We have ordered three items from this place. Fish chop, fish finger and fish batter fry, the only okay item was fish finger rest was horrendous. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, this place is over-hyped. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Worst experience.

Some stuff are good, but some are just okay. For example, fish finger had very less fish and too much batter coating. But fish butter fry and vegetable chop was good.

Worst place to have fried items.i tried mutton cutlet, egg, chicken and each and every item disappoint me.i had worst egg devil of my life also here.price wise very poor quality.but cant complain abt the atmosphere as it is road side shop, without dine in facility

This little shop on Golpark crossing is a hothouse of really well made Kolkata Special snacks. You have to either stand on the pavement and eat or you can take it away.

Their all foods are quite nice n if you go to Sankar Cabin then you must try the Fish fry it's a must with boneless chicken pokora

This is one of the oldest Joint of Chop and cutlet.
Often i visit this place.
All the items are sooo tasty and reasonable price.
But my Favourites are Egg chop, with bone chicken pakora.though they have boneless chicken pakora too, vegtable chop, fish finger and fish butter fry.
They open around 1.30 to 2pm.

A very popular snacks corner near Golpark Axis Bank, really liked the fish finger but the fish chop and fish fry is okayish.

Love the junks here, cuz they try to maintain the hygiene to most possible homely way. And the behaviour, specifically the owner, love that man, sheer respect.

Old snack shop selling different varieties of deep fried 'chop'. Ordered fish chop and egg chop. Cost rs 30. Taste was avg. Delivered with mustard, tomato sauce and onion, cucumber salads.

I ordered fish butter fry just taste less with bread stuffed. Don't know why.

Also mutton chup was useless. Wastage of money

Really a very good shop. Behavior of the shop keeper is very good and so as their food especially their Chicken Spring Roll and Fish Batter Fry. Definitely a recommend from me.

Avoid the fish items. Go for the chicken ones. আমি খেলে শুধু চিকেন পকোড়াই খাই কারণ অন্য আইটেম গুলোতে না চিকেন পাওয়া যায় না মাছ।

I heard about this small joint in many videos. Visited it during my last Kolkata trip. Though the items were cheap as compared to some other well known joints, but the taste were not upto the mark. Tried almost all the items. Only the fish batter fry and chicken pakora was average, rest items should definitely be avoided.
Will not recommend this place to any food lovers.

Heard a lot about this place before through social media and YouTube. But it is nowhere near to that, we tried the most recommended items from them that are Fish fry and Fish finger.both was below average as per taste and even lower as per stuffings & freshness of fish of those items.very much disappointed!

Best place to have munchies like chicken golqueen, fish chop, chicken cutlet, egg chop, fish cutlet and many more. Tasty as well as cheap

My most favourite place in Gariahat-Golpark area. Each n every product is mouthwatering and delicious. Also most importantly belly friendly too.

Great place for food lovers.many types of food item is available here. Owner behavior is very good. Food quality is also good. Pocket pinch for two people approx 150/-.

I was madly in love with their " Fish Chop " especially.but nowadays; their Quality & Taste is plummeting

We ordered fish fry which was not upto the mark. Rarely have any fish layer, full of thick coating layer only.

It's an old snack joint in Golpark. We ordered Fish Fry, Ch. Spring Roll and Ch. Pakora.fish fry was average in taste while the other two was satisfactory!

Finally an amazing place for some great food! Sankar cabin is AMAZING and not to be missed when in Kolkata.

Home style cooking and good customer service.clean and safe environment.although at this time it's a takeaway only.no in house dinning allowed due to Covid 19 restrictions.

Very pocket friendly and good quality food. The shopkeeper is also very friendly and kind. Their best preparations are fish finger, egg chop and cutlet. Would be better if a small sitting arrangement is done because most of the times the food is very hot and it becomes tough to eat while standing. Other than that it's a really nice place for some fast food cravings. Must visit if you are in Golpark.

Good Old Fries shop, not a fancy one but their taste can make you feel nostalgic. 2 mins from our college. Their Fish Roll is just awesome.

This small shop is situated right at gariahat and has fish chops, chicken cutlets, fish fingers, kabiraji and their legendary chicken cheese fry. If your truly in search of the perfect chicken and cheese duo in form of a cultlet you can't miss this place.
