A good South Indian items restaurant. Located near Park St, AJC Bose Rd Crossing. A convenient location. But not many people know of it. Items to be tested to give an honest review.

According to hotel room rent is high. Room was not clean perfectly. Location facility was good. Staff’s behaviour was average.

Room that I was staying in was good and spacious.
Good staff with knack for customer service.

This is a awsome place for family dine out as well as business purposes.
My trip is business, so there is enough space for meetings, seminars and other business opportunities
Sitting arrangement, mike arrangement, every thing was proper.
AC rooms are very good.
Place is very neat and clean.
Wall decoration on white is very eye soothing.
Toilet is very neat and clean.
Food was awsome and hygiene was properly maintained.

It's a great hotel you will get in the price.
All the staff always have smile in their faces and they care for your needs.
Just a demerit on the food variety and taste, however since you will be prime location, you can order through zomato or swiggy

Hospitality was aweful. Behaviour was rude. Arrogance in hospitality business doesn't go a long way.

Pathetic hotel.not recommended at all. Booked for standard room with complimentary breakfast. And the manager handling the food section department accused me of hiding food and taking it to my room. Double standard people

Comfortable Stay. Excellent food quality. Prompt service.cleanliness maintained. U can really enjoy short stay.

I checked in early in the morning. The front desk staff was very rude. The staff is not helpful at all.

Rooms and rates are premium but lacked premium service. Did not change linen despite charging full amount for 2nd day. Poor laundry services

Chef duty was over due to lock down but yet my food order was honoured, cooked by duty manager, served with so much of hospitality to me! Such a good hospitality and respect of guests. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Everything was alright. Rooms are clean and people there are polite but room sizes are too small.

Average hotel. Beside siraz restaurant. Lot of restrictions due to location. Covid guidelines are not followed.

It was an alright hotel with high prices. We booked a standard room but the manager gave us the superior room in that same price. That was nice. The superior room was itself not that great or big. That made us realize that if this was superior room what about the size of the standard room. That must have been like a store room then. So, the hotel was good with trained staff, polite behaviour, good food, everything was good, except the price and the room which also are an important factor while choosing a hotel. We got lucky that we got upgraded to superior room, but it would really not be worth it if you are paying so much and your standard room is like a box. So that is a big turn off, with this hotel.

When in Kolkata, do visit this place, way too courteous staff which would wanna you to give them a visit over and over again.kudos to them

This place does not qualify as 4 star.it would hardly meet 3 star expectations.we booked superior room, which is very small.the guard who came up with our luggage would not leave without a tip.below average breakfast.and extremely slow people at reception completes your unforgettable experience

I visited this hotel as one of my guest was staying there for 3 days and it seems a perfect place for value for money. Great location, food and clean and lean. Very nice

Love the behaviours of staff. They are polite and well behaved. Well, the service quality is quite good. Rooms are also good.

Property location is excellant. Very limited choice available for breakfast. Worst thing is guest or visitiors are not allowed to enter your room. Charging points did not work, huge scope to improve overall service level. Restaurant serves tasty food.

Quite good, conveniently located, apt for anyone travelling for business or looking for a no nonsense yet comfortable stay in the heart of the city. Helpful staff, rooms are suitably equipped. Best part is, it's perfectly safe for solo women travellers - I can say so because this is my sixth solo visit here.

Great ambiance. Amazing food quality. Fine dining space. The staff are well behaved & the location is so accessible. Had a great time there.

Pathetic hotel not even worth cost no hospitality nothing just have copied the name of Shiraz as the MD is manager of Shiraz groups dats it by it's pathetic marks in the pot untidy washrooms rooms will end wen it starts not worth money I think 1500rs wld b enough for dis kind of hotel n I paid 7k worst experience

The price, the pictures on line, just don't match up with the actual stay. You need to carry your own baggage, terrible South Indian items on the breakfast menu

Jameson Shiraz Inn is one of the most reputed luxury hotels in Kolkata. I can recommend this place from my own experience. The entire experience has been very pleasing and comforting for me. All the staff is polite, kind and professional.

Bad news on this site to be the only reason the following document is in order of service is not working in the same time in total cost me and my family members and we can get to know more posts the best for me a copy this message or its affiliates of your choice and we are a lot and the kids are a couple years old man I was just thinking of getting a great weekend but the problem in a few of my name and number is that it was very impressed a few of the year and we can meet up and I don't have the opportunity with a new job on it was great talking to him about it I will try it and let you for your reply to this thread and then you have the time and consideration a great week I will not have to pay.

It is the awesome inn. The banquet hall is just perfect for any celebration. The foods that are served is just mouth watering. Starting from decoration of the hall to service of the staffs are all good. Quality of dishes are just excellent. Words are not enough to explain the management of everything. Everyone knows that mutton birayani is one of the most popular dish in shiraz. Must visit here to experience all the best dishes ever.

The rooms are not sound proof. Too much road noise comes in throughout the day. Given that the hotel in located on the main road. It becomes especially loud at night.
