes, those
were lip-smacking good). Because of this bad nonveg item we took in lunch and dinner my husband got diarrhea. Otherwise the resort is good. Staff behaviour also good and the pool is good and big. Beware: if you are taking any packaged drink like bizarre or beer. Please check the expiry date. They provided the expiry date over bizare drink. After checking this they replaced it with new drink

Pretty well maintained. When I went there on 11th September an entire sea facing cottage cost rs 8900 for the night. Rooms start at rs 3600 per night. Saturdays we see pool parties.

The total property is quite big and maintained. Food quality is good! Staffs are friendly. Rooms are okaish but clean. Have a nice and big pool. Overall it's good and recommended for a weekend trip!

We had a nice experience staying at sana resort for 2 days in cottage delux room.
The sanitization was done properly and the in-house resturant food was awesome. The DJ party organized by the resort at night makes the beach side experience wonderful ️

Fabulous in one word. Amenities Top notch. Rooms are very good. Neat n Clean. Room Services are good too. Lots of Parking Space for Car. A big thumbs up to The Swimming pool. Little Park for Children and Indoor Games like Carrom Table Tennis Pool etc also available. Sea Faced with a Loads of Beach space in front. And not too Crowded. So nothing like One will miss after check in. The reason it’s 4 star rating from me is bcz of its communication aspect. It’s little interior of Mandarmani with Roads to reach the Resort is not Good by any standard. You have to make Off roading from Proper Mandarmani for about 3-4 km Atleast to reach there. Touch expensive but everything that’s good quality wise comes with penny.

Nice place to hangout on weekends. Cleanly maintained pool. Neat rooms. Good room service. There is also badminton court, table tennis board to pass time. Attached to beach side. Food was also very tasty. Very cost effective. Must try if u wanna stay in Mandormani. Love to visit again. Keep it up

Among the better places to stay, albeit a tad too expensive for the amenities. The best thing about the resort is their services. Prompt and professional. We went during the packed holi week with an infant. The arrangements were well organised, pool was clean, services were on the spot. Can't ask for more.

The Sana Beach Resort at Mandarmani is a great place for a short vacation. It is great for couples, families and groups of friends. Spread over a large area this property is located right on the beach. However, it is towards the end of the Mandarmani beach and hence the drive is slightly longer. This has its advantages though as you leave the crowds behind and can enjoy solitude and peace.
The resort is well laid out with a variety of rooms to choose from. They have gardens, children's play area, pond and a lovely clean swimming pool. The staff here are very very courteous, helpful and always have a smile on their faces. The entire atmosphere of this resort is conducive to a fabulous holiday. The food at the restaurant is of a high quality and pretty much worth the price.
All and all I love this place and visit at least once a year. I have nothing but positives for this place.

Worst experience of room in rs 5000/night. No hot water for bath. No tea making kit, no fridge, no cold water which are common ammenities in such a high price booking. Worst experience of swimming pool. Guest were drinking liquor all around without any restriction. Couldn't be visited with family and children. Only location is good.

Hey guys if you are planning to visit sana beach please mind some of the information that i experienced here 1st of all the staff members specially the manager will never letting you to talk, it means he will never going to solve your problem and they are very rude and they dont understand the meaning of 'MAY I HELP YOU'. They will charge you everything and the charging amount will be higher then expected. If you going to take photoshoot they will charge you Rs. 3000 plus tax (18%GST) and they dont provide anything for that money. They dont even give you wine glasses for photoshoot. In my opinion the sana beach is very expensive and its not value for money. I strongly suggest you to not visit there other wise your journey experience will be bad.
One more thing i want to tell you that the Deluxe room of rs. 3000 is very bad its like a lounge type of room that you can easily get for rs. 1600 in any other hotel at mandarmani the ac will also not work properly and they are charging rs. 3000 for it. And if you will complain about the room quality or ac problem, like i earlier said the manager will not let you to talk FULL STOOP.
One more thing i want to tell you that the Deluxe room of rs. 3000 is very bad its like a lounge type of room that you can easily get for rs. 1600 in any other hotel at mandarmani the ac will also not work properly and they are charging rs. 3000 for it. And if you will complain about the room quality or ac problem, like i earlier said the manager will not let you to talk FULL STOOP.

Experience the worst service ever.
All staffs are careless doesn't even know how to speak with the guest. Ordered food was not served when asked replying with attitude that "u may cancel the order".
They charged 8k for a room but service is pathetic and embarrassed. We stood for more than 30 minutes expectating someone to assist with the room be cleaned.
Even housekeeping staffs behave like goons and seemed the whole team to be in a party mood as they were drunked.behaving like goons.
Suggest everyone not to waste your money to experience such anshit service.

Good for weekend. Just beside sea beach. Accommodation is good. Food served is good. Price bit on higher side.

Very nice resort. Very friendly staff. Nice seimming pool. Just infront of beach. Rooms are nice and spacious. You will enjoy your stay here. Breakfast and food is awesome.

Poor service and they provided us wrong bill with added two more item in the list. They were showing very urgency for check out timing. And food and beverages so costly.

A perfect place to hangout with family and friends too. The people here are very nice and supportive. Sukhendu Maity is a very nice person here and he can help you in every single possible way he can. I love this place️

A beautiful and affordable resort in Mandarmani. Has excellent location with direct access to beach. Rooms and swimming pool are clean. Lots of activities available. Food is average but well-priced. Crowd is mostly corporate people or bachelors. So not the best place for family holidays.

Sana beach is just like heaven. Problem is there are no shop nearby it. And only one swimming pool that is also not so big.

Ambience is great. Has all the amenities. Located on beach. Cover by a fence from Beach.
Room are good. Swimming pool and open space for gathering and function is present.
Food was good to taste and hygiene.
Surrounded by the trees and we'll maintained.

We had stayed in Club class royale Quad.they have also provided extra bed for the fifth person.we can see the beach from the giant hotel window.food is also good though a bit expensive.we have tried Crab masal which was my favouritr.swimming pool was another fav place to chill.overall it was a pleasant stay away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Mandarmani beach is cleaner and better and less crowded than Digha and New Digha beach

One of the best resort in Mandarmani over a huge plot of land. Every facilities is available and you need not go outside for anything. The food is also really good here.

Please don't visit The Sana Beach Resort, it has lost all credibility that it once had. Extremely poor service and the food quality has deteriorated extremely. We had booked 6 rooms and 3 cottages on 21st Sept 2018 and trust me the experience was horrible. The behaviour of management was very unprofessional. The sales office team of Kolkata headed by Mrs Faiza is absolutely fraudulent, they will speak different terms while booking and after reaching the place won't answer your calls.
Please book other resorts and avoid Sana beach under any circumstances.

The best resort in mondarmoni. Great beach view. Awesome pool and good food. Parking is available. Recommend it to everyone. Also the crowd is very nice.
