Great hotel. The regal room is very good. Large and well air conditioned. Pool is good, and hotel is clean. Recommended to all, hotel is good

Its a 3 star hotel nice ambience, the area by the pool is good i attended a conference here but i didn't found the conference room accomodative for 300 people, else it was ok, one have to reach by the service lane of the highway which is also a bit problematic. The food here is ok nothing great.

Rooms are too good, service is awesome, Location is very good it's no doubt. It is one of the best in its type. It is very expensive. Swimming pool available here. All are good. Nice maintained

Hotel is the best in Burdwan. Location wise is very good. Rooms are clean and maintenance is okay. Breakfast was good but don't try South Indian "chatni" it was not fresh. Also fruit juice. Otherwise lunch dinner is good but the price is quite high for food.

Service is very poor. They charged extra for bed sheet and towel stains, occurence of which is pretty obvious in a wedding ceremony. The food in their restaurant is seriously overcharged. The air conditioning is poor. Reception and room service don't pick up calls even after multiple attempts. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience.

They have a very very bad service. They charged extra 8000 rs for stain. We have a marrige function and they were not giving us the appropriate service. If we call for something they receiving and then they are decline the call. If we need something they just said that they are bringing and they don't bring it. We have a very bad experience we this hotel

Aristocratic, nice tourist hotel located few steps away from Renaissance Township in Burdwan. Well decorated hotel and tourist friendly staffs make this hotel a number one choice in Burdwan. But yes, costly compared to other big hotels in Burdwan.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff here is also nice. There will not be any kind of disadvantage here. The hotel has the best meal facilities. You can enjoy the pleasure of swimming here.

The only 5 star rates hotel and club in Burdwan. Does not have a competitor in the town. The restaurant is also awesome. Really an uber cool place. The decorations and interior designing are too good to be reviewed. Awesome food here is combined with great hospitality. The nature around the resort is really appreciable. It's just beside the national highway which makes it pretty easy to access.

Stayed in premium rooms. Rooms are large and spacious enough. Decor is aesthetically done with some glimpses of Bengali history adoring outside walls. Restaurant is nice. But food is a bit expensive and taste wise it can be improved.

Wonderful staying. Good quality food.if really want to write any cons I will point out two.
1. Bath area water stacking and overflowing after 1 mint shower.
2. If you are not having vehicle then have to face trouble to reach or get out of here. Its just on the NH2 Highway.

One of the best place in Burdhwan to stay, it's on the Nation Highway so if u have work in the city won't recommend it, unless u have your own vehicle. Room are really good with most of the requirements only thing that could he better in it room would be let the TV have more channel options, just few free channels to watch from. Food is decent but the staff really helpful and they always have your food requirements solved.
