Shaktigarh Lancha Station

I am sorry to say that the food quality is very bad.
Over time, it detoriated a lot.
Even the kachouri sabji is not good.

Over time the quality of food in the entire stretch has taken a massive fall. Specially since covid hit

The best quality of "Langcha" is available here. There are many sizes available of that sweet. Great quality and taste is amazing. The ambiance of the place was very good.

Nice place.tasteful snacks, icecream and Good quality langcha.we were driving for 5 hours and halted at this place. Good experience!

The tea and lencha here is very tasteless. If you want to eat make Jhalmuri and egg_bread tost it good.

সত্যি কথা বলতে নামে ফাটে, কোয়ালিটি বা টেস্টে কোনোটাই সেই মানের নয়, বরং পাড়ার মিষ্টির দোকানে এর থেকে ভালো মিস্টি পাওয়া যায়

Every sweet shop is amazing and they have some authentic sweets like lengcha, mihi Dana, sita bhog. Shaktighar special lengcha is famous in West Bengal. So, you guyz and don't forget to taste there lengcha from lots of lengcha niketan. Now I come to the main eye catching, spicy and my favorite jhal muri. They are presented it by Alu, cucumber, coconut, chola, badam etc. Overall it is a great journey when I travel Kolkata to Durgapur.

When I started my journey from airport for durgapur.always I thought when bus is reached to shaktigarh.you guys are think why so? Obviously for most famous & finger licking lancha.but there have more attraction for me which is kachuri and jhalmuri. I just love it. So guys wait for what? Just go and experience the taste.

The treasure trove of all fried sweets especially their renowned Lancha and Gulab Jamun. Do yourselves a favour and drop by and experience a moment of nirvana. Cheers!

Now a days there are almost 60-70 lancha shops on both sides of drgapur high way, most of the shops sweet is too below standard, only 2-3 good lancha sweet shops are still maintaining the standard but all buses are halting near the worst sweet shop, so if you travel by bus never try buy sweet from here, but if you go by your own vehicle you can find out the good sweet shops generally located at the middle of sweet shops queue.

There's no shop here that'll provide you authentic khowa Langcha! At least I couldn't find any. All the shops are selling just absurdly sweet *black things*, called Langcha

যদি শুধুমাত্র নাম যাচাই করতে যাওয়া হয় তাহলে ঠিক আছে ল্যংচা ঐ রকম দেখতেই হয়। তবে রাস্তার ধারে আমড়া বলে যে জায়গায় এই ল্যংচা পাওয়া যাচ্ছে তা অতি নিম্নমানের । ক্ষীরের পুরের বালাই নেই, নেই ঘিয়ে ভাজার।

Exceptional only found in that place.if you go by bus.this place is a rest place for travellers. The sweets are of huge size.

No online payment methods available here.not even paytm or card payments.such a terrible place but foods are quite better

In the midway, on the way to kolkata this is a better place to stop by and have some snacks! Btw all buses stop here for a while to take a break and they park their buses in front of these shops as if they're having a tie up with them only.

A place to have some quick food for long route travellers, that's okay.
But day by day,
the Quality is decreasing
& the Price is increasing
Now it's at 2 star.

The sbstc bus halted at this food joint.i teied the lancha and it was hot.so it anyway tasted nice.

The lancha is awesome but the making process of it is very very very unhealthy, the place is very dirty

The quality of the sweet are just worst.
Please verify if the sweet they are selling are authentic in nature Or adulterated

Great shop, located just by the road side, the shop owner is friendly and service is quick.
They produce sweets on a regular basis hence only fresh products will you consume Everytime you buy from their shop.
