I don't understand the policy. I think I was scammed by EaseMytrip and this guest house.

Loved this place. At this kind of budget you get to experience good service apart from the fact that the guy who comes to clean the place is really slow and doesnt do much.

Rooms are not clean.
Washrooms were not clean.
Issues with running water.
Staff was not helpful.

Have been staying in this hotel for the past 15 years. But now the service is worst.
Just for car parking they are charging Rs 150/- per day, if you ask for ice cubes they will surely provide u in a small soup bowl at a charge of Rs 50/- etc.
Overall on my point of view you should avoid visiting this guest house and find many budget accomodation nearby and stay comfortably.

After oyo rooms took over the service has gone down.now the even charge for a car parking
