Sher E Punjab

I had a very disappointing experience at Sher e Punjab, and I'm not sure if it's a branch or a standalone shop. The staff's behavior was extremely poor, and their service was unbearably slow. To make matters worse, the food they served was of very poor taste and quality.

In recent days, it seems that this place has become popular due to its improved seating arrangements and the availability of alcohol. However, I strongly advise against visiting. Despite the increased crowd, the quality of service and food remains subpar.

Overall, my experience at Sher e Punjab was far from satisfactory, and I would caution others against dining there.

Over hyped. The food was not great at all plus most of the items on the menu are not available. The chicken seak kebab was very dry and chewy. We also ordered reshmi tikka masala but it tastes like murg afgani. Plus the outside sitting was very hot and humid they should increase the number of stand fans. Overall not at all enjoyed it.

Place is ok but food was not that good
I had ordered crispy baby corn, Schezwan rice and Manchurian each dish came with sweet taste. This must be due to excessive tomato sauce usage.

Quality of food is good, but behaviour of waiters is pathetic. They keep pestering for tips, and it gives an impression that they don't get their salaries. Such behaviour is not acceptable and is very annoying.

Ordered food from Sher e Punjab yesterday and it gives me the worst food experience ever with stale smelly fish fingers and fully burnt parathas. What a pathetic food!

Quality of food, ambience and services are attractive. Prices are a bit on the higher side, that's all. Overall decent management and people out there are humble & generous. Best wishes.

Went for brunch before catching flight.
Taste is good but the portion size is quite less.
Staff tends to be on arrogant side.
Ambience is good but alot of smokers so might be uncomfortable.

Crowded. Very crowded! Wait time during the weekend is long. But good and service is worth the wait.

Not so clean. Food quality avarage. Atmosphere is ok. Service is good. Mosquito and sandfly every where.

I must say the ambiance was great, all the waiters were well behaved they helped us in all the way they can to have a great time there

Yup that was tasty but the quantity on view was lesser than other resturants of kolkata
It can be due to the crowd which was present ar that moment
So you can understand my point!
More plate u serve more money u make

The last couple of experiences were not at all good.sher i punjab is degrading from what they have achieved.
Only tandoori chicken was upto mark.rest of the items were below standard.
Please refrain from ordering pulao or biriyani items.
