This reviews is for the bar cum restaurant and the restaurant the food is not at all good we order for the paneer butter masala in place of that, they serve us something very sweet and when we told them to replace that they where like ya asa he hota ha and the management was so rude that not the way they talk to the costumer as we always visit now i am dam sure we are not coming back so small massage that dont think costumer is chutya people know the real test of the food so better accept the mistake in place of the argument.

Spacious, well-lit, tables spread out in standard format. Eye sore was the floor. The air-conditioning was pathetic. However the food was standard. The mutton Biriyani was very good indeed. However the waiters need to be more attentive.

One of the WORST hotels in Siliguri. Food is not good at all, almost half cooked. I ordered 2 items online from this hotel through zomato but they have sent only one item & took the whole payment. I called them, but they didn't respond, Zomato executive tried to connect to this hotel multiple times but they didn't receive the call even once. I suggest everyone not to visit this third class hotel and never even order online from this. Utterly disappointing.

Went in for lunch. Half of the things were not available. Ordered chicken, we were offered fish in the guise of chicken. The food is horrendous. If you like nice posh looking places that'll serve you sub par food this is your place. Otherwise, roadside dhabas are better go to.

Service is utterly poor.no welcome i have to ask for water 4times to different persons.no one there to take your orders I have to wait 30min to place my order though there were no such rush at the restuarant every one is busy to chit chat with each other

This hotel is good for visitors and scituate very near of Siliguri Junction railway station, and Siliguri bus stand and share & other cab stand, from where you can go anywhere of north bengal and sikkim.
Food quality and quantity both are good. As per food quality and restaurant brand name, price is reasonable. Restaurant have lots of seat and service is also good. Staffs behavior is good and you can pay your bill through UPI.

I ordered mutton biryani and fried rice
But not good no raita no eggs only 2 pics mutton and potato taste also not good better Biryani available in Gangtok sher-e-panjab better than siligadi Sher-e - Punjab

They are fooling people we order paneer dish they give me only 1/4 of the plate they dont even have lemon also ib hotel most of the dishes are not avilable very bad expirence with this hotel third class service i ever seen before in my find not recommended this hotel one of the fraud hotel in Siliguri

Had come here for dinner.the staff was in a hurry to take order though there were only 4 people in the entire restaurant. Chicken kabad was stale. Paneer was good.chicken tadka was pathetic

Price was ok.all staff were good.good hospitality.biriyani was fine.the alu in the biriyani was smelling bad. Definitely not fresh at all. Taste of biriyani not so good.road side biriyani tastes far better than this.a large high drain is there.outside view is garbage

We went to the restaurant to get some food for takeaway. As per the suggestion of the staff of the restaurant, we had ordered Tandoori (Half Plate), 2 Butter Naan and 1 Handi Mutton. Tandoori and Naan were fine but we were hugely disappointed with the taste of mutton because it said that the dish was mutton handi but there was no taste of mutton and we were confused about the order that we had placed.
The mutton was prepared in the same curry which is being served as a curry for other dishes like paneer, chicken etc. Horrendous experience with mutton.

The place was near siliguri jn. Ambiance was good. Tase of the food was very delicious. Chicken hundey was really good. Price of the food was affordable and value for money.

Once the best restaurant now the worst. Quality, quantity and taste is horrible.will not recommended to anyone.really sad that I'm writing this with heavy heart.

Very bad experience. Now a days food quality issues is arising. Order chicken biryani which was completely spill. Also the food became sour as it might have been cooked in the morning and delivered at night. Never expected such. Shame on such a quality brand name Sher e Punjab. I will never ever order again.

Worst restaurant ever. Had asked for chicken biryani and was served mutton biryani instead to the person who never eats mutton. The waiter and the manager/owner were unapologetic about such a huge mistake. Anyways the food is pathetic there. They use the same gravy for all the dishes and fool the people. Don't waste your time and money there. There are much better places you can go to in Siliguri. I would not even give that one star if I did not have to post this.

Tried Hyderabadi chicken biryani prepared in handi and it was pretty decent. Menu options are ample and at a very reasonable price

Recently visited Sher e Punjab for dinning
The dinning experience was real nice. They have renovated the place into a nice ambience. The food quality was really good and cost was not much. Nice and courteous staff and taste was really nice. We tried Biriyani and butter naan and chicken butter masala. You must try these

Very good food in reasonable prices. Behavior of staffs are good. Comfortable for any age group of people.

Worst place to taste handi biryani!
Haji Biryani is kuch better than Sher-E-Punjab biryani!

Take my advice.don't waste your money here.they make pathetic food.
Roti's are like rubber.
Dal Tarka to Chili Chicken all taste.pathetic.

Most Disgusting, high price low quality food. I will suggest all of you not to go there. If you want to waste your money, then you can.

They are serving us low quality foods. Street foods are better than their foods. Ordering Raita nd they are serving chopped onions with chopped Mirchi with Dahi water. 3rd class food they are serving us

It was awesome taste specifically Kabab and Bharta. As it was after the trek, we were getting everything with superb and delicious tatse.

Not a good restaurant. Place looks old and ill maintained. The service is not good. Waiter is least concerned and so is the cashier. Anyways tried just a tea which took a long time and wasn't according to my taste that is without ginger and cardamom.

Is ordering food in siliguri safe?

I just ordered From very famous restaurant Sher E Punjab.

The order was nicely packed and sent quickly. Found that we found cockroach in Panner Butter Masala. This is the standard of food that we are getting in siliguri from restaurants that have FSSAI registration then we can imagine what the road side stalls are doing.

This was the last order from the restaurant as it is closed now. Just think how many people might have got the same food.

A very active and popular restaurant in Siliguri. I have tried noodles and chilly chicken combo and I must say it is worth trying. The mixed noodles was perfect in every sense, the chilly chicken is simple but tasty. I ordered shawarma once, but didn't find it to be good. It is kind of a mid level range restaurant, would love to eat from here again

Food quality delicious. Staff behavior is also good. I usually take lunch here when I come to North Bengal
