We had lunch here while proceeding towards Gangtok. Atmosphere is very pleasant here. Hotel is very clean. Service is good. Food is also very delicious. Parking is available at this place. Also kids play area is available.

Had buffet breakfast, taste is average, very expensive, if you are looking for breakfast you can avoid it, if you are taking anything extra please cross check on the price, staff is not customer friendly

Good place, nice ambience! Had a quick halt on way to Darjeeling and opted for Lunch. It was Ala Carte and service took a bit longer than expected. But it was OK. Quality of food was standard (won't call it exceptional). What I liked was - it was made and served fresh. And the places was spick and span.

One little problem though - its a tad inside from the main road. You probably have to call out Uttora to identify this place better.

Had a stay at their bungalow for a wedding event. Worst experience. Not water in taps, very dirty floors, no staff available for any help. Manager knows how to 'manage' - says ok to every requests does nothing. When called after an hour, will have excuses to give.
Overall, very poor experience. Will not recommend for stay at bungalow. Wedding venue is good, though.

Don't prefer this, no timings and if we book or reserve also they will say staff not there and will take time

Really cool ambience and food is ok but they provide good quantity. Staff are polite but you have to ask them for the service and things required
