Then you will be absolutely surprised that there is no table and chairs for this purpose. You just may take the food and bring it to your room for eating. Very dissatisfied.that's I put 4

Mutton Biryani is a joke. Boiled rice with zero flavor. No egg. Mutton is bland.

Never ever would order again.

We bought 2 special mutton biryani @420/plate and 1 mutton stew @ 290/plate today.
Quantity: Biryani: 2 mutton pc, One egg, one potato/ plate. For this I feel 420 is too much.
Stew: 4 small pc, not worth the price
Taste: Very dry and nothing special.
Accomplishments: zero. When you pay 420/plate, you expect salad, raita, salan (gravy), but nothing was given.
Place: was dirty, cutting onions outside.
Additional comments: we stay in Dubai and feel that for this price, even in Dubai you get better biryani with accomplishments.

We fell sick eating the biriyani.the mutton was hard and rice was stale.it's a disgrace that a brand like shiraz going down. We were warned by others not to eat from this junction but i ignored them, but now realising why they said so

Worst biriyani i have ever tasted in my entire life. Am not even exaggerating. Biriyani tasted like salt mixed with rice. The chicken piece with biriyani was extremely small. And bhuna chicken had to be thrown because it tasted extremely bad. Did not expect this from a well known restaurant like shiraz.

No taste, did order dal makhni and shah-e-paneer.
Both tasted bad.
Only High price but taste definitely awful.

Biriyani used to be good once upon a time but now it is not even in the same page. If you are not familiar with Bengali biriyani you may like it but as a Bengali I refuse to endorse this stuff as biriyani.

They also make rolls which is ok.

Overall i would say please find another place for food if you love food.
They don't have any sitting arrangement in the shop, few chairs are there in the footpath.

Used to have the best Biryani in Salt Lake, not so much. Atleast they still make one of the best rolls in Salt Lake ;)

Is this a restaurant? Balls.its a small outlet smaller than my washroom. U can only sit there if u want to feel an auto or taxi experience on the table.clumsy.dirty and pathetic small.the food is no doubt good but not extra ordinary but the place is balls

The paratha perfectly crumbly and the meat absolutely juicy and delicious!

Had an egg chicken kati roll, the paratha was burnt and the meat was not fresh. Just lots of onions and no taste at all. Also ordered a special mutton biryani, the flavour was not so great, but manageable. But for 390 rs and getting 3 pieces of mutton and that too just bones is not worth it. Another dish ordered was chicken rezala- that was extremely sweet for some reason. And the meat was not fresh. Totally don't recommend the food here.

Shiraz is an institution of Calcutta not just a restaurant. It's famous for its Mughlai cuisine. The roll, both chicken and mutton are delicious and served quick for those on the go.

Ordered one special chicken biryani with a plate of chicken bharta. The delivery was perfect but the food could have been better. The biryani from Shiraz Golden Restaurant is too bland in taste, the potato in the biryani is half boiled (too hard inside) and the rice has absolutely no aroma or spice. The chicken bharta on the hand hand had a dominating taste of the garam masala. The chicken piece in the biryani had no masala at all and it seemed like having boiled chicken with the rice. I don't know what is wrong with all the good biryani stops of Kolkata. I think it's high time to move to new restaurants and cloud kitchens which are serving far better biryani and their price justify the quality and the quantity.

Love biryani and mutton pasinda from this place. But recently have increased to cost to high limit.

One of the best branches in Kolkata to have Shiraz biriyani. The mutton and the chicken biryani are the top priority of this restaurant so I recommend you to definitely try their dishes which is common sense since you are going to Shiraz. Also if you are a person who likes a side dish like mutton or chicken chap, make sure to eat it quickly as the dalda will start to dry up and all there would be left is only a solidified block of fat and oil if you have parcel can reheat it and convert it to gravy again. They serve rolls also so if you also want a quick bite, i recommend you trying the mutton egg rolll although it's a bit expensive but worth the price. 10/10 would recommend for biryani and rolls

Shiraz's Golden Restaurant is one of the best online restaurant in Salt Lake. There is no provision for sitting here. You can order it online or buy it from here and take it out to eat. Their food item is Punjabi Veg, Punjabi Chicken, Punjabi Mutton, Rice and Pulao, Biryani, Mughlai Chicken, Mughlai Mutton, Roti and Nan, Tandaari Kabab, Chicken Kabab, Mutton Kabab, Fish Kabab, Kathi Kabab, Veg Kabab etc.

Their biriyani and kebab along with chicken roll are amazing for the last 15 years this is my family's go to mughlai restaurant

Each and everybody's behaviour is so bad.now about ambience.very dirty and unhygienic low quality food with high price.

It has a great tasty quality cuisines. I am a regular here for Rolls. Staff are cooperatives.this store only serves for take away and online orders

Food is really good.

But one of the staffs there (a lean guy, wears specs, average height, brownish complexion) is extremely rude most of the time with his colleagues and with swiggy/zomato delivery boys. Its so disturbing that I that don't feel like visiting this outlet just because of him. Owner should take strict action against people like this.

Best Zafrani style Biryani. Light and flavourful. Low spiced and medium oily. Amazing paratha and sides. Their chicken rolls are also one of the best. But the stocks are a bit limited and the dining area is small. Best place for takeaways.

Probably they serve the best roll around sec 3 salt lake. There chicken rolls always have a smokey, tasty and juicy chickens inside. The length and size of their tools are also quite good.

Nice joint for kathi rolls and takeaway moghlai food. Also serving Haleem during the Ramazan period - goes nicely with tandoori rotis!

Worst food please don't buy food from here they are not what they sounds like from the elders meat size is the smallest you can ever find in market potato is not even Worth the size inspite of getting negative comments they r not upgrading only the rolls r good my suggestion is to shut all the joints and start only roll joints for their betterment

Probably the worst Mutton biriyani that I have ever tasted. Fully soggy small single piece mutton with one moderately noiled piece of potato. The rice snelled of too much of rose water and definitely cooked a day or two back.

My suggestion would be to completely avoid the restaurant for any purpose, even the packaging seemed unhealthy. I had to give 1star other than that they would have got 0.2 stars from me.

Food quantity is sufficient for one person per plate, mutton cooked properly but Amina better than Shiraz

I ordered Special chicken Biriyani from swiggy app but I received normal chicken Biriyani also taste and quality was poor.

Ordered mutton Biryani from here. The taste was superb and the mutton piece was decent enoughg. Contained one big potatao. Buy there was no egg. Overall I expected the rice quantity to be but more. But it was not enough

Unhealthy Foods they are serving. And the administration should take necessary actions. Inspite On complaning to their number the person has behaved rude. Viewers see the photos and videos before you eat so called Chicken Chaap

None of the executives wear any masks nor wash hands whenever they touch any exterior portions of the shop or collect money from customer.
Even in the kitchen the individuals who prepare the food don't maintain necessary hygiene during such a pandemic. They don't wear a mask and wash hands when necessary.
While waiting in front of the shop for quite some time, I could see none of the employees of this eating chain follow the safety steps required when there is a deadly pandemic onset around us.
One individual who wraps the rolls, picked up a bottle lying down on the street in front of me, and did not even bother washing hands before touching the food.
The person handling the cash doesn't even bother sanitising his hands before touching the food package.
Wouldn't recommend food purchase from this outlet if you wish to remain safe.

Average. But items are overpriced for a Non-AC restaurant. They charge approx 250 for mutton biriyani. They don't even have proper sitting arrangement. Good for takeaway. Last but not the least, you have to pay only through Cash. No card, paytm etc.

I visited this hotel today and the staff behavior is not at all good. I wanted to order something which shouldn't have sweet taste as every food in Kolkata comes with sweet taste unless mentioned. They said that their food is always ready and they can't make any adjustments. That is fine for me, but then what they told is not acceptable 'Thoda hari mirch upar se kaat ke kha lo'. I left the restaurant immediately hearing this.

Food is good. Not suitable for couples. And staffs are not trained. But they can adjust with u.

One of the aweful biriyani ever had. We went to eat there. The place is horrible and the food quality also. There was oil only in Mutton chap. The quality of of biriyani was also not good. The food price was like ather famous Mughlai restaurant but the quality and the service is below average. They even don't have proper washroom and toilets for their customers.

It's a very small takeaway outlet with a table and 4 chairs for waiting or if you want to eat on the spot. No AC.
All the rice items and curries are precooked. Those are not even cooked here. The kebab items and rolls are prepared here.
Food's generally tastes good. Especially the kebabs and rolls. However, the nuns and tandurs get chewy very quickly, better eat those fast.

Their food is super awesome! The biriyani, the firni and their chicken bharta is too good!

The place is small but neat. The owner is very polite. And the chicken roll tastes really good!
