Yes! An absolute place to stay for couple's! Ambience is great! Staffs are helpful! Nice behaviour! Rooms are great. Only one thing food charge is very costly?

I will never recommend this type of hotel for a frequent travelers. Bed, food and location was not appropriate. While checkout, no body was at reception. Called them and after few minutes receptionist came. But thank god, hopefully I got my train by margin of 10 minutes.

This is by far the best hotel I have seen, and it's all because of its staffs who make you feel at home. They go to any extend day and night to fulfil your convenience. We got locked outside the room just an hour before checkout, but we weren't alone. They weren't once irritable or annoyed, and helped us all their means on a Sunday morning with no maintenance worker coming. They were jovial and systematic about any issues we faced. The behavior made the stay simply amazing.

Do you allow the eligible unmarried couples? If yes, Do let me know at the earliest. I've got to visit my girlfriend every month and thus, I need a hotel to spend some quality time with her. Both of us don't belong to kolkata anyway.

Very bad experience, staff are not proffessional, every from checked in till now are worst experience, starting from food items, dirty bathroom, repeating order, after 45mins food is not coming, food is coming in partly. While checked in they are not excepting police id card. Etc. Overall worst eperience
