Senses Hotel

Stayed for over 10 days. 0 value for money. The service in this hotel is pathetic to an extent where i stopped expecting any service. Nobody knows anything. Worst customer service. The housekeeping enters rooms without permission, forgets basic cleaning, have to call reception thrice for any request. Lifts don't function. Swimming pool and gym are as good as having none of them. Expect just a 3 star hotel with no customer service. Pathetic experience. Not recommendable.

Had an exceptional stay at Hotel Senses, Kolkata after a last-minute booking. The staff was incredibly accommodating, even accepting an offline booking over the phone for my family and our pug. The room provided was comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay. The food was a highlight - every meal was delicious and exceeded our expectations. The overall service and hospitality were top-notch. Highly recommend Hotel Senses for a worry-free and enjoyable stay in Kolkata. They truly understand the meaning of great customer service!

Excellent behavior of staffs and suggest for stay, rooms are well design and super cleaned

I had worst ever experience of this hotel room is dirty damp cockroach are moving around the room. Stuff behavior is rude. I stayed on oct 23.booked from MMT Hotel refuse to provide bill during check out. Not at all recommend. Unhygienic damp. I think west Bengal govt should banned this hotel.

I had a terrible experience while booking the room itself so I am glad that I didn't chose this place for stay. On the day of booking they changed the tariff of the room and I had to constantly ping them to send me pictures of the room so that I can proceed with the booking. In a service industry a person needs to be humble enough to admit their mistakes and be prompt so that you attract more customers. This was the first time when I had to follow up on the room images whereas everywhere people are more efficient. No wonder I should have read all the service related reviews before contacting them then I would not have to even be slightly dispappointed.

We were asked to pay in advance on any food or beverages ordered from us.it was humiliating. I have all the payment receipt with timing.we felt very bad.

Hotel is very good near to DLF and Ecospace. The best thing about the hotel is that you get dinner even between 11pm to 6am. This is one of the rear facility gou get in Hotel.

Staff is very good and Cooperative.

Normal check-out time is 11am, however, on request you can extend it 1pm.

Rooms are quite spacious.

I visited during April and maybe because of wedding season hotel was very busy and bit crowded in the restaurant area and lobby area.

There is an open bar on rooftop, however, not a preferred option during summer because of temperature.

Its pool side was good. Pool was little messy. And the choice of music was a little down. But you can change that. Food I didnt like, though I attended a birthday party.

Nice place to stay. But maintenance could have been much better in that price range. Other things were just perfect with good hospitality
