For Logitech service, it is good. Please try to go early to get the things done. If your product is under warranty there will be no hustle.

Note: currently it is not a boat service center, I saw many people visit here for boat service

No service available. Although it's advertised that they do Boat service but they don't. Moreover there is no service center for Boat in kolkata.

There is no boat service centre available hear now. I visited 3.5.22 in this service centre and then the faculty tell me that boat service centre not available here.
So, please don't come here for boat service (any boat products).

Even, I call boat customer care for knowing the available service centre available in Kolkata location, then the service centre faculty member said that no service centre available in Kolkata location.

It's very disappointed me.

I was thoroughly impressed with the level of expertise and professionalism displayed by the staff in Secure Computers. They were able to provide me a replacement for my Logitech G435 headset within a week.

What I appreciated most about this store was the excellent customer service they provided. The staff was attentive, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that I was satisfied with their service.

Overall, I highly recommend this computer and related hardware service store to anyone in need of reliable and efficient computer repair services.

The place is located at basement, below street level. Difficult to figure out the Logitech service center as there is no proper signage on the road. Saturdays are usually less crowded. Usually open until 5: 30 pm on weekdays and 4: 30 pm on Saturday. Better to call them and visit for your specific needs.

Worthless service. If you lost your reciept for service, you will not get your Logitech product (although your product has warranty) although you have sms for service in your mobile.

This is the worst service center I have ever encountered. I submitted my Logitech G- 102 gaming mouse two weeks ago for repairing and they didn't replace it till now. Now, they are saying that it will take one more week. Don't buy anything from Logitech if you are from Kolkata because the after-sale service is the poorest.

This place is an authorised service center for boat.
But only con is its too busy.
They provide a token on that basis you are being called to review your products.
If it's under warranty then they will take your existing boat device and change it with a new one by delivering the replaced device in the owners address.
Plz try to visit that place early morning or else you won't get your place.

So my laptop wasn't turning on. I came here they said to get a diagnostic testing for 500₹ to identify the issue. They after an hour said the keyboard is the issue and none of the keys are working. When I was explaining the issue with the laptop, I forgot to tell them that in BIOS the keys are working as fine and they never checked the BIOS.
So, I came back after hearing from them that a original keyboard will cost around 6-7k.
Then I gave my laptop to a more understanding and well mannered technician and after taking 2 days he said "I have checked every part individually and here graphics card which is integrated in the mother board is making a issue".
Plus my 5 friends said that after listening to this matter that mother board is the issue here. And the Asus service center's engineer also said that it's a mother board issue.

So, the hardware repairing service that I faced is just looting people and whatever their diagnosis was all fake. Just to loot people. Another point is that if one want to replace/repair a product within warranty then it's fine.

Visited for boat airpodes repairing. However they denied to get it done as it was out of warranty. Not sure whether boat has the same policy of not giving service for out of warranty product.

Only 2 counter is available for Boat replacement and that to be one counter person in not doing constantly. Literally poor service. If there will be more counter then it should be help so many customers.

It is closely near Chandni chalk metro station at Kolkata. Its a low quality service centre where you got service your COMPUTER with BOAT, BOULT and others brands accesories. The service point are underground position where have no available siting arrengement with fan/ac. It also polluted and gathered where you have take service time normally 2-3 hours.

It's a service center of BOAT, BOULT, SYSKA, Therefore it is overcrowded. In working days it takes nearly 2 hrs from collecting token to describe the problem.

Good service for boat earphones. If ur product in warranty period, they replace the product with new one. Little bit unhygienic place otherwise experience was good.

Go as early possible nearly 11.00am for replacement of product because the line will be too much. Else the service is really good.
Most people come for replacement of boat product and they do replace with a new product if it is in warranty without even checking
Just they will ask for your details like name, phone number
If they don't have the product in stock they will ask for the address to get delivered in your home
Just be ready with the soft copy invoice download it & send to their whatsapp number which will be in their service centre

First replacement Logitech M90- took 1 week
Second replacement Logitech G102- took 1.5 months

Conclusion: Don't buy Logitech products, but this service center is good, good behaviour and troubleshooting skills.

My laptop battery was not working properly but here solved my problem. Service centre is Very good but charges are little bit high.

Went there with an issue with a Logitech G402 Gaming Mouse which had a double click problem. One guy asked me to go to a testing room to get the mouse tested. Had to wait for 20 mins. Then the guys couldn't identify the problem and refused to give a replacement. I tried to explain the issue as it is a very common issue for the model I was using. Be that guy kept on arguing. They didn't even had a diagnosis tool to find out what's wrong. Then another guy came from the room beside and tested the mouse with some online mouse testing site. Then he confirmed that it had double click issue and ask to me to submit the mouse. After submitting they told me it'll take 10-12 days for the replacement and no box will be provided with the replacement unit.
Overall a horrific experience. Basically the guy in testing room is there just to deny your problem/request and comes up with absurd arguments.

Service was fast and easy. It is a centre for exchanging your devices if they have issues within the warranty period. Carry the invoice or warranty documents and the process is hasslefree

Probably the worst service center I have visited. I give them a headphone 6 months ago within warranty period but till now I can not get my headphone.
When ever I contact with them they said wait and wait.

Got good service. My earphone was replaced but it will take an hour & such for it bcz its crowded most of the time. Note - Its not a repair shop, only go for replacement if you r in warrenty period.

Pretty linent customer service I got my boat airdops replaced. And they provide a home delivery options for the replaced products within expected time.

People were calm and professional. There is a checking area where your the problem with Logitech product is verified and then in another area they give you a receipt.

Probably the worst service center I have visited absolutely nightmare experience very rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff i wonder how boat has hired them and they are coping up with the corporate standards absolutely ridiculous place to get serviced. I went to replace my neckband its poor quality product boat rocket 235v2 model. Oppo is better enco m32 no match to it

Went there today for repairing of my BOAT bluetooth headphone. Without inspecting it the person sitting at the reception said 'repairing is not done here as the warranty period is over even if it is a paid repairing'. After that I went to Chandni market and got it repaired for only 100 bucks. Is it really an authorized service centre of BOAT or BOAT's policy is so regarding out of warranty service! Will think four times before buying a BOAT next time.

One of the worst service Center ever experienced as The product was not working in 7 days of usage the service Center took over two weeks and random visit to exchange the product.
The staff are not at all friendly.

Very good service. They hardly took 15 mins to check the problem of my bluetooth headset, and then provided me with a replacement! One thing to remember, carry the hard copy of you invoice, as they will not give you the print out.

This service center is the most worst service center that i have visited. They called me two time. First time they told that come tomorrow. And second time they just checked my boat 103 earphone. The guy was unprofessional. And told me that there is a small physical damage but there is nothing. I request them. But they refuse. The most bad unprofessional peoples. I am suggesting u to vist Syscomp Teleservices salt Lake 3 no. Tank. That service center is excellent. They have just checked and replace with a new earphone.
