Road side chaa dukan or saloon not more than that. Playing 90s Hindi songs very loudly. Worst kind of service. Staff's body language is like why guests are coming to this place.

White Sauce Pasta was excellent
Quantity and Taste wise.

The Chicken Spaghetti was also a delight.

Scoop has only got better with time.
Will surely visit again.

We ordered the 'Mehfil ka Shaan' and we were incredibly satisfied with the quantity and awesome taste of the food especially the kebabs. Also, the decor is wonderful.

Food was good, service was quick.

Sizzler was good but best was the Mango shake & Veg Pullow.

The food was delicious. The service was also really nice and the staff was very polite. The prices of food was also reasonable.

Food was good. I'm experienced thrice but yesterday at Esplanade unit there was plenty attendants but anyone doesn't come to attend my order even after calling for 10 to 15 minutes.after that I went to desk for order but cashier just said " attendant will attend you after a while". After that cashier came and started argument. Allover the service is very bad and they should behave politely with customers.

I don't want to give any single star for rating bt for write my review I gave one star. Yesterday I visit your esplanade branch with my family bt we received pathetic unprofessional behaviour from your staff specially from the cashier and according the price food quality was not good. There is no rush bt still after placing the order we received the order after a while and for our next order no one can attend us. And the cashier continuosly argue with us and started misbehaving.we asked to call his manager and very easily he denied that and said manager is not present bcoz that day was Sunday.at last we fade up with that kind of behaviour and cancel our extra orders and leave the place. No one should visit that place bcoz the staffs doesn't know how to behave with their customers

A good place which not only provides a variety of ice creams and shakes but also munchies, food to eat.
A great place to chill after shopping for hours in the Dharmatala/Esplanade market.

Nestled between the hustle bustle of the new market area. New empire the shining theatre in the bygone era of single screen theatre. This small little restaurant serves wholesome food and alcohol. Not many might not know of. Just look towards left after you enter the building. The crowd might overwhelm you, but most of them are just busy with the new shiny brands of food like kfc and barista or wow momo. Just slip through the stairs and you’d find this gem of a place hidden in plain sight. Nice food, decent environment, nostalgic feeling. All wrapped into one!

There was a time that I used to love love this place. It was kind of nostalgia for me. But, the downfall this place is having is horrible. The most uneducated staff of all! And the quality of the food and ice cream is disaster!

Today I visited with my family here but it was very sad experience to me that one of the person came and told me that here the lounge is full so he took us to the upper stairs at Bar.
Don't he know that any visitor with their small kids will enjoy Drink.
It was very sad to know that he don't know how to treat a coustmr with family.

The place is pretty. Food taste good but the price is slightly more for the quantity they provide. The staffs are not very professional.

The non veg pizza was aweful we couldn't finish eating and it was expensive too! The white sauce pasta was a yum though

A great hang out with tasty food. Each and every item is praiseworthy and binge worthy. The slurpy Cantonese style noodles is one of the tastiest in town.
And of course! It is the best icecream parlour in Kolkata.

A good place to visit.the decoration is good.the food quality is good, we tried Butter Chicken Pasta with Chilli Chicken (Dry). The pasta was good enough both in quantity/taste.however the Chilli Chicken felt like a bit less in quantity, but the taste was good enough.one good thing is they have varieties of dishes from South Indian to North Indian, Chinese, Italian and many more.definitely worth a try

It's an awful restaurant in the whole area of esplanade. And I had very awful experience going there. The service they provide is worst. Seems like none of the staffs are trained. I ordered one fresh lime soda, one mango shake and one brownie milk shake. I remembered, they served soda and shake after 30 mins that too I had to go at the billing counter to let them know that they haven't served our orders yet. I could even see guest are getting angry on delay of orders. Staffs were serving food to the table without any cutlery and the guest had to wait for straight more than 20 mins just to get the cutlery so that they can start eating. Coming back to me, after waiting for one hour also I didn't get the brownie milk shake on my table and I had to cancel it on the billing counter at last. I noticed staffs were coming with the orders without using a tray, they were serving cold drinks, shakes with their bare hand without any tray.
Never ever going there and I really don't recommend this particular restaurant to anyone. Because the price it charges is not worth the service they provide.

A nice place to take a rest with excellent dishes and a pleasant atmosphere. It's located in Humayan Place, Kolkata very nearest to New Market. Absolutely good food with varieties are available here. Quality of food is nice and prices are also not very high. Cleanliness is appreciable. Concern staff are very caring with excellent behaviour.

Tried it first time. Didn't know it has such a lot of varieties. It has a wide range of food available and that also at affordable price. Wide spread and comfortable AC makes it a must visit place in New market area. Service is also very good.

The mousse was too good and and we almost fought for every last bit of the sundae and milkshake. Overall a very good experience. The price was on the expensive side but it was good.

The place is well decorated and maintained. But I think foods are overpriced, like there is no difference between having food here and having food in Forum.

Located at quite popular place, pretty well decorated cafe. Food was good but service was way too slow. Prices are on the higher side.

Previously this place used to be very crowded and had a wide range of menu but nowadays this place is vacant most of the time.

Just awesome.the ambiance, the staffs, the food quality & their taste & their amount everything is too good but they just delay a little bit to give your order on your table so whenever you go there to eat be sure that you have enough time to sit and you have no hurry.

I went there with my mother. I ordered one Chicken Sizzler, one Tandoori Paneer Sizzler, one Chocolate Milkshake, One Dry Chilli chicken, one tandoori chai, one Strawberry Milkshake, one Moon Rocker Ice cream & one french fry.and everything were awesome in both taste & quantity & quality too.

Wish I could score you guys in minus. I went to your restaurant today after my meal, I paid via gpay. The amount was already showing paid from my end and even my money got deducted but for some technical error on the restaurants bank end was not showing credited. I offered to share my gpay receipt and ask them to check with their bank. However, the staff Saurav called his manager some lady call Ruth and informed her of the situation, she in return asked the staff to tell me to give them cash and if they happen to receive the amount they will send back to me. Ruth really needs to learn about customer service.you cannot demand the customer to pay cash if he or she has chosen to pay via other method. I was half way outside the restaurant when I was stopped by the staff, it was already so embarassing and then upon being demanded to pay by cash when the payment was already processed from my end, really offended me. I am also an employee in service industry and I definitely do not treat any of my customers the way I was treated. There is a tactful way of handling such situations and Ruth definitely lacks that skill. I am never be going to step my foot in your restaurant and will tell my friends and families the same. Terrible experience would not recommend this restaurant to anyone

Service is bad, food is costly and quantity of food is very less and no napkins, salt or pepper placed. Asked for water they give me bottle again have to ask for glass. Not good experience.

The price for starters are okayish. The quantity is moderate and the ambience is nice. The deserts are very overpriced if you look at the quality and quantity. But what sucks is their service. You'll feel left out as they don't pay much attention to the customers. We had finished eating and asked for the bill but we literally had to go to the counter, get the receptionist to print the bill and then pay like they didn't print at the moment we asked for it! How forgetful can they be? Better skip this place.

Went there through a recommendation but was thoroughly disappointed. The service was bad. The table was not cleaned properly, so asked the service provider to clean it but they did not pay heed to it after saying for 3 times. The quality and quantity is not upto the mark. Tried the chicken sizzler, the taste was very bad. The veggies did not had salt. Don't know what they tried to make out of that.

First fall i wanted to write this from starting that we ordered for chicken hakka noodles and chicken steam momo they bought the hakka noodles and kept it and went back not given the plates also n chicken hakka noodles are very white there is no vegetables on it n we said then he took the noodles after that he has given the 2plates but plates are also broken from the side how they can give broken plates to the guest then given the noodles after that he has given momo then we did ask for water he just kept the water and went back and since last 30min we are calling them no one is listening and coming to us its very bad habit you are working in hospitality industry and you don't know how to treat the guest and i have ordered for as you like it it took atleast 40min then i asked him where is as you like it he went to check he didn't even come to me and informed me it's not yet ready or not they are taking among themselves only atleast they should say then i went to the desk they said it will take 2min with in 2mins how they can make i didn't understand is this the service you provide to your guests horrible service and your staffs don't know how to talk to the guest they don't even come to the tables n neither clean the table it was my birthday and i came with my sister bt it was a very bad experience really and m very upset with your service.

Now they are what we can say as Dacoits.like literally Dacoits, they are. I mean first of all they have so less quantity, so less that u can't even imagine. N quality, o ho ho ho ho.food quality was super top notch.like if i had to fix a price as per the food quality n quantity as well, i'd fix at almost 40% of their price.they served so good, i literally had to go outside n have a egg chicken roll, which was more satisfying, this little thing made me feel full.now u can have a better understanding about their quality n quantity.seriously man! If u have black money, which u dont even care about, then go there.it's better to make a paper boat outta ur money than spending here boss.this place is not for foodies.
