It is all 5 star with 2 star price. Located near to station and the tourist spots. Highly professional and polite service. Rooms are spacious, very well done up with modern furniture even with a small fridge nicely holed up. Room service is prompt. Food is very reasonabley priced and tasty. ⁰⁰

The place has undergone many changes since I visited a couple of decades back. Recommended for the average holidayers. Food is not bad.

Currently renovation is going on.
Clean rooms, bathrooms and courteous staff.
Restaurant food is good and pocket friendly, but takes lot of time to deliver.

Very nice service. Staffs are very polite. They along with the manager greeted us with a warm welcome. The place is very wholesome. In conclusion a must visit place.

Beyond the realxing atmosphere of the hotel, the next part was the good food and excellent service.

Location is within the city, just beside a very busy road. Not good place for relaxation and leisure. However hospitality is very good, taking all care of guests.

Good resort to stay at Shantiniketan, Bolpur. Good food, good hospitality, cleanliness, covid appropriate behaviour.

Near to Bolpur station and the place is well maintained. Good food, room and room service. Liked it a lot.

It's a fab. Well maintained rooms with all modern amenities, polite and energetic staffs, very good restaurant offering delicious foods, including a very good overall ambiance.

Rooms are clumsier in the cottage. But food is very good. Service is good. Other rooms are very good.

A nice place to stay. Rooms are clean, spacious. Food is good but you may have to wait for 45 minutes to get breakfast after you order. Campus is having adequate space for car parking. I visited the place on 2009 and 2021. Now it is much better than last time.

A wonderful homly generating vibe like ambience. Rooms nice, clean, airy. Has a huge garden for aesthetic pleasure, staff behaviour courteous, food pretty awesome, maintains all safety protocols. Provides full on security. But the cottages are having a drawback regarding mosquitoes! So if you book this property make sure you go for the building, cause it also has an elevator now!

One of the finest property in Bolpur Shantiniketan. Every cottage is very beautiful. The ambience is very nice, food is brilliant. Enough car parking space available. We had a lovely time over there.

A very good place to visit. There are cottages as well as rooms for staying. The restaurant provides good food but cost is on the higher side. There is free car parking and a small playground for children. Good place for weekend trips.

6. Spacious rooms. A/c deluxe room are very big and attached with balcony.

1. Mosquitoes everywhere especially in cottages and in ground floor

Standard double bedded rooms are very small and they don't show it in their website gallery. For more than 1800 inr +tax 216 inr you'll definitely get far better room in Bolpur. They don't clean room regularly. During our 2 days' stay they didn't clean the room at all. For breakfast we had to wait for 30 minutes and then we had to share table with others. And the services are not as per standard. But it is not the worst as they have enough space outside to roam about. I'll recommend all to avoid it.

It's a big problem in winter.but they provide mosquito nets also if required.quite a good place to be with family and friends.

Santiniketan Tourist Lodge is a very old and famous Lodge of Bolpur. It is owned by the Government of West Bengal. It is one of the best lodge in Bolpur. It offers different types of rooms for you like single and double bedded rooms. It is very close to Bolpur station as well as the Visva Bharati, Santiniketan also. So you can be in a very good position to visit Santiniketan and take trains to go out. There is a package system for staying at the Lodge during festivals and mela at Bolpur Santiniketan.

Fantastic place to stay at Bolpur. Revives old memories. Clean and calm place with nice people around. Very well mannered staff always eager to lend a helping hand to the boarders and also other customers. The look of the place when you enter the premises will give you a peace of mind. Viswabharati bhavan and the museum is very near. Railway station is also not far off. A must stay place when in Bolpur Shantiniketan.

Stayed here for one night recently in Dec.the place has individual cottages with parking and also a 3 storeyed building with ac rooms.presently there is no lift which may cause problem for few if rooms are alloted on 1st or 2nd floor.charges are okay.i stayed in one of the rooms in the building at first floor.room size is very small.comes with tv and sat channels, attached toilet with geyser.the lodge itself is quite spacious with a big lawn and seating area and swing for children. There is a separate dining room. Breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner can be taken there or in your room. Breakfast is complimentary for boarders. Renovation work has already started for the lodge to make the rooms bigger and install elevator for the building.by end of 2019 they would be ready as told by manager.till then they are allowing selective bookings only.the location is very convenient and only 5 mins by toto/car to Biswabharati.i would say best place to stay in Bolpur and in very reasonable price.
