Service Apartments, Park Street, Calcutta

I came from Chandigarh and stayed for 2 days. The place is very clean, toilets looks just new and good A/C room with kitchen with all facilities.

It's one of the good places to stay. The tmely service of the staff is highly appreciable. I must say everyone who works here is cooperative and friendly. Highly recommend this place.

I absolutely love staying here. It’s quite simply perfect for me- the Host is top class as are all his staff.

Their listing on Booking had wrong photographs regarding each room and so this fooled us into making a reservation which we then had to cancel when we understood the mistake. We didn't stay there. Only giving 1 star because of the time wasted and because the person who spoke to us on whatsapp was a bit rude and never admitted their mistake nor apologized.

Great service. The owner and his wife are super kind and they will help you a lot. House is super clean, and in the city centre (park street) You will definitely feel at home in Kolkata

Rajesh and his wife are lovely hosts nothing is too much trouble, marvellous. I've stayed in both Appartments and the Homestay all are immaculately clean and perfectly comfortable. The location is second to ñone.

A lovely place to stay in Kolkata, the hosts are so friendly and advised on great recommendations for things to do in the city and places to eat.

Looks a lil’ dodgy when entering from the street, but the apartment is spacious and comfortable. I was even able to do some laundry, which was really unexpected. Helpful owner who told me a couple of things and let me store my luggage at his place on the last day, very kind.

The property is central to many of the main sites in Kolkata and is a short walk to dozens of restaurants and cafes. It's easy to get transport to anywhere you find too far to walk. It was very clean, and the owners were helpful with any questions we had. They have a washing machine you can use for free and you also have access to an unlimited supply of clean drinking water.

Best Home Stay in Kolkata.and in the heart of Park Street. Everything is there.you just need to pack your bag and plan to stay there.

Everything is perfect about this place. Loved the stay.though its bit costly for us but you will have less hustle when compared to other cheaper rooms in terms of cleanliness, service, support etc. Also can have a friendly gossip with other guests ans the owner.
Must stay here.
And as its almost to the centre of all will be easy for travel. Specially during December Christmas to new year time should try to stay here.

FYI.with the PARK STREET area police sometimes will change the two way lane to one way during morning hours till 10 so this may be bothering for the cab drivers.so do check this once before reaching out.

A place which is at the center of Kolkata, a street that never sleeps, around all popular spots can be found within a kilometer of this place. Service apartment, park street, Kolkata is managed by Mr. Marwah, he is the most helpful person along with his family and staff members will treat you like their own while staying with them. All possible amenities that you find at your home are available with them too. Being located at park street, this place is quite and without any disturbance. Basically a home away from home.

Best homestay I ever had, it is at the heart of city where you would find everything - best restaurents, malls, tourist spots etc. From the host you would get more than your expectaion, in my case I needed color printout and they provided without charge, Also allowed to keep the luggage beyond checkin so that we can take after our official works are done.also allowed us to use washroom (freshen up.dress change.etc) when he came back to collect luggage (3 hrs after checkin). Also recieved a very nice t-shirt as gift from host:)

Good clean specious rooms close to Kolkata high life and eateries.sight seeing places all in all a very good package and value for money

It is the best service apartment in Kolkata, located at the heart of the city. American embassy is less than a km from this place. Outside the apartment look old but inside it's very clean and very well maintained. The apartment owner lived just opposite to the apartment. It is safe and all the best restaurents are in walkable distance. The food is Don Giovanni, Trincas, Mocambo and Kusum Rolls was amazing. I stayed here for 15 days, I felt I was at home.

The location was easy to find and close to many attractions, restaurants and shopping! The host was easy to communicate with and helpful with tips for tourist attractions & restaurants. The studio suite itself has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Hot water, kitchen to make simple meals/tea/coffee, comfortable & clean bedding, and A/C! The location and the building felt safe while travelling with family.

Had a great stay here. Mr Rajesh is a friendly and welcoming host. My 5 nights here felt like living with family.

He also gave me great recommendations and helped me make the most of my time in Kolkata.

The place is centrally located and extremely organized. The host Mr. & Mrs. Marwah are very nice people. We travelled for visa stamping purpose, which is less 1.5 km from the service apartment which is walkable 20 mins or cab by 5 mins. We had a very comfortable stay with our kid, they have kitchen and fully clean and neat home furnished you will not feel you're away from the home, you can make your own foods. I Will certainly recommend to our relatives and friends travel. Overall a great place to stay in Kolkata

Don’t stay here, most of the reviews (if not all) are fake. Although the rooms are fairly nice, the owners are not. Rajesh is very controlling and has trust issues. We were in bed and the cleaner entered the apartment without permission just to get some towels. Also, everyday after we left the apartment they got inside and switch off all electrical equipment; at the same time all our stuff was moved around. We didn’t like it and we left 2 nights earlier.

It is a very spacious place having all modern amenities like washing machine, microwave, iron, fridge, A/c, etc. The owner and his staff run the place efficiently. It is very well maintained. All our extra requests were met promptly. I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a service apartment or homestay in Kolkata.

Service apartment, Park Street is like a second home you can have away from home. The host Mr Marwah is a very generous person with his family along you can feel like home. About the location of the place, it's quite center to everything around Park Street be it any food court, movie theater or party place. Moreover regarding the living space, it's specious enough. The 2 BHK space is inside the house, while the studio apartment is independent from the house where you can have your own space.
