This was the second time we had been here. We went because the first time our experience was amazing. This time the chana masala was not cooked well. We complained towards the end. We got all the leftovers packed except chana masala. No one really ate it and it was sent back. When we got the bill, it had chana masala on it. We asked the manager to remove it and he didn’t. Instead he had the audacity to bring cooked chana from kitchen and asked us to identify whether it was not cooked well.

Why didn’t he try the plate we had sent back? So all in all we are never going back here.

This is perhaps one of the descent, super clean, hygienic, well organised property where you can host any celebration be it Wedding, Birthdays, Seminar etc etc. Both Banquet and Restaurant on the ground floor what makes it so unique and special. Its purely Punjabi where they cater to so many fantastic tasty dishes.
If you are ordering Starters then For Non Veg Lovers go for Mutton or Chicken Kebabs which are super soft and will just melt in your mouth along with the sauce they serve. Now for Veg Lovers they have a super tasty mouth watering CHEESE, KIND OF CHEESE CREAM FILLED fingers which are mind blowing, have it with tomato sauce or green chutney. Lastly they also serve one Hariali Green kind of Veg Vada which is bit spicy but super tasty.
Main course dishes both Non Veg and Ve most are very unique and taste stands out. May be they cook it on Wood medium for which it gives a Smoky Smell which makes it more delicious.
Well placed on CIT Road main road 5 min drive from Park Circus and 10 min drive from Moulali Four Point crossing if less traffic congestion of course.

Property is huge enough to cater 300 people or more at one time. Wash Rooms are pretty huge and always super clean with Toilet Cleaning Personnel's ready to clean every minute as long the property is on rent.
Stewards and Catering management is well organised which I noticed. Whether they allow DJ sound systems or not that I am not sure because I did not see any musical arrangements. Else if you are ready to go the Punjabi Style then plan now to visit them. All the best.

Great Sitting arrangement with great food and great Service. Overall a very good experience. Patiala Chicken is a must try.

I love North Indian food here, kababs are a must try, and chicken tandoori lovers do not miss this dish here.

Authentic Punjabi Dhaba food available here. Must try Aloo Paratha. Delhi style Chole Bhature available in breakfast menu.

They have an outdoor area and drive in to try chae, chole batura, sandwich. As well as a huge indoor sitting area with good service, delicious food and affordable prices

It gives a taste of real Punjabi cuisine and is a must for food Lovers.
We tried tandoori chicken butter masala and it was very good

It's opposite to the Ladies park at Park Circus and also near to the SONOSCAN Diagnostic Center.very Hygienic and well decorated.

I was there for a marriage reception party few days back. The hall was quite big one. Accommodated nearly 450 persons. Well decorated, good sitting arrangement.

The service was not good, saw some mosquitoes were flying over the salad. The food wasn't delicious too.

It is a very conveniently located banquet. It is a very spacious one, with spanking clean decor. It is an ideal location and property for hosting events.

Just the interiors are nice. Food is not tasteful and overpriced. Arsalans top quality firni is 60 and they are charging 80 for ok ok firni. I had to return the biryani as the rice wasn't cooked. They charged 360 for pulao.is it justified and to add to my anger water at 80.where am I. Am I in a hotel. Even 3star hotel dosent charge this much for water. Will never go there. The only good thing people have a smiling face and they are genuinely good people. But food is not upto the mark and overpriced

The customer service is most ridiculous and disgusting, also the behaviour of the staffs is rough

Having Tasty food in a luxury ambience with both veg n nonveg under one roof is wat u want then it is must place to go the legacy of Sher e Punjab kolaghat is surely maintained.

Better in Kolaghat, because in highways we feel that we got great food.cannot compete with taste in kolkata with other restaurants

Food were awesome manager's were very polite but the waiter and gatekeeper were too disrespectful to the customers

Very good place for Lunch and Dinner. They provide very good and hygienic food. The place is all clean, very good behaviour of staffs. There are so many varieties of food get, that why I like most.
