SareChuattar restaurant serves both veg and non-veg dishes. It cost ₹450 (approx.) for two at SareChuattar. Excellent food, exceptional all fish items. It's a very cool place for dinner and to hang out with friends and family!

Amazing food quality. Kochu pata chingri was the best item we tried. It was suggested by them so worth trying.

Located in desapriya park it is a total bengaliana cuisine serves all kind of bong eats.

The ambiance is cozy and calm and food quality is up to the mark.

Food was decent. Service was okay. The person serving us was more eager to get the order and be done with, rather than giving us some time to decide.

The management of this restaurant is extremely bad, there's almost no employees on the second floor, the guy holding the door will lie about there being empty seats when there are none, forcing people to wait upstairs and the food is really bad and I am pretty sure uncooked is unsafe as well, idk who owns this establishment but they should go back to management college

So, it was aam pora shorbot, basmati pulao, bhetki paturi, chicken dakbanglow, shukto and plain rice for us. The food was no doubt delicious and lip smacking. The service and quantity were decent too. The chicken was extremely tender and well-cooked, it indeed tickled my palate.

However, coming to something completely unrelated; the washroom needs cleaning, it was a major turn-off considering I had my meal after.

It's a small place but they tried to give that Sare chuattar look is good. We ordered gondhoraaj dry chicken, luchi & chhanar ko pta for starter which we liked and illish bhapa for main course which was really delicious. But illish biriyani was not up to the mark. Allover it was ok. Authentic bengalibengal food lover can try.

One of the best Bengali cuisine restraunt, polite staff, do dry mochar sukto, betki begum bahar, and dab chingri.

The food was delicious as well as the staff are cordial. But during Durga Puja festivities the menu options gets very limited. Definitely a must Bengali food lovers.

Very bad food quality. Visited on 25.10.2020. They don't know how to prepare Biryani. Very high price and quantity not enough. Most of the food taste below standard. I never recommend anyone.

Most bogus restaurant I ever visited. On 25.10.2020 I visited and ordered for some bengali dishes and one plate Biryani. I think they don't know how to make Biryani, I couldn't consume and returned the preparation immediately. Bengali dishes are also very below standard. They don't know how to serve cold drinks/sarbat. I never recommend anyone in future. Table mats are also not cleaned properly. Very bad experience.

It was a good experience. I went there yesterday.
Food was good. I have ordered Polao, Masala Daal, Jhuri Alubhaja, Vetki paturi, Fish batter fry, Sab Chngri, and welcome drink.
All are good. But Vetki paturi was bit overpriced Rs 200/ per piece, it would have been 250 for 2 piece or 300. Same goes for dabchigri, it would have been 300 which is the standard rate.
Polao was bit dry, so better we could have opted for Steamed rice.
But overall it was good and there was no buffet special which was is also good during puja. Because not everyone would like buffet.
So good job done overall.

Not only the name of this place is on the popular and Bengalis' all time favourite movie "Sare Chuattar" but also this place serves some amazing authentic Bengali food.
This place is located near Desapriya Park. They have a totally "Bangaliana" atmosphere in their place. They can accommodate around 25-30 people at a time.
I had tried-
Basmati Rice,
Sukto,
Jhuri aloo vaja,
Masala moong daal,
Mochar ghonto,
Chicken Dakbanglo,
Kochupata Chingri,
Mix chatni.
First thing I have to say that all the food quality was too good, not too rich or too dull. I ate a lot as they were like totally home made food. Secondly, they tasted just like they should taste or the taste we get at any Bengali kitchen.
Basmati rice was thin, long and well cooked. When I poured a bowl of sukto on it, it was heavenly, all kind of veggies were in the sukto.
Jhuri aloo vaja, our all time favourite, specially with moong daal and hot rice. We do not need anything more. Aloo vaja was with peanuts and curry leaves. Daal was not watery.
Mochar ghonto was the best dish here for me, it was not too sweet, mocha was well cooked.
Chicken dakbanglo for the first time I tried here, the gravy was full of scrambled eggs, chicken pieces were soft, tender and juicy.
Kochupata Chingri here was not interesting, it had less mustard, more posto/khuskhus. But number of prawns in one bowl of kochupata Chingri justified the price.
Lastly without which we bengali can not finis our lunch, that is chatni. Here, the mixed chatni was sweetened properly and with cashews, raisins etc.
So as a Bengali, I really liked this place and prices here are very much pocket friendly.

I went here with my parents today for a typical bengali lunch on the occasion of Repulic day and with the staff's suggestions, ordered basmati rice, shukto, mochar ghonto, masala moog daal, jhuri jhuri aloo bhaja, kochupata chingri, daab chingri, chicken dakbanglow, ilish bhapa, bhetkir paturi, salad, malpoa and chutney. Needless to say, we loved all of their preparations which seemed as if we were indeed having home-made hearty food made with love and nostalgia. Would specially recommend to try the shukto, kochipata chingri, ilish bhapa, bhetkir paturi and malpoa. The staffs were quite courteous and welcoming. Really pleased with their services and would definitely drop by again and again for their delicious Bengali spread. Totally recommendable.

Sare Chuattor is basically a restaurant that serves authentic Bengali cuisines at a very reasonable price! The ambience is based on the movie sare Chuattor, and also depicts a total Bangaliana atmosphere!
They have a wide range of dishes starting from various fish, chicken, Mutton preparations! I went their with my family as we were looking for a place that serves authentic Bengali food! And our decision was so correct of visiting this place.

Each item we tried are highly recommended from this place! Loved the food and the service was prompt and staffs were friendly and courteous! A highly recommended place for sure. ️

Food quality is pretty decent. The entrance of the restaurant is too small and barely noticeable from the road or from a car. We had a group outing there and it was pretty reasonably priced at 2k for 5 people.

Fodd quality is not that much good even the quantity for some items. Price is high compared to the quantity.

Held a dinner party last Sunday (17 Nov 2019). Very Authentic Delicious Bengali food. Very prompt and efficient service with constant refills. Reminded of the traditional Bengali bhoj in weddings etc. All items at a very affordable and reasonable cost, yet of high quality just like from mother's kitchen. Fish Fry, gandharaj bhetki, postor bara, bhapa ilish, dak bunglow chicken, freshly fried malpoa, rosomundi were unforgettable.
Nice cosy place. A must for all.

Had dinner there and was up all night throwing up. Rice were so bad my toilet was filled with them never again.

Horrible place. Extremely bad food quality and taste. I ordered Basmati Pulao. And got pulao taste exactly like Biryani! Mutton kasha is like mutton pieces swimming in a bowl of water.
Disgusting place.

Very poor service. The waiter after taking order never came back. No water served. Even they didn't asked forbit. I ordered for a chicken Biriyani. It was cold & taste less. This resturant is just for show business. Please don't visit there. You will loose ur hard earned money as I had lost mine.

I will explain why I put lower rating to that restaurant.
1. Service quality: bad cz noone is there to attend you. If you place any running order during your lunch/dinner then they simply forgot that. They provide a menu to select and some of the dishes are also missing from there and they also forgot to mention that sometimes. Although it was not houseful that time.
2. Ambiance: ok.
3. Cleanliness: just ok. They need to improve it with respect to the price they charge.
4. Food: not satisfactory
The moong dal was just like any ordinary street side restaurant.
I ordered vetki paturi which had a bad smell when I opened it and it was over salty.
I also had daab chingri. Among 6 pieces of prawn, 2 smelled really bad.
And there is no difference between mutton kasha/jhol/dakbunglow except the price.
Not a single item was satisfactory except the cold mineral water.
Not worthy to visit it again until they improves.a positive look to the review will make the foodies happy.

Small two storied restaurant. The top floor is banquet hall. The food is very tasty and homely. Interesting fact - The name of the restaurant was suggested by famous writer Smt. Suchitra Bhattacharya. We got to know this fact form his brother who owns this restaurant.
Only they lack a little space at ground floor.

Nice decor. Great variety. Awesome ambience. Though they do offer various Indian cuisine but their specialty is the bengali cuisine. Especially the chicken dukbunglow and mocha ghonto. Try out the sukto too. But the best of the lot for me was the amsotto r khejurer chatni
