Shish Mahal

Some under aged people take lot of drinks, which they cant remember. At the time of bill pay today, they used to creat lot of scene. Please don't allow them inside the bar. We, the peaceful customers fell quite disturbence for this. Thinking not to visit Shish Mahal again and for ever. Please restrict such poor customers at the door.

Quite good, reasonable price, satisfactory service and good location just on hiroad. Enjoyed the ambience on 31st night with the special arrangements made for drinks, BBQ & music and dance.

I would say, Best Budget friendly hotels nearby.
Taste is better than Fame or any kind of Star hotels/Restaurants.

Bar is better than Sish Mahal, as you can enjoy your food in slight darkness with good music & fine air conditioning.

Very Good hospitality but the food are not so much tasty and some are stale also but sometimes not always!

The restaurant is part of the hotel Samrat which is one of the oldest names in the hospitality business of the town.
Surprisingly the restaurant is well maintained and the staff is very cordial and helpful which was totally unexpected and not seen in other restaurants of the town. Specially imamul haque was very helpful and help us making our choice in the menu.

The quality of food was surprisingly very good in comparison to other hotels of nearby area.
The recommended dishes are
1) Afghani kebab
2) crispy chicken
3) naan (butter)
4) chicken handi
5) chicken Tikka masala

Only thing I disliked was the tutti frutti ice cream, mainly because of the presentation and in comparison to other dishes they served before hand, we expected a bit more.
Experience was good and we visited second time and tried Continental dishes too.

Recommended for a nice calm and cosy dining out experience.

This restaurant is at the ground floor of the Hotel Samrat and you can have your food here or get it ordered at your room. The food is very good and economically priced. The decor is aesthetically pleasing.

Horrible experimence. You ll feel like sitting inside washroom and eating, pathetic smell from washroom while eating, because the loo's main door has no lock.

Ambiance and decoration of the restaurant pretty well but mainly to get good rating and more of customer to get business which is very much needed that is hospitality which is very much disappointed. I had a get together of 48 guest, what I found that there was no such planing how serve prompt and delighted the guest to do recurring business. That is lack of the house. I believed no professional staff were not there to understand those things.

Food is everywhere available but why we choose Hotel Samrat because of their service which is very much disappointed.

I wrote this feedback for the improvement not to criticize the staffs.

Interier decoration is verygood.
And food also very good n teasty. Staff r also friendly behaviour.

Very bad place to visit. They have charged for the items that I didn't ordered. Almost thousand rupees extra. We have asked the management and the waiter to see the CCTV. But they didn't. We had the most worst experience ever in my life in an restaurant.

Nice place for hangout. Awesome food. Mainly the Onion butter chicken tandoori. You must fall in love with!

The food was good, but your order comes late so if you have time it's fine but if you are in a hurry you will regret it later.

Good food. Slow service. Service boys get confused easily if the group is big with variety of choices.
