Kept us waiting when they served the frequenters who went out satisfied even when they came later than us.

There are different counters for different food items, you have to order and pay something at the cash counter, then they will give you the coupon and then take the coupon to the respective counter for your hot food.

Sher-e-punjab, parkstreet branch is worst.the food is such low quality, only cash, no extra cutlery will be given, extra charges for everything, had such bland and white paneer butter masala for the first time, kulcha was more like oily aloo Paratha.worst experience.took 2hrs to get our food delivered (4 items).

Service quality is very bad. Without cash they should nt be taken the payment. Seriously. It's hve been extremely bad experience

This hotel is one big travellers destination at Kolaghat. An ideal hotel cum dhaba for having good food. Most of the weekends and festive days this remains crowded, since people gather here in large numbers, starting from family people to big riding groups, all come here for eating. Food quality is good, both veg and non-veg available, price is at par, you can eat out and in, with or without AC and a big giant parking is available.

You can visit here often for eating.

Have been here a number of times. Generally good service. A bit high priced. But the quantity is sufficient for two persons. Washrooom is generally clean. There is no western toilets. Overall happy experience

Wonderful experience with great quality of food. Myself Dr. Souradeep Datta did lunch here. Atmosphere is also good. And the services are really good.

Worst customer service. The staff don't know how to talk to the customers and show bad, arrogant behavior. Just because the place is famous, the staff are being arrogant and impolite. The aura around the place is not good and the time taken for food to be served is too long. Afterall, it's not just about the food that makes a good restaurant, it's also the way they present themselves. Would not recommend a visit. You may encounter some rude people here who will spoil your mood.

Very tasty food, the staffs are well behaved, can't forget the taste of tandoori and indian, pl drop in and see wow.

Food quality is very bad.behaviour of staff is pathetic. Prices are tooo high.don't visit the restaurant if you have self respect.they literally insult the customers on face

My personal favourite restaurant, highly recommended and the food is amazing. I'm always found here whenever there's a celebration or if I have guests coming to kolkata. The staff are polite, food is served reasonably quick and ambient is peace and quiet enough to have discussions with friends and family.

Good food.
Paneer do pyaza and rumali roti is best. Also paneer tikka role is awesome.

Need more cleaning and hand wash is full of water with some liquid soap.

Overrated restaurant and staff behaviour is very bad. They don't serve u food and if you need any napkins or sauce they denied to give you that. You have to take those from your own from the counter. They don't know how to behave with the customers.

I m a regular client of yours never complaint but today fried rice was rotten which was spoiled egg friedrice I send my boy to Chek with the issue u all have shouted
What if I had eaten that food and got food poisoning who will be responsible for that
I don't want extra plate of fried rice nor I want my money back but I will make sure to make this complain viral coz I have paid and I was hungry I had not eaten lunch and I trusted you people and you all are ignoring this issue

Food is good here. But earlier quality and taste was much better then now. Rolls and Paneer pasanda with Butter nan is my favourite here.

This is my third time that i went to sher e punjab Theatre Road outlet.i would like to mention that before it used to a small restaurant with 2-3 tables.but now they have expand their restaurant and niw it becomes restaurant cum cafe.where you can get cuisines like north indian, mughlai, chinese etc.and now they added in their menu cafe items also like sandwiches, burgers, coffees, rolls etc.
And now comes to food, we have ordered chicken tandoori and mixed chowmein.
Chicken Tandoori was very good in taste but this time tandoori size is little bit small compare to that we had tried earlier. And mixed chowmein was also very good in taste there is lots of chicken, egg, and prawns were there but the quantity was little bit less.that we had eaten earlier.
Overall good experience.there food quality was very very good.but should improve and focus on little bit quantity also.

It was great. I ordered Chicken Fried Rice and the taste was perfect and it was cooked nicely. The spices were good and the serve was great too. My friend and I ordered Mutton Roll as takeaway, I think it could be better though. The taste of the mutton could be better and the taste of the chili sauce was overpowering over the taste of mutton. So I would suggest less amount of chili sauce if it stays absolutely like this.

Best butter chicken with naan and other punjabi dishes are famous among Kolkata's people.
The hotel is a landmark opp Trimurti petro pump and kalamandir.

A good restaurant for casual Hangouts. Quality and Quantity of the food items are decent and the price post lockdown was very reasonable. Ambience is good and staffs are helpful. Located next to the take-out center. Chinese dishes are average. Chicken butter masala and Butter naan are must tries. Some mughlai dishes are only available till afternoon.

This is multi cuisine restaurant.the serve authentic Chinese and mughlai foods.
But I personally prefer Chinese food.
The all Chinese food was too good.

You have increased the rates but quality of food has gone down, smelly and stale food sold in parcel.

This is a good stall for fast food and many other types of food are available here. I visited daily in the Lunch time.good quality of food are available here and have a good taste at reasonable rates there is also a restaurant of sher a Punjab.
Try it one time through swiggy you can also get the resturent sher a punjab.

Food was ok but no proper place to sit and eat and even there is extra charges taken if we eat in restaurant. First time in kolkata and this was worst.

Ordered full chicken tandoor and chicken hariyali kebab. Both was tremendous awesome and mouth watering and juicy. I liked their quality.

First time i experienced that for seating in a restaurant for food is also chargable. This is not right way of earning money and also for this kind of restaurant there must be a strict price policy.
Really disappointing...
