It is worst hotel I had seen in my life. The food is waste. The reception is making so much hell in payment. The rooms are so small. There are no soaps in bathroom. There no comfort on bed. Please don't refer this hotel and these debloke branches.

As I reluctantly bid farewell to this haven, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the memories I had created. This hotel is an oasis of serenity and a testament to the harmony that can be achieved between luxury and nature. If you seek a truly enriching and rejuvenating retreat, this place is an absolute must-visit.

One of the worst place to visit in Kharagpur, filled with drunk people ever. Not a place I'll recommend to visit.

The manager spoke to me very rudely.you should to about this.she is also not responding to any one

Food quality is not that good but quantity wise fine.
However if you're planning to go there try to be seated outdoor options here as it's quite good.

Note: - They really not have good idea on handling people in crowded times like Durga Puja. They behave rudely and you may need to wait for more than 2 hours to order food.

Can't give more than 3 stars but 1 star as incentive to have this facility near to industrial zone of Kharagpur. I went for their restaurant as we don't have any other option in the vicinity. So. To quench the hunger. Had Dal Chawal and some mix vegetable. Can't say the test Or quality was incredible but yea it's a better option for your hunger in that area. Understand that they have even stay facility as well

The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. We specially enjoyed the butter paneer masala. Service was awesome. Will be back definitely!

The place is for casual eating out. Actually we were going for Bhubaneswar and it was a interval point of our journey. Food was good. Ambience was quiet.
